Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of capital adequacy ratio, operational cost of operating income, loan to deposite ratio, net interest margin to profitability . The sampling method uses purposive sampling. This research data uses secondary data and hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression. The research sample is 28 banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange periode 2014-2017. The results showed that operational cost of operating income have a positive effect on profitability. While the capital adequacy ratio, loan to deposite ratio, net interest margin has no effect on profitability

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of store atmosphere, brand identity, and social media marketing on purchasing decisions with purchase intention as a mediating variable. The sample of this research is the general public who have purchased coffee at the Janji Jiwa coffee shop. The sampling method used purposive sampling with a sample size of 110 respondents. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 25.0 program. The results of this study indicate that store atmosphere has no effect on purchase intention and purchase decision, brand identity has a positive effect on purchase intention and on purchase decisions, social media marketing has a positive effect on purchase intention and purchase decision, purchase interest has an effect on purchase decision, purchase interest does not mediate the effect of store atmosphere on purchase decisions, purchase intention mediates the influence of brand identity on purchasing decisions, and purchase intention mediates the influence of social media marketing on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This research is motivated by excise tax which gives the biggest contribution to local government excise revenue. And excise revenue from 2017 to 2019 at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise, Kudus year after year has decreased in the achievement of excise revenues and is accompanied by excise targets. The determination of this sample used a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 162 companies with the period 2018-2019 which were registered as Offices Supervision and Customs Service Type Intermediate Excise Kudus. This study uses analysis techniques Part analysis and Sobel Test. The results of this study indicate that excise costs and cigarette taxes have a significant effect on the retail price, while excise costs, cigarette taxes, and retail prices have an effect on excise revenue. The retail selling price has a strong mediation between excise tax and excise revenue, while the retail selling price does not have a strong (low) mediation between cigarette taxes and excise revenue.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the analysis of compensation and promotion on job performance through motivation at PT. The Gift of the Holy Perista Nature. The sample of this research is 124 respondents with sampling using accidental sampling. This research test uses validity and reliability tests. Data analysis using AMOS SEM technique. Data collection was obtained from company records and documentation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on work performance. Promotion has a negative and insignificant effect on work performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on work performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and firm size on firm value in Real Estate and Real Property companies on the IDX in 2015-2019. The research method carried out in this study using purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 15 companies. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that investment decisions have a positive effect on firm value, funding decisions have a positive effect on firm value and firm size has a negative effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of green products, green advertising, and green prices on purchasing decisions for tupperware products. The sample of this research is consumers who have bought Tupperware products. The sampling method used purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 24.0. The results show that green products and green price have an positive effect and significant on purchasing decisions, green advertising have an positive effect but not significant on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This,study aims to determine the effect of brand identity and motivation with religiosity as a moderating variable on,thedecision to stay,at a sharia hotel. This study was conducted looking at the phenomenon of gap and gap research, which shows inconsistencies resulting from previous studies. The population of this study amounted to 100 respondents who are people who have stayed at sharia hotels. Samples were taken using the quota sampling method as a determinant of the number of respondents who had stayed at sharia hotels. The sample taken is people who have stayed at sharia hotels. The data in this study are primary data, namely data obtained by distributing questionnaires through google form. The questionnaires obtained were 100 and processed were 100 questionnaires. The method used in data analysis is Moderate Analysis Regression (MRA). The results of the study stated that the brand identity and motivation variables had a positive and significant effect on the decision to stay. After being moderated by religiosity, the brand identity variable has no effect on the decision to stay. Likewise, religiosity cannot moderate the influence,of motivation on the decision to stay. This research is not perfect, there are still limitations faced by the author, such as; The scale of this study is still small, the results of the data are still subjective because there is no deepening, and also the limitations of reference sources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh anthropomorphism dan augmented reality (AR) terhadap keputusan pembelian dan jenis produk sebagai variable moderasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini masyarakat yang berdomisili di Magelang dan memiliki aplikasi Tokopedia dan minimal sudah pernah melakukan transaksi minimal satu kali di Tokopedia. Metode pengambiloan data menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel 100 reponden. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah moderated regression analysis dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25.0. hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anthropomorphism berpengeruh negative terhadap keputusan pembelian, augmented reality (AR) berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, jenis produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, jenis produk tidak memoderasi pengaruh anthropomorphism terhadap keputusan pembelian, jenis produk tidak memoderasi pengaruh augmented reality (AR) terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influencing factors including servis satisfaction which consists of two variable, namely the Perceived Usefulness and perceived easy of use on servis satisfaction of Bank Rakyat Indonesia KCP Bengkayang using the BRI Mobile application (BRI Mobile). The number of samples in this study were 152 respondents. In sampling, researchers conducted by distributing questionnaires to serviss via google form. Data collection techniques are using direct questionnaires and literature study. The instrument test technique is using validity and Reliability tests. The data analysis technique is using quantitative descriptive data analysis. The results of the study through questionnaire data showed that the Perceived Usefulness variable had a positive and significant effect on servis satisfaction. The Perceived Ease of Use variable has a positive and significant effect on servis satisfaction. The limitations of this study are the limited number of respondents and the distribution of questionnaires, so it is recommended to increase the number of samples and not limit the distribution of questionnaires.

Abstract

At Bank Syariah Indonesia Surakarta, the purpose of this study is to investigate and assess the impact of work stress and job rotation on organizational behavior. This is a quantitative study that takes a case study approach in the field. The basic data used in the search was derived from the responses of the respondents. Meanwhile, secondary data is gathered from corporate profiles and human resources literature. Workplace stress has an impact on organizational citizenship behavior, and job rotation has an impact on organizational citizenship behavior, according to the findings of this study.
