Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Governance on financial performance by state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. The aspects of Corporate Governance in this study are represented by the size of the board of commissioners, the proportion of independent commissioners, board of commissioners meetings, the size of the board of directors, and board of directors meetings. The results of the F test show that all independent variables simultaneously influence financial performance. Based on the results of the t test it can be concluded that the size of the board of commissioners has a negative effect on financial performance. The number of board meetings is reported to have a positive effect on financial performance. While the board of commissioners meeting, the size of the board of commissioners has no effect on financial performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia Regional Yogyakarta. (2) pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia Regional Yogyakarta. (3) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia Regional Yogyakarta. (4) pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja fisik dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia Regional Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh (sampel sensus) dengan menggunakan seluruh jumlah populasi yang ada pada PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia Regional Yogyakarta yaitu sebanyak 45 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Pada uji asumsi klasik menghasilkan model regresi yang data terdistribusi normal dan tidak terjadi multikolinieritas, serta tidak terjadi heterokedastisitas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis persamaan regresi diperoleh Y = -6,091 + 0,423 X1 + 0,413 X2 + 0,386 X3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia Regional Yogyakarta. (2) lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia Regional Yogyakarta. (3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia Regional Yogyakarta. (4) kompensasi, lingkungan kerja fisik dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a significant effect of CARTER's service quality consisting of compliance, assurance, reliability, tangible, empathy, and responsiveness to customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri Banjarmasin. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by smartPLS was used in the analysis data of this research. The sample of this study was 100 respondents, taken by random sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The results showed that there was a significant effect of CARTER service quality consisting of compliance, assurance, reliability, tangible, empathy, and responsiveness to customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri Banjarmasin because all T-Statistics values were above 1,960. The most dominant dimension in influencing customer satisfaction is a dimension of compliance regarding the application of Islamic sharia principles. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure terhadap Profitabilitas dan Harga saham pada tiga sektor BUMN yaitu pertambangan, konstruksi, pembangunan dan gas yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2017. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSRD) berpengaruh terhadap Harga saham dan Profitabilitas. Sedangkan Profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap Harga saha, namun profitabilitas dapat menjadi variabel intervening hubungan antara Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSRD) terhadap Harga saham.

Abstract

Konsumsi produk ramah lingkungan kini menjadi gaya hidup yang popular yang mulai diikuti oleh pemuda. Beberapa penelitian membuktikan bahwa perilaku konsumsi produk ramah lingkungan lebih didorong oleh motivasi sosial dan emosional daripada motivasi fungsional. Keterlibatan pemuda dalam kegiatan dan organisasi ramah lingkungan mendorong dia untuk melakukan kegiatan yang ramah lingkungan dalam kehidupan sehari-harinya. Penelitian ini melaporan hasil studi minat beli terhadap produk ramah lingkungan kepada 124 mahasiswa di tiga Perguruan Tinggi Negeri di Surakarta. Tiga variabel yang akan diuji adalah, keikutsertaaan mahasiswa dalam organisasi ramah lingkungan, consumer guilt jika tidak melakukan kegiatan ramah lingkungan, dan minat beli terhadap produk ramah lingkungan. Hasil path analysis dan effect size measure untuk menguji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa, consumer guilt mampu menjadi mediator dari hubungan keikutsertaan mahasiswa dalam organisasi ramah lingkungan dengan minat beli mahasiswa terhadap produk ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan pengaruh determinan goal-setting yang didimensikan dalam komitmen organisasi, disiplin kerja, dan sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap kinerja pegawai pengelola keuangan pada SKPD di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yaitu kuesioner dengan 54 responden yang diperoleh dari SKPD di Kota Makassar. Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi, disiplin kerja, sistem informasi akuntansi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pengelolaan Keuangan SKPD di Kota Makassar.

Abstract

Medika Permata Hijau (RSMPH) Hospital is one of hospitals affiliated in KPJ Health Care (Bhd) managing 25 hospitals centered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and two hospitals in Indonesia. This study has some objectives which are to analyze the service quality influence towards outpatients’ satisfaction, the cost influence towards outpatients’ satisfaction, the facility influence toward outpatients’ satisfaction, customer loyalty influence towards outpatients’ satisfaction. This study uses quantitative method with research object discussed in this study I outpatients of Medika Permata Hijau Jakarta Hospital. The participants of this study were conveniently selected by employing non probability sampling technique. The validity of the data were analyzed by using Pearson Correlation Test, and the reliabitity of the data were analyzed by using Cronbach’s Alpha score in X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, and Y variable have value score more than 0,6 in each variable. Therefore, the question item of variable are reliable. The results of this study are service quality gives significant influence on outpatients’ satisfaction, cost does not give significant influence on outpatients’ satisfaction, facility does not give significant influence on outpatients’ satisfaction, and customer loyalty gives significant influence on outpatients’satisfaction. The result of this study have contribution in improving the hospital’s service quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis financial distress dan kebangkrutan melalui metode Altman Z-Score serta pengaruhnya terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk periode 2012 hingga 2017. Pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling sedangkan pengolahan data dilakukan melalui perangkat lunak Eviews dan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebangkrutan hanya terjadi di Indofarma Tbk (INAF) pada tahun 2017. Secara bersamaan, Z-score memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham dan hasil regresi data panel mengkonfirmasi bahwa Pendapatan Sebelum Bunga dan Pajak (EBIT) terhadap Total Aset memiliki pengaruh signifikan dengan kontribusi 38,25% terhadap harga saham. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of motivational leadership and job satisfaction on the performance of South Kalimantan Police Biddokes personnel. The benefits obtained from this study are providing input or additional information that is meaningful to organizations, companies and further research on leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction with employee performance as a reference for further research.This research variable consists of indentpent variables and dependent variables. The independent variable consists of leadership, motivation and job satisfaction. Whereas the dependent variable consists of employee performance. The analysis technique used is multiple regression (multiple regression) with the help of SPSS 20.0 software.The results of the Leadership, Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction research of the South Kalimantan Police of Biddokkes went well. Leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction have a partial effect on the performance of the South Kalimantan Regional Police Biddokkes. Leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction simultaneously influence the performance of the South Kalimantan Police Biddokkes. Leadership has a dominant effect on the performance of the South Kalimantan Regional Police Biddokkes compared to work motivation and job satisfaction.

Abstract

Technological developments in the era of globalization are increasingly fast demanding every company to develop strategies and management policies, especially in the field of human resources (HR), other factors that influence the work environment, and organizational commitment, where the better both can create job satisfaction in employees can even indirectly form organizational citizenship behavior. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work environment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees of Sadar Sejahtera Cooperative, South Sumatra. This study uses a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at the Sadar Sejahtera Cooperative in September 2019. The population in this study was 145 respondents while the sample used was 100 respondents. The sampling method uses nonprobability sampling and the sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in the study is multiple linear regression test. The analysis showed that partially job satisfaction (p value = 0.001); organizational commitment (p value 0.001) and work environment (p value = 0.025) affect Organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, simultaneous job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work environment influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees of Koperasi Sadar Sejahtera, South Sumatra with a calculated F value of 0,000.
