<![CDATA[The process of government administration the focus is on bureaucracy, bureaucracy that has the meaning of a system or instrument to facilitate the understanding of the order or level in the position of implementing actors, or government machinery. The fundamental Basis of all bureaucratic reform must therefore begin with a reform of the management / HR management apparatus, namely Personnel Management. This study is a qualitative research using data collection techniques, this study uses several methods of literature research, observation and interviews. In this study the researchers analyzed how the relationship of Public Human Resource Management with the improvement of public services in the village Gempolkerep Mojokerto Village District Gedeg. Based on the results of the survey conducted by the survey method, the village government office drafted a regulation in which each office has its own office and staff in accordance with applicable regulations. The purpose of this study was to determine the public service system of Gempolkerep village and to study the good state Public Service System. In addition to the benefits of the service system, it must provide satisfaction to the fulfillment of public service standards.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to describe the Implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Improving the Welfare of the Communities of Rumbio Jaya District and to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors. The method in this study is Policy Research (Policy Research) with a Qualitative Descriptive approach. The research location is in Rumbio Jaya District, Kampar Regency, Riau. Primary data was obtained through interviews, while secondary data was obtained through a literature search that was appropriate to the research topic. Data analysis in this study used data analysis techniques developed by Miles Huberman. The implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Improving Community Welfare in Rumbio Jaya District has been successful. Then the supporting factors in the implementation of PKH also get support from stakeholders. While the inhibiting factors are jealousy from people who are not PKH recipients and the absence of facilities such as loudspeakers for loudspeakers when giving directions.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the evaluation of services in digital form to be able to improve the quality of services at the Aceh Singkil Health BPJS Office. The purpose of this study is to see the development of services provided by the BPJS Health Office to participants through Pandawa services, mobile JKN, Chika (JKN Chat Assistant), and the BPJS Kesehatan Care Center 165. This research method is a qualitative one with a case study approach. The resource persons are: (1) membership staff; (2) benefits guarantee staff; (3) security unit/security guard at the Aceh Singkil Health BPJS Office; and (3) JKN participants. The results of the study show that Pandawa services, mobile JKN, Chika (JKN Chat Assistant), and BPJS Kesehatan Care Center165, where these services can be used by JKN participants without a time limit, can be used anytime and anywhere. These services can be more effective and efficient. The conclusion from this study is that there has been an increase in the quality of services implemented by the BPJS Health Office, and there are many benefits felt by JKN participants or benefits from the BPJS Office.]]>

<![CDATA[Regional Innovation is an implementation guideline for local governments in carrying out innovation practices in the administration of regional government. The innovation that was carried out this time was related to public service innovation. This study aims to determine the role of the population administration service system and civil registration in providing service convenience. This research is a qualitative research and data collection techniques through publications, namely secondary data. The results and discussion of this study indicate that the existence of a population and civil registration administration system (SI PANDU CAPIL) has a very important role in providing easy service to the people of Bintan Regency. SI PANDU CAPIL is effective and efficient in providing public services, namely relating to population administration and civil registration with the geographical location of Bintan Regency which is very broad. Therefore, the public does not need to come directly to the Department of Population and Civil Registry, it is enough to go through technology by visiting the website and filling in the necessary data according to what is being taken care of.]]>

<![CDATA[Riau Province is the second province with the most damaged roads in Indonesia (based on BPS 2022 data), reaching 633km. Pekanbaru City as the provincial capital certainly has important main roads. Of the 1,277km of roads in Pekanbaru City, there are 400km of damaged roads. In 2023, the Pekanbaru government plans and carries out a road repair program in the form of overlaying. The purpose of this study is to describe how the Pekanbaru City Government is planning to improve road infrastructure in 2023. Using qualitative research methods and for data collection, researchers used library research. The approach used uses the concept of government management (planning). The results of this study are that the Pekanbaru city government has implemented good government management, through planning road repairs with patchwork and overlays with clear and timely targets and targets. However, monitoring, evaluation and supervision mechanisms are needed in carrying out planning for damaged road repairs in Pekanbaru City.]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of public services must pay attention to several aspects, including fast in implementation, efficient in the use of human resources, effective in time execution, and transparent to the public. Good and quality services have implications for community satisfaction, because the public directly evaluates the performance of the services provided. The indicator of community satisfaction is the benchmark for the success of governance. In order to provide more efficient and effective public services, the government has begun to adapt to technological sophistication, namely by using information systems or applications in providing services to the public. The purpose of this research is to find out how administrative services in Komering Agung Village are after the implementation of website-based population administration services. The research method used is a qualitative method with the process of collecting data using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The research results obtained are that the service improvement strategy through the administrative information system in the Komering Agung Village is going well because the community as service recipients feels the good impact of services through the website where services are more efficient in terms of time and costs.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the village government's strategy in preventing cases of stunting risk. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data, which is divided into primary data and secondary data. The village government's strategy in preventing cases of stunting risk is the focus of this research. Sources of data obtained from interviews and dokumentations. The results of this study indicate that the Mandau District OPD strategy in preventing stunting is good but not optimal, this is because there are still many people who do not understand stunting, and the community does not understand the right way to prevent stunting. The Government's strategy in preventing stunting is divided into three, the first is goal, the second is environment and the third is action.]]>

<![CDATA[Evaluasi menjadi sangat penting dalam upaya mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan, yaitu menghapuskan sepenuhnya kawasan kumuh di Pekanbaru. Dengan melakukan evaluasi, pihak terkait dapat memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang kemajuan yang telah dicapai dan mengidentifikasi hambatan-hambatan yang mungkin terjadi selama implementasi program. Hal ini akan membantu dalam mengarahkan langkah-langkah selanjutnya untuk mencapai target "nol persen kawasan kumuh" di Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah studi pustaka, yang merupakan pendekatan untuk mengumpulkan data dengan cara mempelajari dan memahami teori-teori yang terdapat dalam literatur yang relevan dengan penelitian. Evaluasi administratif pelaksanaan KOTAKU di kawasan Kotalama Kota Pekanbaru, tidak ditemukan masalah serius dalam lima indikator yang ditetapkan. Namun, kendala yang masih terjadi adalah kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam tahap pelaksanaan dan pemantauan, padahal program ini berfokus pada kolaborasi dan keaktifan masyarakat.]]>

<![CDATA[Pentingnya sebuah kesiapan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah setempat terkait bagaimana menghadapi bencana alam salah satunya adalah dengan penerapan edukasi dan juga sosialisasi ataupun semacam latihan yang diberikan, namun pada penelitian ini meninjau bagaimana pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang yang justru tidak melakukan kegiatan edukasi secara merata kepada daerah terdampak oleh bencana banjir tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui publikasi yakni data sekunder melalui literatur review. Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2007 tentang Penanggulangan Bencana pada pasal 43 bahwa upaya dilakukan dengan pendidikan, pelatihan, dan persyaratan standar teknis penanggulangan bencana sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 35 huruf g dan h dilaksanakan dan ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. Sosialisasi telah banyak dilakukan dan masih banyak perlu sosialisasi di berbagai daerah di Kabupaten Tangerang yang sangat rawan akan bencana banjir.]]>

<![CDATA[Stunting merupakan suatu bentuk kegagalan tumbuh kembang yang menyebabkan gangguan pertumbuhan linear pada balita yang berakibat dari akumulasi adanya ketidakcukupan nutrisi yang berlangsung mulai dari kehamilan sampai pada usia 24 bulan. Adanya ketidakcukupan nutrisi pada masa tumbuh kembang anak di usia dini akan menghambat perkembangan fisik, menghambat perkembangan mental anak, dan bahkan kematian. Pemerintah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau melalui Dinas Kesehatan melakukan tindak spesifik dalam menangani permasalahan dan pencegahan stunting. Metode yang dilakukan yakni melalui studi literatur yang berkaitan dengan masalah penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas program percepatan penurunan stunting sudah dilakukan dengan baik sesuai dengan ketentuan dan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Namun terdapat faktor penghambat pada kurangnya Pendidikan, ekonomi, dan kurangnya pengetahuan pola asuh anak.]]>
