Abstract

Surahman P. Jensyah. 2016. The Effect of Leadership And Communication Pattern And Also Non Physical Work Environment on Discipline Work in Official of Education and Culture Service Office of Samarinda Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership, communication pattern and non physical work environment on official’s discipline work. The research was conducted at the Education and Culture Service Office of Samarinda Regency. The sampling method using probability/random sampling. Sampling respondents in this study amounted to 144 people. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression, analysis processed using SPSS version 22. The results of this study show that: 1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on discipline work, 2) Communication pattern has a positive and significant effect on discipline work, 3) Non physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on discipline work.Keywords: Leadership, Communication Pattern, Non Physical Work Environment and Discipline Work.

Abstract

The phenomenon in this study is how the influence of internal factors bankaltim including credit risk by proxy Non Performing Loan (NPL), Third Party Funds, Liquidity by proxy Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), as well as the level of business efficiency by using the proxy Operating Cost to Revenue operations to the volume of lending to the debtor. Tools statistical test used SPSS version 21 and Ms.Kingsoft 2014. While the data used is secondary data and time series data types in the form of financial ratios related to the vulnerable period of 2008 - 2015. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis that Test Classical assumptions, and multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is the variable Non Performing Loan (NPL) and variable Operating Expenses to Operating Income respectively negatively affect the volume of lending, while variable Third Party Fund and variable Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have a positive influence on the volume of lending. The implications of this study are expected bankaltim as a regional bank in East Kalimantan can optimize its lending volume and can maximize Third party funds and maintain financial ratios in accordance with BankÂindonesia.Keywords: Volume of Credit, Non Performing Loan (NPL), Third Party Fund (DPK), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Operating Cost to Operating Income BOPO)

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of variables Psychological Factors and characteristics of individual consumers Decision Against Spot On Loppe Caffee Samarinda.The theoretical basis used by management marketing analysis tools Multiple Regression Liner with 51  samples. The conclusion of this study: The function of multiple linear regression calculation result is Y = 0.126 + 0.256 + 0.341 X1 + 0.683 X2 X3. Psychological variables regression coefficient value (X1) and individual characteristics (X2) is positive, meaning that if an increase in the quality of psychological variables (X1) and individual characteristics (X2) will lead to an increase in consumer decisions to eat and drink at Loppe Coffee. Abstract

In conjunction with human resources, changes in environmental conditions the company both internally and externally, directly or indirectly may affect career development (career development) and job stress (stress work) employees who may pose an intention to move for employees (turnover intention) which can ultimately cause the actual turnover. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of stress on your job turnover intention of employees at PT. Garuda Food Samarinda and determine the influence of career development on employee turnover intention in PT. Garuda Food Samarinda.The results showed that job stress significant effect on turnover intention of employees at PT. Garuda Food Samarinda, job stress due to the significant value 0.007 0.05. So increasing the work stress has also increased turnover intention. Career development significant effect on turnover intention of employees at PT. Garuda Food Samarinda, career development due to the significant value of 0.002 0.05. Suggested leader or manager of PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh hambatan masuk, efisiensi investasi, profitabilitas bank dan risiko bank terhadap intellectual capital pada Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Indonesia dengan tahun penelitian 2011-2015. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan bank umum swasta nasional yang telah di publikasi di website Bank Indonesia. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling maka sebanyak 38 bank yang memenuhi kriteria dari 42 bank sebagai sampel. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel. Untuk  mengukur  hambatan  masuk,  penelitian  ini  menggunakan  rasio aktiva tetap terhadap total aset bank. Efisiensi investasi diukur menggunakan rasio biaya karyawan terhadap total pendapatan. Untuk profitabilitas bank diukur menggunakan Return On Equity (ROE) dan risiko bank diukur menggunakan rasio aktiva tidak berwujud terhadap total aset bank. Untuk mengukur intellectual capital menggunakan Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC). Berdasarakan dari hasil pengujian hipotesis, hambatan masuk dan risiko bank berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap intellectual capital. Sedangkan efisiensi investasi dan profitabilitas bank berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap intellectual capitalKata Kunci : Hambatan masuk, efisiensi investasi, profitabilitas bank, risiko bank, intellectual capital, human capital, structural capital, dan customer capital.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Threat Emotions and Brand Trust to the Buying Decision. The independent variables in this study are threat emotions and brand trust, while the dependent variable in this study is buying decision. The type of research that is used is quantitative research. The research was conducted on customers of Hypermart Plaza Mulia Samarinda who have made a purchase HIT Aerosol. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques in this study using quantitative analysis. This study shows that threat emotion and brand trust has a significant influence to the buying decision.Key Words: Threat Emotion, Brand Trust, Buying Decision.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between concentration, profitability and conventional commercial banks competition in Indonesia from 2009 to 2013. The sampling method used by this research is purposive sampling method. By following the criteria in this method, the number of sample is 109 banks. A simple regression model is used to analize the data. This research used secondary data from Bank Indonesia and the level of concentration and profitability are represented by HHI (Herfindahl-Hirschman Index) and ROA (Return on Assets), respectively. Panzar and Rosse is employed to measure competition. The results of study show the relationship between concentration level and competition is negatively significant, whilst the profitability affect negatively on competition but statistically insignificant.Keywords  : Concentration, profitability, competition, conventional commercial Bank

Abstract

This research aim to analyse The effect of Individual Caracteristic and Work Stress to its impact on Employee Performance by using multiple linear regression analysis. Population on this research is the nurse of  RSUD AW Sjahranie Samarinda with election procedure sample use Hair method and the result is 77 respondent. Result of Hypothesis testing have shown that the Individual Caracteristic and Work Stress give significant effect to Employee Performance. In addition R2 have shown that 29,60% of Nurse Performance (Y) on RSUD AW Sjahranie had impact by Individual Caracteristic and Work Stress.Keyword: Individual Caracteristic, Work Stress, Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain cost-efficient distribution of system  distribution assignment PT. Air Kristal Lestari in Balikpapan. Analytical methods that used in this study is Hungarian method and processed by using software Production and Operations Management (POM) for Windows. The results showed that the assignment of the distribution system on PT. Air Kristal Lestari is still not efficient, this is visible from the total distribution costs incurred by the company for the fifth car boxes to five locations are greater, namely Rp 1.338.588,- per day, while the results of this research only Rp 1.275.388,- per day. From this research, the difference of cost distribution Rp 63.200,-, so in a month companies can save Rp 758.400,- (Rp 63.200,- X 12 times shipping).Keywords : Assignment, Distribution, Hungarian Method.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of variables between Brand Perception and  quality service to Customer Loyalty of  D'Orange cafe The theoretical basis used by management marketing analysis tools Multiple Regression Liner with 60 samples.The conclusion of this study:The function of multiple linear regression calculation result is Y = 0.062 + 0.444 X1 + 0.535 X2.
