Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality and service quality on purchase decision at Mie Gacoan. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The population in this study are consumers in Yogyakarta. The sample in this study were 130 respondents. The data used in this study is primary data sourced from the data collection process using a questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis technique with SPSS as an analytical tool. Based on the results of data testing, it shows that: (1) Product quality partially has a significant effect on purchase decision at Mie Gacoan in Yogyakarta. (2) Service quality partially has a significant effect on purchase decision at Mie Gacoan in Yogyakarta. (3) Product quality and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on purchase decision at Mie Gacoan in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the important factors that cannot even be separated from an organization or company. Human resources are also the key that determines the development of an organization and acts as a mover, thinker and planner to achieve the goals of the organization, so the company must pay attention to the job satisfaction of all its employees. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of organizational climate, leadership and procedural justice on job satisfaction at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of West Sumatra.The type of research used in this research is associative research. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of West Sumatra as many as 72 people. The technique of collecting research data is through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression.Based on partial statistical analysis of organizational climate variables obtained t count 3.725 > t table 1.667 and a significant value (0.00 < 0.05) meaning H1 is accepted and Ho is rejected, it can be concluded that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Office Energy and Mineral Resources of West Sumatra. Leadership variable with a t value of 2.139 > 1.667 and a significant value (0.036 < 0.05) meaning H2 is accepted and Ho is rejected, it can be concluded that leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of West Sumatra. The procedural justice variable with a calculated value of 2.685 > 1.667 and a significant value (0.009 < 0.05) means that H3 is accepted and Ho is rejected, it can be concluded that procedural justice has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of West Sumatra.The results of the F test are known that the calculated f value is 15.056 > f table 2.740 with a significant value of (0.000 <0.05), meaning that H4 accepts and Ho is rejected. It can be concluded that organizational climate, leadership and procedural justice simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Every company considers human resources the most important asset in developing a business or company itself. This study aims to determine whether the characteristics of the work affect the Loyalty of Indo Furniture Employees. To find out whether Organizational Culture affects Indo Furniture's Employee Loyalty. To find out whether Leadership Ethics affect the Loyalty of Indo Furniture Employees. To determine whether work characteristics, organizational culture, and leadership ethics affect employee loyalty. The research approach used by the author is to use a quantitative approach. Results: the effect of job characteristics obtained t value 16.992 with a value of t sig = 0, 000 < 0.05). Thus, it can be stated that the Job Characteristics partially affect Indo Furniture Employees' Loyalty. The influence of organizational culture obtained t value of 2.436 with a value of sig = 0.001 > 0.05). Organizational Culture Affects Indo Furniture's Employee Loyalty. The influence of Leadership Ethics obtained t-value of 3.612 with a value of sig = 0.001 > 0.05. Leadership Ethics Affects Indo Furniture's Employee Loyalty.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah Jakarta of the University, FEB UPI YAI Jkt, ABSTRACTResearch that analyzes transformation work discipline, leadership style, employees performance based on 21st century global citizens limited company. The research was held at the Pratama Abadi Industri Limited Company Jl. Raya Serpong No. KM, Pakualam, Kec. North Serpong, South Tangerang City. The method used is a quantitative survey type with a sample of 70 respondents, the results of the calculation with t count > t table (4.684 > 1.66792) means that this number is significant from the Leadership Style (X 1 ) of 0.009 > 0.05 and here has a positive effect . so for Ho it is said to be rejected and for Ha it is definitely accepted so that the Style Leadership variable (X 1 ) has a clear positive or very significant effect on employee performance in this company. for t count > t table (2,476 > 1,66792) with a significant value of Work Discipline (X 2 ) of 0.000 < 0.05 of course the direction of the coefficient is also positive. So based on this data, Ho is clearly rejected and of course Ha is definitely accepted with the Work Discipline variable (X 2 ) having a very significant positive effect. From the results of the F test calculation above, it can be seen that Fcount > Ftable (19.057 > 3.13) with a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the two Leadership Style variables (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) together (simultaneously) has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y) at Limited Company Pratama Abadi Industri

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of inflation, exchange rate and the BI Rate on the Net Asset Value (NAV) of Islamic Mutual Funds in Indonesia (period 2012-2017). This type of research is a quantitative approach with Time Series data. Tests in this study using the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 software. The type of data in this study is secondary data obtained from documentation in the form of books, journals, theses, internet and literature studies.Then tested using the Classical Assumption Test and Multiple Regression. The data analysis technique used t test in hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that each independent variable, namely Inflation, Exchange Rate, and BI Rate has a different effect on the dependent variable, namely Net Asset Value of Sharia Mutual Funds.Based on the test results the coefficient of determination (R-Square) is 0.234 (23.4%).

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of rewards and organizational climate on the performance of employees of PT Tasma Puja Kampar. The population in this study were employees at PT Tasma Puja Kampar, amounting to 110 people. The sample uses the slovin formula with the limit used is 5% so that the research sample is 87 employees. The data collection technique that the author uses is a questionnaire. Furthermore, the authors analyze the data using analytical and quantitative methods, the results of the study will be analyzed using multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 20.00 computer program. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that awards and organizational climate have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Tasma Puja Kampar, with a positive regression coefficient, meaning that if rewards increase and organizational climate increases, performance will increase. Based on the calculation results show the value of R2 (coefficient of determination) or Adjusted R Square of 0.536 or 53.6%. This means that the independent variables, namely rewards and organizational climate, have a contribution of 53.6% to the dependent variable, namely performance. while the remaining 46.4% can be used by other researchers for the perfection of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of price and promotion on purchase decision at Bakpia Kurnia Sari. The respondents in this study were consumers in Yogyakarta. The number of respondents in this study were 100 respondents. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis technique with SPSS as an analytical tool. The results of the multiple linear regression test show that: 1) Price partially has a significant effect on purchase decision at Bakpia Kurnia Sari. 2) Promotion partially has a significant effect on purchase decision at Bakpia Kurnia Sari.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see if there is a significant influence between Brand Ambassadors, Trust in Purchasing Decisions in students of Riau Islamic University. The sample in this study was a student of Riau Islamic University who had worked at Shopee Indonesia and knew that one of Shopee Indonesia's Brand Ambassadors was Joe Taslim as many as 100 respondents with the Lemeshow formula (1997). The sampling technique in this study used Porpusive Sampling and Snowball Sampling Techniques. Methods for data processing using data collection scale techniques, Multiple Liner Regerence, Determination Efficiency, Partial T test, and simultaneous test F. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be shown that the Brand Ambassador has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision, Trust has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision, and the Brand Ambassador and Trust have a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision.

Abstract

This study aims to estimate the influence of Value Added Tax (VAT), Income, Price and Payment Method on Demand. The data used is primary data using questionnaire techniques with data obtained through google forms. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling techniques. In this study, a sample of 213 respondents was used. The analysis method used is SEM analysis using the AMOS 23 application. The results showed that Value Added Tax (VAT) has a negative influence on demand, Income has no influence on demand, Price has a negative influence on demand and Payment Methods have a positive effect on demand.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the processing industry sector in regional economic growth (in Dumai City). It can be concluded from the calculation results that the processing industry sector has a very large positive impact on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) Prod uk in Dumai City, with an average of 54.82%. The manufacturing industry sector has increased every year from the 2010-2018 period. Thus, the role of the processing industry sector in the economic growthin Dumai City has a very positive impact and can increase the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of the processing industry sector.
