Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine whether communication and motivation have an influence on employee performance. The respondents in this research were 71 employees. The data analysis used is Validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption evaluation, t-test analysis, and decision analysis. Based on the results of the study, communication is positive and significant influence partially between employee performance at the Kerobokan Village Credit Institution (LPD). Meanwhile, motivation is positive and significant influence partially between employee performance (LPD). Based on the findings, it is recommended that we continue to sustain and enhance contact in order to build positive relationships with leaders and coworkers, and to be able to take ownership of their work for the company's benefit.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and emotional intelligence on employee performance. Sampling determination method using saturated sample. In this study the number of samples was 62 employees. The data analysis technique used in this study uses linear regression analysis which is used to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The conclusion obtained is that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at La Brisa Beach Club Bali. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at La Brisa Beach Club Bali. The results of this research can be used as a literature review in order to conduct similar research by adding research samples and reconstructing research models with other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effects of leadership and communication on employees job satisfaction. The population in this study at Villa The Leaf located in Jimbaran. The method of determining sampling uses a saturated sample. In this study the number of samples was 56 employess.And secondary datain the form of library research in the form of journals and book as well as accessing websites and sites related to research. Data analysis techniques used in research use linear reggresion analysis used todetermine theeffect of independent variables on thedependent variable. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant positive effect on employees job satisfaction this results indicate that leadership has score of t count is 3,004 more bigger than score t table in the amount of 1,669 with significant value is 0,004 more smaller than 0,05. And communication has asignificant positive effect on employees job satisfaction, this study indicate that communication has score of t count is 2,168 more bigger than t table in the amount of 1,669 with significant value is 0,035 more smaller than 0,05.

Abstract

Increased employee performance can have a positive impact on achieving company goals, so in this case Rama Residence Padma Legian Hotel seeks to improve the performance of its employees to maintain the life of the company and the management must try to improve employee performance by applying a good leadership and communication style. Employee performance is the result of employee work in terms of quality, quantity, working time and cooperation to achieve company organizational goals that have been set by a company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance, the effect of communication on employee performance, how much influence leadership style and communication on employee performance, and which independent variables have a more dominant effect on employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 56 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and analysis of determination. The results of the analysis show that leadership style (X1) and communication (X2) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y). This is indicated by the regression equation: Y = 9.360 + 0.093X1 + 0.216X2. The conclusion obtained is that leadership style (X1) has a partially positive influence on employee performance (Y). Communication (X2) has a positive influence partially on employee performance (Y). The influence of leadership style (X1) and communication (X2) on employee performance at Hotel Rama Residence Padma Legian is 21.2%. The independent variable that has the most dominant influence is communication (X2) with a beta coefficient of 0.331.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of work stress and work motivation on employee morale. Research is a correlational research, which is research that seeks to see whether two or more variables have a relationship or not, as well as the direction of the relationship. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique by using all members of the population as a sample. The number of respondents used is 71 employees of The Bene Hotel Kuta Bali. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 23. The regression equation obtained is: Y = 16.054 - 0.186X1 + 0.143X2 + ɛ. The results of this study indicate that; 1) job stress has a negative and significant effect on employee morale, 2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee morale, 4) job stress and work motivation has an effect of 29.3% on employee morale. Some suggestions that can be conveyed in this study are adjusting job descriptions and job specifications in order to avoid employee work stress, increase direct and indirect motivation and need further research with other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of customer relationship marketing (X1) and service quality (X2) on the level of member satisfaction (Y) in the candra sedana cooperative mengwi Badung. Where satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or disappointment for someone who arises after comparing their perceptions or impressions of a product or service and their expectations. One of the factors that influence satisfaction is customer relationship marketing, which is a comprehensive range of strategies and processes to acquire, retain and cooperate with selected consumers to create higher value. In addition to customer relationship marketing, which affects satisfaction, service quality is a company's ability to meet customer needs and desires in accordance with customer expectations. In this study, it is explained that there is a positive effect of customer relationship marketing and service quality on the level of member satisfaction simultaneously. The samples used in this study were 100 respondents. In this study, a statistical analysis was assisted by the SPSS (Statistical for Social Science) 24 computer program for windows. The regression equation obtained is Y = 4.779 + 0.486X1 + 0.181X2. The results of this study indicate that; first, customer relationship marketing has a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction, secondly, service quality has a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction, the third customer relationship marketing and service quality have a simultaneous positive effect of 66.7% on member satisfaction, the four variables of customer relationship marketing have an effect more dominant on the level of member satisfaction. Some suggestions that can be given in this research include; The Candra Sedana Cooperative needs to ask for suggestions and criticism directly from members during the annual membership meeting (RAT) or it can be by making a suggestion box for members. By knowing the wants or needs of members, the cooperative can improve the quality of service so that it can achieve the maximum level of member satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Motel Mexicola Restaurant Seminyak. The data collection technique in this study is a questionnaire. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method. The respondents taken as samples are people who have been consumers of Motel Mexicola Restaurant with the age of the respondents at least 17 years old with a total of 65 respondents. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. The results of the analysis using multiple linear regression with the regression equation: Y = 1.479 - 0.525X1 + 0.244X2, it can be seen that the two independent variables, namely service quality and store atmosphere, have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Motel Mexciola Restaurant Seminyak. Judging from the value of R Square = 0.810, this means that the magnitude of the influence of service quality (X1) and store atmosphere (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) at Motel Mexicola Restaurant Seminyak is 81% while the remaining 19% is explained by other variables which are not researched in this study.

Abstract

The Mangusada Regional Hospital has a good vision and mission in its planning but in reality the vision and mission are still experiencing obstacles and several obstacles, especially in the management of human resources, especially in the inpatient department, so this has become a problem that has not been resolved until now. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work performance and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction in the inpatient department of the Mangusada Regional Hospital, Badung Regency. Based on the results of statistical testing it was found that both simultaneously and partially the variables of work performance and organizational climate had a positive effect on employee job satisfaction in the inpatient department of the Mangusada Regional Hospital, Badung Regency. For this reason, the Mangusada Regional Hospital, Badung Regency, is advised to pay more attention to work performance factors and organizational climate together because these two factors have a major role in increasing or decreasing employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of purchasing decisions at Yamuma Pastry. This study aims to analyze and prove the influence of digital marketing and product attributes on purchasing decisions. This study uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The number of respondents used is 75 consumers. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 24. Regression equation obtained: Y = 13.199 + 0.218X1 + 0.452X2. The results of this study indicate that: First, digital marketing has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Yamuma Pastry. Second, product attributes have a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Yamuma Pastry.

Abstract

Work discipline is the first aspect that affects the performance of an employee. Work discipline is an attitude of respect, respect, obedience, and obedience to the applicable regulations, both written and unwritten. Discipline of an employee is very vital, discipline is needed so that all activities that are being and will be carried out run according to the mechanism determined by the company, so that employees will not take actions that can harm the company. The problem raised in this study is whether leadership style (X1) affects employee work discipline (Y) Pandawa All Suite Hotel, whether motivation (X2) affects employee work discipline (Y) Pandawa All Suite Hotel, and which independent variables are more dominant influence on the work discipline of Pandawa All Suite Hotel employees. The population in this study amounted to 50 people. This study uses the entire population as a sample. The data analysis technique used is data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and t-test analysis. The results of the analysis show that the regression model is Y= -2.623 + 0.064X1 + 0.597X2. The conclusion obtained is that leadership style (X1) has a positive influence on employee work discipline (Y) at Pandawa All Suite Hotel Umalas. Motivation (X2) has a positive influence on employee work discipline (Y) at Pandawa All Suite Hotel Umalas. Motivation (X2) has a more dominant effect on employee work discipline (Y) at Pandawa All Suite Hotel Umalas with a standardized beta coefficient value of (0.958).
