Abstract

Abstrack : The purpose of this research is to describe the characteristics of the implementation of the Sustainable Professional Development Program (PKB) for Vocational School teachers in the Office Administration expertise in Sidoarjo Regency, and to analyze the needs of the Sustainable Professional Development Program (PKB) for Vocational School teachers in the Office Administration expertise in Vocational School in Sidoarjo Regency. The subjects of this research were Vocational School teachers in Office Administration expertise that had received teacher certification in Sidoarjo Regency, namely 35 teachers from several schools in Sidoarjo Regency. The collected data then analyzed using descriptive qualitative data analysis. The conclusion of this research is the implementation of Vocational School Teacher in Sidoarjo regency especially in the field of Office Administration expertise has not been implemented thoroughly, especially the implementation of publications and there are still obstacles faced by certified teacher educators in implementing PKB.Keywords : Sustainable Professional Development (PKB), Teacher Performance.  Abstrak : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik pelaksanaan Program Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB) bagi guru-guru SMK bidang keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di Kabupaten Sidoarjo, dan menganalisis kebutuhan Program Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB) bagi guru-guru SMK bidang keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Subjek penelitian ini adalah adalah guru SMK bidang keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran yang sudah mendapat sertifikasi guru di kabupaten Sidoarjo yaitu 35 guru dari beberapa sekolah di kabupaten Sidoarjo. Data yang telah terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan PKB guru SMK di Kabupaten Sidoarjo khususnya bidang keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran masih belum terlaksana secara menyeluruh, khusunya pelaksanaan publikasi serta masih terdapat kendala yang dihadapi guru-guru bersertifikat pendidik dalam melaksanakan PKB. Kata Kunci : Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB), Kinerja Guru

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions through risk taking, self-efficacy, and being proactive during the COVID-19 pandemic. The population in this study were students of class XI and XII majoring in office governance automation who took lessons on creative products and entrepreneurship at SMKN 1 Surabaya using 188 respondents with simple random sampling technique. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results obtained in this study are entrepreneurship education has no significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, risk taking as a mediation has no significant effect between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intentions, self-efficacy is able to significantly mediate the effect of entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial intentions, proactive is not able to significantly mediate the effect of education entrepreneurship to entrepreneurial intentions. The limitation of this study is that the proposed model was only tested in SMKN 1 Surabaya, students of class XI and XII majoring in office governance automation. Originality in this study is to measure the mediating variables, namely risk taking, self-efficacy, and proactiveness in the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

Online learning makes the character of students neglected, this can lead to the loss of character. This study aims to look at the process of internalizing character education during the COVID-19 pandemic through entrepreneurship education as a general university course in Indonesia. The type of research method used is literature review, which is an explicit, systematic, and reproducible method in order to identify, synthesize, evaluate the research results produced by researchers. Data collection in the form of keywords used to find articles to be reviewed. During the COVID-19 pandemic, universities implemented distance learning so that learning could continue, this made the process of internalizing character education through entrepreneurship education continue to be carried out, through three stages, carried out gradually and continuously, namely 1) Value transformation stage, with presentations, discussions , and question and answer via the digital platforms Zoom or Google Meet. 2) The value transaction stage is carried out by field observations and virtual interviews with entrepreneurs. 3) The tran internalization stage is carried out by virtual practice by participating in entrepreneurship programs organized by the Directorate General of Higher Education in Independent Learning-Independent Campuses (MBKM), namely MKU, PKMI, KBMI, ASMI, PWMI, as well as the annual PKM program (PKMK). Students at the end have the values ​​of character education and entrepreneurial character, namely having high responsibility, hardworking, creative, independent, democratic nature and attitude, love for the homeland, national spirit, achievement, socializing, love peace, love to read, and cares about the social environment, and has the nature of courage, wisdom, confidence, and foresight in seeing opportunities. Students with it will behave well, have sympathy, empathy, and know what is good and what is bad

Abstract

Peran pendidikan tidak dapat dianggap sebagai pelengkap dalam pembangunan sebuah negara. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan harus dilakukan secara berkelanjutan sebagai upaya menciptakan kualitas manusia Indonesia agar mampu bersaing dengan negara-negara lain. Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas manajemen sebuah organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi penerapan ISO 9001:2008. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Penelitian ini berfokus penerapan sistem manajemen mutu, khususnya klausul kelima mengenai tanggung jawab manajemen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Surabaya telah mengimplementasikan ISO 9001:2008 dengan baik. Hal ini diketahui dari tahapan plan, do, check, dan action (PDCA) yang telah dilakukan secara berkesinambungan melibatkan unit pelaku proses yang ada di dalamnya sehingga pengelolaan organisasi berjalan efektif dan efisien serta mampu memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan pelanggan.Kata kunci: mutu, pendidikan, PDCA, ISO   IMPLEMENTATION OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON ISO 9001: 2008 (STUDY FROM ECONOMIC FACULTY UNIVERSITAS NEGERI SURABAYA)AbstractEducation has a very important role in the development of a country. ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System is one way that can be used to improve the quality of an organization's management. The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008. This research use qualitative method with descriptive approach. The research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics, State University of Surabaya. This research focus on the application of quality management system, especially the fifth clause regarding management responsibility. The result showed that the Faculty of Economic Universitas Negeri Surabaya has implemented ISO 9001: 2008 well. This is known from the stages of plan, do, check, and action (PDCA) which has been done continuously involving the unit of actors in the process therein. Then, the management of the organization run effectively and efficiently and able to meet the needs and expectations of customers.Keywords: quality, education, PDCA, ISO

Abstract

The development of information technology makes it easier for humans to complete work. Work that previously required a lot of manpower to complete can now be completed with the help of technology.  As in writing citations, it can be done automatically with the help of the Mendeley Reference Management Software. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of Mendeley in students of the Surabaya State University, Office Administration study program using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach.  The research carried out is quantitative research. The study population is 62 students of the Office Administration Education study program, Surabaya State University. The data analysis tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS).  The results of this study are: (1) Attitude towards using has a positive effect and significant on behavioral intention of use, (2) Perceived ease of use has no positive effect and significant on behavioral intention of use, (3) Perceived usefulness has a positive effect and significant on behavioral intention of use, (4) Perceived ease of use has a positive effect and significant on perceived usefulness, (5) Indirectly, Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention of use through perceived usefulness

Abstract

This research is focused on users typing master in students in the Office Administration Education Study Program at State University of Surabaya to analyze how the influence of subjective norms, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on intentions to use behavior. This study uses quantitative research method with primary data analysis techniques using a questionnaire that is taken to the respondents. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS) managed using SmartPLs 3.0 software. The results shows that subjective norms have a positive and significant effect on usage behavior intention, perceived ease of use have a positive and insignificant effect on usage behavior intentions, perceived usefulness have a positive and significant effect on usage behavior intentions and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant effect on usage behavior intentions through perceived usefulness.

Abstract

The use of learning aid media in this pandemic era is very necessary to support the running of online schools to run smoothly. One of the supporting media for the teaching and learning process is quizizz application.  The purpose of this study was to analyze the understanding of the use of learning applications in high school. This study adopted the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by incorporating the perception of pleasure, perception of ease, benefit perception to the behavior to use. Sampling techniques are based on probability sampling using slovin formula. This study involved 126 people from 178 populations of class XII OTKP who had used quizizz application at SMK N 1 Surabaya. Analysis using Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) through Smart PLS software version 3. By using 2 PLS calculation models namely measurement models (outer models) and structural models (inner models). These findings show that the perception of pleasure has a positive effect on the user's attitude, the perception of ease of negative effect is not significant to the user's attitude, the perception of usefulness has a significant positive effect on the user's attitude, and the perception of ease of having a significant positive interest in the intention of use through the perception of usability. This research shows that perceptions of usefulness, perceptions of ease, and perceptions of pleasure are strong predictors of behavior to use.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of Perceived Usefulness on the use of Google Classroom on learning motivation, (2) the effect of Perceived Ease of Use on the use of Google Classroom on learning motivation, (3) the effect of Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use on the use of Google Classroom on learning motivation. This research consists of several constructs. Those are Perceived Usefulness (X1), Perceived Ease of Use (X2) Learning Motivation (Y). The data collection method used is a research questionnaire whose data are analyzed using the SPSS 25 program with 75 respondents from Class 2017, students of Office Administration Education, Faculty of Economics, Surabaya State University. This research will be conducted with quantitative methods using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of Perceived Usefulness on learning motivation. It can be seen from the T-test results on X1, which is significant (X1) 0.001 <0.05, so that H1 is accepted. Perceived Ease of Use has a considerable influence on learning motivation. It can be seen from the T-test results on X2 with a significant value of 0.003 <0.05, so that H2 is accepted. The influence of Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use on learning motivation has a percentage of 51.3%. Meanwhile, other variables that influence and are examined yet in this study amounted to 48.7%. It shows that if the respondent feels that Google Classroom is valuable and easy to use, the respondent will use Google Classroom.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mampu mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan subjective norms terhadap niat berwirausaha melalui pendidikan kewirausahaan pada Siswa jurusan OTKP di SMK Kawung 1 Surabaya. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan sampel sebanyak 132 dari 198 populasi kelas XI dan XII yang telah menempuh pendidikan kewirausahaan . Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS versi 3. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 model perhitungan PLS, yaitu Model Pengukuran (Outer Model) dan Model Struktural (Inner Model). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat berwirausah, subjective norms berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha, pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha, subjective norms berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pendidikan kewirausahaan, serta pendidikan kewirausahaan memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh subjective norms terhadap niat berwirausaha. Penelitian ini memberikan bukti terhadap penelitian yang masih diperdebatkan bahwasanya motivasi, subjective norms, pendidikan kewirausahaan mampu mempengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha. Temuan ini juga mampu memberikan wawasan penting terkait siswa SMK yang dapat dipersiapkan untuk bekerja secara mandiri dengan cara berwirausaha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui behavioral intentions individu dalam penggunaan E-Learning sebagai pembelajaran yang dilakukan selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Unified Theory of Technology Acceptance and Use (UTAUT) untuk mengidentifikasi niat perilaku dalam penggunaan E-learning dan menentukan dampak inovasi pribadi dan biaya keuangan yang dirasakan dari E-learning selama periode Covid-19. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X dan XI Jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran Otomatis SMK Negeri 4 Surabaya dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini adalah Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy dalam model Utaut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan E-learning dan Personal Innovativeness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Performance Expectancy dan Effort Expectancy serta dampak finansial yang dirasakan tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap penggunaan E-learning di masa pandemi Covid-19. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah model yang diusulkan hanya tersedia di SMKN 4 Surabaya, X dan XI khusus untuk manajemen perkantoran. Ini diuji untuk siswa di ruang kelas. Keaslian penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur dampak model UTAUT, inovasi pribadi dan biaya keuangan yang dirasakan dari penggunaan E-learning.
