Abstract

Investors can invest in sustainable stocks through investing in SRI KEHATI index shares. The SRI KEHATI index consists of 25 stocks that carry out ESG principles which are evaluated every semester. After screening, there were 18 stocks that consistently entered the criteria for the SRI KEHATI index during 2022. The results of the performance assessment using the Sharpe method showed that most of the SRI KEHATI index stocks had good performance. Banking sector stocks have the best Sharpe performance compared to other sectors. Of the 18 stocks studied, there are six stocks with negative returns during 2022. This shows that there is no linear relationship between stocks in the same index.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence recruitment, selection and job placement have on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Teluk Sirih Generation Implementation Unit, Teluk Kabung, Bungus District, Padang City. The research method used is quantitative with a sample of 123 respondents, data collection methods used are questionnaires and questionnaires. The results of the t-test in this study were partially recruited (X1), the value of tcount > ttable (4.149 > 1.657) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that the recruitment variable partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The selection variable on employee performance has a value of tcount < ttable (1.131 < 1.657) with a significant value of 0.260 > 0.05, meaning that partially the selection variable has no positive and significant effect on employee performance. The variable of job placement on employee performance has a value of tcount > ttable (6.139 > 1.657) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that partially variable placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test found that recruitment, selection, and work placement together had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Teluk Sirih Generation Implementation Unit, Teluk Kabung, Bungus District, Padang City, with a significant value < 0.05 The results of the coefficient of determination test are known to be the Adjusted R Square value with a value of 0.684 or 68.4%, meaning that the independent variable influence (Recruitment (X1), Selection (X2) and Work Placement (X3)) on the influence variable of Employee Performance (Y) is 68.4%, the remaining 31.6% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study

Abstract

The development of oil palm plantations has an important meaning to increase regional and national economic growth in terms of; creating added value, investment growth, output contributing to foreign exchange and even oil palm plantation activities have had positive or beneficial external influences on the surrounding area. The problem faced in this research is how the government plans to increase the production and price of farmer's palm oil in Mumpa Village after the Covid-19 pandemic and what are the inhibiting factors and supporting factors for government planning to increase the production and price of farmer's palm oil in Mumpa village after the Covid pandemic -19. The method used in this study is a qualitative method in which researchers conduct observations, interviews and discussions directly in Mumpa Village while carrying out Thematic KKN. From the results of the discussion, palm oil is a national strategic commodity because it has a long utilization chain so that there are many benefits that can be taken, including replacing the role of petroleum which is a non-renewable resource as fuel and produces various derivative products. which can be utilized which resulted in an increase in the processing industry for palm oil derivative products. The large number of these industries will result in a lot of employment and generate an increase in foreign exchange for the country so that the economy in Indonesia increases.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the type of code-mixing and the form of code-mixing of 8 song lyrics of Saykoji in the 2006 album. This study uses the code-mixing theory of Nababan, (1984). This research includes a qualitative description. This study used the Independent See-Engage-talk Technique (TSBLC) and Technique Direct Element (BUL) to analyze the data. This study focuses on the type of code-mixing using theory Suwito's (1983), and the form of code-mixing using theory Suwito's (1995). After conducting the analysis, there were sixty-six (66) data found in the code-mixing type and fifty-seven (57) data in the code-mixing form. According to Suwito, there are two types of code-mixing, namely Inner and Outer. After being analyzed, it was found that the Inner code-mixing in eight (8) Saykoji song lyrics was 15 (22.72%) while the outer code-mixing was found to be 51 (72.27%). The form of code mixing according to Suwito consists of six namely word, phrase, baster, repetition, idiom, and clause. After being analyzed, the highest percentage is word 32(56,14%), The second position is phrase 7(12, 2%), Idiom 6 (10, 52%), Clause 5(8,77%), repetition 4 (7 %), baster 3 (5.26%).

Abstract

This research is aimed at finding out types and forms of code-mixing in the video from Bunga Citra Lestari’s YouTube channel entitled Love Story #1 – BCL Sebelum & Sesudah Ashraf. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study is a video from the Bunga Citra Lestari’s YouTube channel entitled Love Story #1 – BCL Sebelum & Sesudah Ashraf. In collecting the data, this research used Heed Method. The method is then followed by an independent see-engage-talk technique. Data analysis used in the research is the agih method with an indirect element technique. After conducting the analysis, it was found that there are code-mixing 33 data in the video. There are 24 data for types of code-mixing and 37 data for forms of code-mixing. In the types of code-mixing, there are 15 insertion data, 6 substitution data, and 10 congruent lexicalization data, while for the forms of code-mixing, there are 18 data in the form of word, 3 data in the form phrase, 1 data in hybrid form, and 15 data in the form of clause.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Pembina Abadi Permai. The population in this study were all employees of PT Pembina Abadi Permai, totaling 72 employees. The sampling technique uses the total sampling method or the saturation method. The data analysis used is Statistical Product and service solutions (SPSS). Based on the research results, the results are summarized as follows (1) partial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pembina Abadi Permai. (2) motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pembina Abadi Permai. (3) job satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pembina Abadi Permai.
