Abstract

This study aim to determine the role of digital marketing and competitive price to buying decision IndiHome Fiber PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. Datel Wonogiri. Research data was obtained by spreading questionnaires using interval scale by using sample of 100 respondents. This research uses sampling with aksidental sampling method and using multiple linear regression analysis technique. Partial test results indicate that the digital marketing has a significant effect on buying decision, competitive price has a significant effect on buying decision. For simultaneous test, the result shows that variable of digital marketing and competitive price together have significant effect to buying decision. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Peran Islamic value  marketing dalam Viral Marketing terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Studi pada Onlineshop Nellcodoxshop Solo). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen dari Nellcodoxshop Solo. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probability sampling: purposive sampling, pengambilan sampel di ambil dari konsumen Nellcodoxshop yang sudah melakukan pembelian dengan total sampel 112 responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS fro Windows Release 20.0. Variabel dependen (Y) dari penelitian ini adalah Keputusan Pembelian. Variabel independen (X) dari penelitian ini adalah Viral Marketing dan variabel moderasi (Z) dari penelitian ini adalah Islamic value  marketing. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Untuk analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Viral Marketing berpengaruh  terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada konsumen Nellcodoxshop. (2) Islamic value  marketing mampu memoderasi hubungan antara Viral Marketing dan keputusan pembelian pada konsumen Nellcodoxahop

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuiPengaruh inflasi, Nilai tukar rupiah dan Suku bunga bank Indonesia terhadap harga saham (Studi PadaPerusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index Tahun 2012-2017). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif.Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data Sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di JII pada tahun 2012-2017 yaitu PT. Gas Negara (PGAS), PT. Semen Indonesia (SMGR), PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TLKM).Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Vector Auto Regresion (VAR).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel inflasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham PGAS dan harga saham TLKM. Namun inflasi berpengaruh terhadap harga saham SMGR yang berhubungan positif.Variabel kurs rupiah tidak berpengrauh terhadap harga saham perusahaan BUMN.Variabel BI rate juga tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham perusahaan BUMN.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out the direct influence of knowledge sharing behaviorand the team culture on the service innovation performance. This research uses three variables that are knowledge sharing behavior as an independent variable, team culture as a intervening variable and service innovation performance as a dependent variable. The research uses primary data that is processed using SPSS software. Population in this research is employees of PT. Pos Indonesia branch offices Surakarta, with criteria that have been determined by researchers. The measurements in this questionnaire use a scale of 1 up to 10 intervals and this study used a total of 80 respondents. The result of research indicates that: 1) Knowledge sharing behavior has a significant effect on team culture, 2) Knowledge sharing behavior has a significant effect on service innovation performance, 3) team culture has a significant effect on service innovation performance. Abstract

Abstrak The purpose of this research was to get empirical evidence about the effect of the issuance of islamic bonds (sukuk) and conventional bonds on the abnormal stock returns. The independent variables used are islamic bonds (sukuk) and conventional bonds. The dependent variable used in this study is the abnormal stock return in observations from 2008-2016. The population in this study are all issue islamic bonds (sukuk) and conventional bonds on the Indonesia stock exchange, those are 13 companies with criterias issuing islamic bond (sukuk) and conventional bonds, this obtained 30 samples used in this study. And the samples are the compaines listed during the period 2008-2014. The sampling is done by purposive sampling. The result showed based on multiple regression test for islmaic bonds (sukuk) and conventional bonds that positive affect the abnormal stock return Keywords:  Islamic bonds (sukuk) conventional bonds, and abnormal stock returns.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research addreses to determinate the effect of Islamic work ethics to employee performance and job satisfaction as an intervening variable in RS PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta.The population in this study are all nurses RS PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta totaling 258 nurses. The sampling tehnique used purposive sampling method and sample obtained 75 respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS for Windows Release 20.0.The dependent variable (Y) of this research is employee performance. The independent variable (X) Islamic work ethic and for intervening variables (Z) is job satisfaction. This method used is quantitative research methods. For the method of data analysis self are using path analysis.The results of this showed that: (1) the work ethic Islam is influence positively significant for the employee performance. (2) Islamic work ethics influenced positively significant effect on job satisfaction. (3) Job satisfaction has a positively significant on employee performance. (4) The Islamic work ethic influenced toward employee performance by means job satisfaction as intervening variable.Keywords: Islamic work ethic, job satisfaction, employee performance

Abstract

Giving roles, opportunities and means for women to be empowered in all things, including in the economy is one of the efforts to alleviate poverty. The poor women's empowerment program conducted by the Koperasi Baytul Ikhtiar (BAIK) has helped many poor women in Bogor. This is in line with the Koperasi’s goal of building community and building a national economic order by empowering and prospering members of the cooperative which consists of poor women. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of poor women's empowerment programs that have been carried out by Koperasi Baytul Ikhtiar Bogor. Effectiveness is analyzed by looking at the effect of participation on effectiveness which is moderated by the performance of the facilitator. The study was conducted in Tamansari, West Bogor. This quantitative research was carried out by distributing 114 questionnaires, but only 62 were analyzed because others were missing. Data analysis using Partial Least Square with smartPLS 2.0 software. The results of the study indicate that participation which consists of the planning stage does not directly or indirectly affect effectiveness. The participation of both stages of the implementation has a direct effect and does not have an indirect effect through the performance of the facilitator on effectiveness. While the third participation, the evaluation phase does not have a direct effect but affects the effectiveness through the performance of the facilitator. For participation which consists of the planning stage, the implementation phase and evaluation phase indirectly influence the effectiveness through the performance of the facilitator with the highest score among others. This shows that the performance of Koperasi Baytul Ikhtiar Bogor employees has a strong influence on the end result or effectiveness of the empowerment program for poor women members of the Koperasi Baytul Ikhtiar (BAIK) Bogor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine: the implementation of remuneration based performance in sharia state university in Indonesia (IAIN-Institut Agama Islam Negeri). This study aims to determine the influence of remuneration, job satisfaction, achievement motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance. Research method used in this study using a survey within the university staff. The multiple regression results indicate that remuneration, job satisfaction, achievement motivation, and organizational culture has a significant positive contribution to the performance of employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja pelayanan terhadap kepuasan serta loyalitas mahasiswa STIE-AAS. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalan dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dimana metode ini disertai dengan pengujian hipotesis. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa STIE-AAS Surakarta yang masih aktif dengan pemilihan sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 orang responden. Purposive sampling peneliti pilih sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Pengujian terhadap hasil kuesioner tersebut menggunakan analisis validitas dan analisis reliabilitas. Sedangkan untuk analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan Moderator Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan kinerja pelayanan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa STIE AAS (86%), terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa STIE AAS, terdapat pengaruh signifikan kinerja pelayanan terhadap loyalitas (84%), dan terdapat pengaruh signifikan kinerja pelayanan terhadap loyalitas dengan kepuasan mahasiswa sebagai variabel moderating (84,7%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy terhadap kepuasan nasabah di Bank Muamalat Surakarta. Faktor dimensi kualitas pelayanan tersebut manakah yang paling dominan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif disertai dengan pengujian hipotesis. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah Bank Muamalat Surakarta dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 80 orang responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Pengujian terhadap hasil kuesioner tersebut menggunakan analisis validitas dan analisis reliabilitas. Sedangkan untuk analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, uji F, uji t, uji koefisien determinasi, serta uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy terhadap kepuasan nasabah Bank Muamalat Surakarta. Dimensi reliability merupakan dimensi yang memberikan pengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.
