Abstract

Basically, the preparation of regional regulations departs from the expectation of the realization of quality public services. One of the steps that can be taken is to bring input and aspirations from the community. The Government can capture the aspirations of the community as the parties affected by the presence of public policies. This service is carried out in Pekanbaru City, precisely in Marpoyan Damai and Senapelan District. This service activity also emphasizes the importance of community involvement in making regional regulations. Therefore, this service is carried out in the context of strengthening community participation in the formation of regional regulations. This activity is carried out using presentation and discussion methods to provide understanding to the community regarding three things, namely the concept of participation, participation channels and solutions in dealing with participation constraints. The results of this service activity further add to the public's insight regarding the technical delivery of aspirations. Through this service activity, the community gains reinforcement regarding ways that can be done to pass the proposal. Communities need to know specific ways to convey aspirations, including making superior programs, conveying aspirations in forums and synchronizing proposals with the sub-district agenda.

Abstract

This community service aims to describe the Strategy for the Development of Religious Tourism Village, Sentono Tomb, Kauman Hamlet, Gogodalem Village, Bringin Sub-District, Semarang Regency. This place is often used as a place of pilgrimage because there is the tomb of Raden Nitinegoro, a descendant of Sunan Kalijogo. The surrounding community believes that if people often pray at this grave, they will be given blessings in their life. Therefore, this tomb is one of the tourism potentials of Gogodalem Village. However, the tomb's condition seems poorly maintained because it is only cleaned once a week and access to the grave is quite tricky because there is a bridge that pedestrians can only pass, and there are no directions. For this reason, it is necessary to develop by providing adequate cleaning facilities and it is needed to build bridges to make it easier for pilgrims to access the location. The development of tourism information includes introducing tourism objects to outsiders. In addition, to increase tourist visits, Gogodalem Village needs to build a gate right on the side of the road entrance to the Sentono Tomb. The existence of a gate and a clear and easy-to-see identity will attract pilgrims to get to the location of Sentono's Tomb. Besides Makan Sentono, there are some other religious tourist objects in the Gogodalem Village area that potentially become popular.

Abstract

Understanding tax regulations is a fundamental obligation for all taxpayers, including SMEs. Taxpayers have a tendency to be disobedient when they do not understand tax regulations. SMEs must understand the concept of tax, calculate tax correctly, pay tax on time, and report tax return. Therefore, assistance and training regarding the fulfilment obligations for SMEs are necessary to improve their understanding and compliance. This community service aims to assist and provide training on tax calculation to SMEs in Jomblang, Semarang. The method is by doing presentations, training in calculating tax and consulting conducted by lecturers who have competence in the field of taxation. The results of the training show that SMEs finally understand the tax concept and are willing to carry out their tax obligations.

Abstract

SMEs have an important role in economic development, both nationally and on a regional scale. One of the local SMEs in Salatiga that produce enting – enting gepuk as one of the local unique foods of Salatiga is called SMEs “dua pohon kelapa”. These SMEs are faced with the branding issue. They do not understand the importance of branding in their business, brands are only considered as images or logos that show the identity of a product. In fact, a brand can be said to have the same value as a reputation. In addition, these SMEs have not maximized their digital marketing, due to a lack of understanding of digital marketing, which is currently one of the most important marketing strategies for SMEs. The method used to achieve the goal of community service is mentoring, presentation, and consultation. The target audience of this activity is the owner and employees of SMEs “dua pohon kelapa”. As a result of this service community, the owners and employees of the SMEs have an understanding of the importance of the brand as a competitive strategy and have social media accounts such as Facebook and Instagram as a tool for digital marketing.

Abstract

Accounting is one of the financial procedures that should be prepared by every business that is carried out. However, accounting is also useful for learning for the academic world. The world of technology is developing, so that accounting is currently being updated with an accounting system, which will make it easier for users to compile accounting reports more precisely. In this community service, the participants are students of SMAN 1 Rancah, Ciamis, West Java. The material given is the socialization of the Accurate Accounting system. Accurate Accounting is a software that is able to help its users to compile a complete, informative and easy to use accounting financial report. So that the material provided will be easily absorbed by the participants. Constraints faced such as the lack of knowledge about basic accounting and ignorance of the Accurate Accounting software became the basis for community service to be carried out. The limited implementation time can be an important concern, because the scope of the accounting world is quite broad, starting from the basics of accounting and developing accounting as a system within the company and becoming an excellent learning medium for educational development. Keywords: financial statement, accounting, accurate, system

Abstract

An Accounting Information System (AIS) involves the collection, storage, and processing of financial and accounting data used by internal users to report information to investors, creditors, and tax authorities. It is generally a computer-based method of tracking accounting activities in relation to information technology resources. .SIA combines traditional accounting practices with modern information technology resources. In the past, accounting records used manual methods, but over time, most AIS currently use accounting automation processes. The purpose of this community service is to maximize technology in the Mbangun Makutoromo Cluster UMKM by providing solutions in the form of: 1 Assistance in making manual bookkeeping, 2. Assistance in the use of smartphones for bookkeeping applications. The service will be carried out in 2021. The data collection method is through interviews, observation and documentation. The method of implementing the activities is carried out by means of training and mentoring.

Abstract

The implementation of community service activities aims to provide solutions to the problems that factory workers have been affected by COVID-19. As a result of the prolonged Covid-19 pandemic, the company suffered losses and made a policy that most factory workers in Salatiga City and Semarang Regency experienced layoffs and were laid off by the company. The method used in community service activities is to provide training to factory workers who have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and have been laid off and sent home. Activities in the implementation of community service include activities to identify and explore community potential, create SMEs centers and joint business groups, guidance on access to capital and business management, and training on the use of information technology as marketing development. The results of community service activities, participants have an understanding of the management and development of highly competitive SMEs through the use of information technology

Abstract

        Enterprise risk management (ERM) plays a very important role in overseeing business processes to achieve goals and prevent risks that may arise. This study aims to determine the implementation of MRT in dr. kariadi hospital semarang, with the output of the organization's risk register. The method used is qualitative and refers to ISO 31000 and Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 25 of 2019 concerning the implementation of integrated risk management in the organizational unit of the Ministry of Health. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with 11 sections/fields and 19 installations at the Kariadi Hospital Semarang to obtain a hospital risk map. The result of the research is the compilation of the hospital risk register, namely the Assessment and its mitigation plan. By compiling a list of hospital risks, it will help decision makers / team ranks in carrying out missions and overseeing hospital processes in order to achieve good hospital organizational governance.

Abstract

MSMEs around Sendang Mbeji have problems with human resources, capital, and mastery of modern technology. The community service team is trying to provide solutions with the theme of efforts to develop creative economy-based MSMEs. Creative economy is a concept in the field of economics in the new economic era by prioritizing creativity and information. The devotion-based research implementation method is carried out in three stages, namely lectures, mentoring and problem solving. The results of the dedication shown show success in developing creative economy-based MSMEs in the practice of creating their products, as well as improving the income of MSME actors. The results of the dedication can also provide education about the use of technology in online promotions.

Abstract

Improvement of Human Resources (HR) is an effort made to form quality human beings with skills, work abilities and work loyalty to an organization or government. The flow of technology and information as well as the mobility of human resources from one place to another. One of the HR improvements that must be done is through training, education, and coaching. Information technology is a concept where certain objects have the ability to transfer data over a network without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction. Sirnoboyo Village, Giriwoyo District, Wonogiri Regency. The purpose of raising the theme of improving human resources in the field of information technology for posyandu cadres and village officials is to provide insight and improvement on the basis for using Ms. Word and digital form creation with Google - Forms. The method of implementing the service includes a basic computer workshop using Microsoft Office 2013. Then a workshop on improving the ability of posyandu cadres in making digital forms using Google-Form. The resulting output is the implementation of a workshop and an increase in the capacity of Sirnoboyo village human resources, namely posyandu cadres and village officials.
