Abstract

Research on the development of textbooks of correspondence subject in the even semester class X regarding office management automation sistem at SMKN 1 Bangkalan to study the program of develop textbooks, discuss the visibality of book, student for textbooks developed by researchers and being studied by, existing textbooks at SMK 1 Bangkalan, and which have been developed by researchers.  This research is a Research and Development (R&D) study with a development bentuk from Borg and Gall that is approved up to 7 stages: potential and problems, combining data, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, product revision/final product. The subject of the study is a comparison of 20 students of X class majoring in a office administration education study sistem at SMK N 1 Bangkalan. The products show the visability of textbooks material expertss obtained a percentage of 94,4% with very forceful criteria, by linguists obtained a percentage of 91,4% with very forceful criteria, and by graphic experts of 84.8% with very forceful criteria.  From the overall products of expert validation obtained a percentage of 90,2% with very forceful criteria.  While the products of evaluations of obtained an average of 81% with very forceful criteria.  So can be concluded textbooks of correspondence subject on the even semester developed are declared to be very suitable to be used as teaching materials at SMK N 1 Bangkalan.

Abstract

This article discusses how inquiry learning models as a strategy develop students' critical thinking skills. The basic competency used for this learning purpose are management functions. In the learning process in the classroom teachers are expected to be more varied in providing learning models, because the problem that often occurs at this time is the delivery of material that is not right makes students feel bored and bored resulting in not focusing on learning. The role of the teacher here is very important when determining the methods and models of learning to be delivered must be adjusted to the basic competencies of the subject matter. The Inquiry Learning Model is felt to be able to change the mindset of students who initially only focused on the teacher and passive in the classroom, became more critical in solving problems encountered and can find answers to the questions they asked. Inquiry learning is very important for students not only in schools, but in the environment in which they are located, because inquiry relies on the ability of each individual to solve existing problems and bring up their critical thinking skills and innovation and creativity. This type of research is conceptual which proves inquiry learning model that can improve students' critical thinking skillson learning management functions.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah karena masih banyak hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran administrasi yang berada di bawah Kriteria Penguasaan Minimum (KKM). Itu karena model pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh guru masih menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung dengan metode ceramah yang menghasilkan pembelajaran pasif, beberapa siswa masih berbicara sendiri dan tentu saja kegiatan belajarnya masih berpusat pada guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) pada kompetensi dasar menganalisis posisi, tugas dan deskripsi pekerjaan untuk kelas X OTKP di SMK Negeri 2 Buduran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimental. Desain penelitian adalah Quasi Experimental Design dengan jenis desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian adalah kelas X OTKP 1 sebagai kelas kontrol dan X OTKP 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian adalah lembar tes hasil belajar pre-test dan post-test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan thitung 2,635 Sig. (2-tailed) yaitu 0,006 dan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α = 0,05) dengan df sebesar 72, maka tabel = 1,993. Dalam hasil ini diketahui bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak dengan uji-t Karen <0,05 yaitu 0,006 <0,05 dan t hitung> t tabel adalah 1,993> 2,635. Peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan di kelas eksperimen adalah sama dengan 29,73.

Abstract

In this increasingly advanced era, the more needs and broad selection of jobs that can be accessed by all levels of society, the obligation to work in balancing humas needs in unaviodable. Therefore, there are many ways in which companies provide their best services, one of which is by changing the work system like at home, but in a unique way Hibbert. Previously Co-working Space was known as SOHO (Small Ofiice Home Office) a place for freelancers if they were bored working at home. The same thing is also felt by the people of Surabaya, which have increasingly established the establishment of Co-working Space from the private sector. The emergence of problems that became the basis of the Surabaya Citu Government established the Co-working Space Corridor because startup founders, freelancers, and creators who could not continue renting tp private companies. This study aims to describe the application of service excellence as an effort to improve the quality of public relations services of the Surabaya City Government. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, the subjects in this study were the Head of Information Services Sub-Section, Information Service Section Staff, and Corridor employees. And the object of his research is the application of service excellence as an effort to improve the quality of public relations in the city government. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, adn documentation. Data analysys techniques used consist of data reduction, data presentation anad drawing conclusions with data validity techniques using source triangulation. The result showes that the application of the concept of service excellence in the corridor carried out by the Public Relations has been running well and maximally and in accordance with the objective of the Surabaya City government by taking into account the values of the Co-working Space: 1) community; 2) accessibility; 3) collaboration; 4) communication; 5) openness; and 6) creativity.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of problem-based learning model (PBL) for critical thinking and problem solving skills in the general implementation of X-OTKP class in SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya. The type of research used is quasi Experimental Design Research, with the design of non-equivalent Control Group Design Research. The research samples use class X OTKP 1 and X OTKP 2 with a Total of 36 students. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, tests, and documentation. Research instruments used test sheets (pretests and posttests) as indicators of critical thinking ability, and a skill sheet used as an indicator of problem-solving capabilities. Analysis of research data using independent sample test test and gain score.Based on the results of analysis of T tests for problems Pretest and Posttest obtained tcount 3.611 with significance level 0.001. With a confidence level of 95%, the value of α = 0.05, with (df) 70 so that it is obtained with (1.997). The results of the troubleshooting analysis obtained tcount 3.562 with a significance of 0.000 with a 95% confidence rate, value of α = 0.05, with (df) of 70 so obtained this by (1.997). The gain score is tcount 2.065> ttable 1.997 then can be deduced H0 rejected then H1 received. The Inconclusive Learning Model (PBL) affects critical thinking ability and problem solving skills in the general administration of X-OTKP class in SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (NHT) dalam Kompetensi Dasar Memahami Komunikasi Kantor kelas X OTKP 2 di SMK Krian 2 Sidoarjo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah 3 siswa sebagai sumber wawancara, dan 2 siswa sebagai sumber triangulasi. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik uji validasi menggunakan triangulasi. Analisis mekanis data yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam analisis model data Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, tampilan data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (NHT) dalam Kompetensi Dasar Pemahaman Komunikasi Kantor kelas X OTKP 2 di SMK Krian 2 Sidoarjo mendapat respon positif dari siswa. Hal ini disebabkan situasi yang terjadi pada aktivitas belajar yang optimal dan kreatif dan tidak motonous situasi tersebut memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk berinteraksi dengan guru dan berinteraksi dengan siswa. Sehingga dalam proses pembelajaran bisa lebih cepat rasa nyaman dan senang dalam mengikuti proses belajar sehingga materi yang diberikan lebih mudah dipahami. Hal ini disebabkan situasi yang terjadi pada aktivitas belajar yang optimal dan kreatif dan tidak motonous situasi tersebut memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk berinteraksi dengan guru dan berinteraksi dengan siswa. Sehingga dalam proses pembelajaran bisa lebih cepat rasa nyaman dan senang dalam mengikuti proses belajar sehingga materi yang diberikan lebih mudah dipahami. Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to describe the effect of the Example Non Examples learning model on student learning outcomes on the basic competency of office layout in class X OTKP SMK Pawiyatan Surabaya. The research sample of Class X OTKP 3 (experimental class) with Example Non Example method and Class X OTKP 2 (control class) is subject to conventional learning models, with the number of students in each class of 30 students. This type of research is a literature study. The results showed that the office spatial learning materials have used learning models that prioritize group learning activities to study the material. Examples of learning are not examples that can make students become more understanding of the material being studied than students who successfully analyze the images presented. In addition, non-example model examples can make students find themselves understanding the results of the analysis conducted, make the classroom learning process in which students become active participants rather than passive observers, and are responsible for their learning. based on the research that has been done, the suggestion that can be conveyed is to use the Cooperative learning model Project Based Learning type is expected to provide one of the variations of learning models on the basic competencies of office layout.

Abstract

This article aimed to analyze how the two stay two stray type of cooperative learning model can increase student motivation in general administration subjects. Basic competence regarding understanding administration aimed at students to explain, classify and differentiate types of administration. The two stay two stray cooperative learning model is the right model to increase student motivation, because the learning model can build teams, social skills, build knowledge, learning procedures, process information, think skills, and present information. In the implementation of this learning model student-centered to help students more actively think, be responsible, and increase student learning motivation. This type of research is conceptual which proves that the two stay two stray cooperative learning model as an effort to increase student motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study  was  to describe the process of developing LKPD and to find out the feasibility of LKPD which is assisted by Kvisoft Flipbook Maker in the X class OTKP office technology subjects at SMKN 2 Nganjuk . This study uses a  4D development model that is defining, designing, developing, and distributing. The assessment instruments used are material expert validation sheets, graphic expert validation sheets, and linguist validation sheets. This LKPD research development only reached the development stage because the purpose of this study was to produce products and test the feasibility of these products. At the development stage the researcher conducts this LKPD assessment to material, language and graphic expert validators.    The results of research on the feasibility of LKPD assisted by makers of Kvisoft Flipbooks show that the appropriateness of the content of the material obtained an assessment of 88.00% with the criteria of "very strong", the feasibility of the language obtaining an assessment of 87.14%, with the criteria of "very strong", and the eligibility of the graphic obtained an assessment of 87.06% with the criteria of "very strong" ". Recapitulation of all validation results, the LKPD assisted by Flipoft Maker Koftoft for office technology subjects in SMKN 2 Nganjuk received a worthiness of 87.40% with the criteria of "very strong" and said to be suitable for use in learning activities.

Abstract

This research has the aim to describe and describe the use of project based learning methods in terms of increasing student activity. The study was classified as a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects used in this study were students of class X OTKP at 2 Blitar Public Vocational School on Public Relations and Protocol. Data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. While data analysis techniques are used through several stages including data collection, data presentation and drawing conclusions. In the learning process students tend to be bored and less interested in the learning process that takes place because the method used is merely lecture and monotonous. Therefore this research was conducted so that students are more active in the learning process. The activeness of students in the learning process also has an important role in learning outcomes. The project based learning learning model is a scientific approach and consists of several stages, including observing, asking questions, gathering information, reasoning, and communicating. Through these various stages students can increase their role in the learning process.
