The purpose of research and implementation of the procurement of this Village Library is to increase public interest in reading. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques interview, observation, and documentation as well as using data analysis techniques, namely triangulation. The implementation of the Procurement of Community Reading Gardens is to make a village library through several stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, as well as the evaluation and follow-up stages.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine how business competition and the impact of competition on the income of traders, especially kitchen spice traders. This research was conducted in Bukit Pamulang Market. This reaserch used descriptive qualitative research. Researchers use primary data sources. Data collection techniques used in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, analyze the findings using theories related to the subject matter studied. The results of this research show that trade competition has a major impact on the income of spice traders. In addition, revenue also affects the number of competitors, the more new competitors have an impact on other competitors. At the Mba Emi shop, the decrease in turnover over the last 5 years was 48%. <![CDATA[The quality of learning services is synthesized as an activity to achieve customer expectations standards in improving academic and non-academic services that create value and provide benefits systematically and have good service to continue to improve quality and needs that create satisfaction in the utilization of all the potential inherent in the resources owned optimally and demands the organization to be better, more competitive in achieving organizational goals and able to compete against the times. This study aims to explain 1) the infrastructure available at SMA Negeri 1 Ciampea Bogor. 2) the quality of learning services available at SMA Negeri 1 Ciampea Bogor. 3) the contribution of infrastructure management to the quality of learning services at SMA Negeri 1 Ciampea Bogor. This study involved 40 teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Ciampea Bogor, the sample was obtained by non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample. The research method used is a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The data collection technique used a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale and the data analysis technique used was simple linear regression. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, the management of infrastructure has a positive and significant effect on the quality of learning services. This shows that the stronger the contribution of infrastructure management, the higher the quality of learning services produced by teachers. Therefore, to foster the quality of learning services, teachers are expected to pay more attention to the management of infrastructure in these school institutions.]]>

The study utilizes a literature review approach, applying content analysis as a type of conceptual qualitative study. The research findings indicate that the Science and Quran Synthesis approach is a new concept in teaching methods that is more contextual and relevant. It aims to help learners gain a deeper understanding of scientific concepts and the ability to integrate relevant Quranic verses with contemporary scientific topics.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was informed by the issue that some students still have not been involved in science learning with class V material about the digestive systems of animals and humans. In fact, MI teachers have used learning media in the form of make-a-math in the classroom as part of the learning process, but they have limited time to teach and inadequate facilities. This study aims to develop a flip chart media (smart pocketbook) for science learning to increase student learning activities towards the material of digestive organs science in humans and animals. TENJOLAYA MI AL HUSNA. This research uses a development approach, or R&D, with a research design that can produce products, use research that needs analysis, and test the product's feasibility so that it can function for the wider community. Research is needed to test the effectiveness of products, namely flip chart learning media (smart pocket books), and active learning of grade V elementary school students. Two experts, a media expert, and a materials expert, validated the study's findings. The media on the flip chart card got a score (3) from a media expert or 92.3%, and a score (4) from a material expert, or 94.5%. All three numbers appear with an average value of 5. Based on the acquisition of this score, it can show that the learning media of the flip chart card (smart pocket book) developed is worthy of being used for trials as development of conventional learning media in the form of flip chart media.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the application of entrepreneurial character values, teachers can help students apply creative values so that they are able to produce products with high selling power. This research is a qualitative research "case study". The subjects of the study were grade IV students of SDIT Al Hikmah Depok totaling 109 students. Data sources from teachers, data, and documents. Data collection techniques are by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity techniques use triangulation of data sources. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis techniques and qualitative analysis techniques. The conclusion of this study is the application of P5 in shaping entrepreneurial character through Food Festival activities. The results of the study are: 1. Effectiveness and efficiency of the application of creative values, 2. Teachers can assist students in applying creative values, 3. Increase high selling power. The conclusion of the results of research conducted at SDIT AL Hikmah Depok using a case study approach got good results. Students have been able to apply entrepreneurial character values, namely creative in the activities of the Food Festival.]]>

<![CDATA[Women's leadership is still taboo for some parts of society, because they still think that women are not as great and strong as men. However, the changing times provide new facts that women can lead like men and even exceed them, because women are more multitalent, more empowering, more communicative, exemplary, compassionate and motherly, intelligent and conscientious and responsible. Theologically there is no difference between women and men in terms of leadership because each has a different role according to their nature. In this study the authors try to explain how women's leadership in the Islamic perspective towards the Principal at SMA Muhammadiyah Pamijahan Bogor with a qualitative approach research method based on three stages of data analysis, namely Data Reduction (data reduction), Data Display (data display), and Verification (conclusion drawing). ) or commonly referred to as data triangulation, namely combining various existing data and sources. From this research, it shows that female leaders in the Islamic Prespective at Muhammadiyah High School are able to set an example and always strive to advance the educational institutions they lead and this can be seen from the development of both the quality of facilities and infrastructure as well as the quantity of students who continue to increase in number.]]>
