Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using group investigation method on second language learning outcomes (L2) in third grade students of SD Muhammadiyah 4 Tangerang City. The method used in this study was a quasi-experimental method by conducting pretest and posttest in two groups. This type of experimental research method uses a nonequivalent control group design, where the experimental class is treated and the control class is not treated. This nonequivalent control group design is almost the same as the pretest and posttest control group designs, only in this design the experimental and control groups are not chosen randomly. Data collection techniques using tests. The data analysis technique was started from normality test, homogeneity test, and continued with hypothesis testing. research data, calculations to test the hypothesis can be that t count is 13.31 and t table with dk = 58. Therefore, the price of t count 13.31 1.67 = t table means the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the hypothesis alternative (H1) is accepted. Based on the research above, it can be concluded that: there is a significant effect on the second language learning outcomes (L2) of students who use cooperative learning group investigation type compared to conventional methods. Second language learning outcomes (L2) of students who use cooperative learning group investigation type are higher compared to the conventional method, it can be said that the cooperative learning type group investigation method has an effect on students' second language (L2) learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research is aimed at studying aspects influencing the quality of management quality of the Community Learning  Activity  Centers  (Pusat  Kegiatan  Belajar  Masyarakat  hencefort  called  PKBM)  in  Banten province. The approach used in this research is quantitative, with sampling research model. The aspect covers autonomy, supervision, community participation and leadership Quantitative research takes the distance between the researcher and the object of the study. Quantitative research uses formal, standard and measurable instruments. The  research sample is 155 PKBMs spread in the eight districts or cities in Banten Province. The results of this study indicate that; (1) autonomy has a direct and indirect positive effect on the quality of PKBM management; (2) supervision directly and indirectly influence the quality of PKBM management; (3) community participation has a direct and indirect positive impact on the quality of PKBM management; (4) leadership has a direct positive effect on the quality of PKBM management; (5) autonomy has a direct positive effect on PKBM leadership; (6) supervision has a direct positive effect on PKBM leadership; (7) community participation has a direct positive effect on PKBM leadership.DOI: 10.15408/insaniyat.v2i1.6585

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the slang contained in Novel literature ‘’Analogi Cinta Berdua” by Dara Prayoga’’ Language is a tool used by humans to communicate language in the form of sound symbols issued by human speech organs, Slang is contemporary or easy to disappear and is not permanent, therefore it is rare to find slang that is permanent and long used for a long period of time. The approach used is qualitative to analyze the novel using the content analysis method From the results of the study, it was found that the use of slang in the form of linguistic symbols such as. Yoi, sekarang gue punya pacar!” From these quotations, researchers can find out the use of slang. The quote is translated into Indonesian as "yes now I have a lover".“Emang punya duit lo, Ka? Anak kos aja”. From these quotations, researchers can find out the use of slang. The quote is translated into Indonesian as "Do you really have money, Sis? Just kiddos." “Yah, giliran kalah main PES aja kabur. Cupu!”. From these quotations, researchers can know the use of slang. The quote is translated into Indonesian as "Well, it's your turn to lose playing PES, just run away. Geek!” In literary works there are those who use slang as their writing, such as in youth novels, the language is more popular with readers because the language is easy to understand and use in everyday life.

Abstract

This study aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes through cooperative learning type TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) in fifth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah 4 Tangerang City. This research was conducted on 30 students consisting of 14 male students and 16 female students. The learning used in this research is classroom action research using the spiral model of Kemmis and Mc Taggart. The stages of classroom action research according to Kemmis and Mc Taggart are as follows: The main concept of classroom action research consists of four components, namely planning (planning), action (acting), observation (observing) and reflection (reflecting). The results obtained in the first cycle, students who achieved complete learning were 20 students (66.7%) with an average score of 67 student learning outcomes, the second cycle reached 25 students (83.3%) with an average learning outcome. 74 , and the third cycle reached 28 students (93.3%) with an average learning outcome of 77. In conclusion, the application of the Team Assisted Individualization learning model to fifth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah Tangerang can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes. This can be seen from the increase in class averages and students who reach the KKM. Keywords: Mathematical Ability, Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) Method

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran orang tua terhadap kemampuan afektif siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah guru kelas IV, orang tua siswa dan Siswa kelas IV SDN Sukasari 1 Tangerang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles And Huberman dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran orang tua sangat berpengaruh dalam membentuk kemampuan afektif siswa, peran orang tua yang diberikan diantaranya yaitu memberikan bimbingan belajar, memberikan pengawasan dan lainnya, serta upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru yaitu memberikan pembelajaran dengan penilaian afektif, sikap, moral, minat, dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

Pembelajaran tematik merupakan pembelajaran yang dilaksankan dalam situasi dan kondisi yang sesuai, materi pembelajaran tidak disusun dalam bentuk mata pelajaran yang terpisah, tetapi dihubungkan oleh tema-tema tertentu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara menyeluruh dari pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik, Serta mengetahui bagaimana kesulitan yang dialami oleh guru dalam pembelajaran tematik di SD Negeri Cibadak V Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif deskriftif. Subjek penelitian adalah guru kelas 1 hingga guru kelas 6. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil data yang diperoleh peneliti mengenai analisis kesulitan yang dialami oleh guru dalam pembelajaran menggunakan tematik di SD Negeri Cibadak V Kabupaten Tangerang. Bahwa guru masih sering mengalami kesulitan diantaranya kurangnya media pembelajaran yang tersedia serta kurangnya guru dalam memahami materi yang ingin disampaikan pada proses pembalajaran saat itu.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of the Cooperative Learning Type Numbered Head Together (NHT) method on the mathematics learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN Muhammadiyah 1 Tangerang City. The sample in this study used a simple random sampling technique. The method used is an experiment using an experimental class and a control class. Data collection techniques use learning outcomes in the form of formative tests conducted at the beginning and end of the study using the t test. So that means the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the working hypothesis (H1) is accepted. The results of the calculations carried out turned out that the learning outcomes of the experimental class using the Numbered Head Together (NHT) Cooperative Learning method were better than the learning outcomes of the control class so that the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected, thus the working hypothesis was accepted, meaning that there was an influence of the numbered head cooperative learning method. together (NHT) on the results of learning mathematics for fourth grade students at SDN Muhammadiyah 1 Tangerang City. So it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the Cooperative Learning Type Numbered Head Together (NHT) method on mathematics learning outcomes in fourth grade students at SDN Muhammadiyah 1 Tangerang City. Abstract

This study aims to: (1) find out the parenting style given by the parents of fifth grade students at SDN Kp. Bulak II Pamulang (2) determines the learning achievement of fifth grade students at SDN Kp. Bulak II Pamulang (3) found the relationship between parenting style and student achievement in class V SDN Kp. Bulak II Pamulang. This study uses a correlative approach and uses quantitative methods. The subjects of this study were fifth grade students at SDN Kp. Bulak II Pamulang with a total of 34 students and this study also included parents of fifth grade students at SDN Kp. Bulak II Pamulang. The instruments used were parenting and student achievement questionnaires, and documentation. The collected research data were analyzed using data analysis techniques using the normality test, correlation test and linearity test. The results of the study regarding the relationship between parenting style and student achievement in class V SDN Kp.Bulak II Pamulang are as follows: (1) Parenting style given by parents of class V SDN Kp.Bulak II Pamulang is dominant authoritarian parenting style with a percentage of 61, 20%, while permissive parenting with a percentage of 37.40, and democratic parenting with a percentage of 1.7% (2) there is a significant relationship between parenting style and student achievement in class V. The implication of this research is that this research provides information to educators so that provide input or advice to parents of students in order to provide good parenting for children, so that children have good achievements in school.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan pola pikir manusia menjadi tantangan terbesar bagi pemerintah, perusahaan, dan dunia pendidikan di Indonesia di era milenial untuk dapat berkolaborasi dalam menghadapi transformasi digital. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan SDM menjadi penting menuju era digitalisasi. Pasalnya, era digitalisasi telah menghasilkan perubahan cara manusia berpikir, hidup, dan terhubung satu sama lain. Secara tidak langsung, era digital telah mengubah sesuatu yang tadinya hanya ketakutan menjadi tantangan. Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP) dan Badan Pengembangan Kepegawaian dan Karir (BKPK) Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang (UMT) bekerja sama dengan Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) memberikan pelatihan dan penerbitan sertifikat kompetensi bagi SDM UMT yang memenuhi kategori pelatihan dan lulus uji kompetensi untuk mengembangkan kapabilitas SDM agar beradaptasi dan berinovasi di era digital. Hasil uji kompetensi pada 52 tenaga kependidikan, 33 SDM dengan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) level 6 dan 16 SDM dengan Teknisi Madya Akuntansi telah terajal, namun 3 SDM yang harus melakukan uji ulang kompetensi Teknisi Akuntansi Madya. Berdasarkan uji kompetensi yang dilakukan LSP dan BKPK UMT, membuktikan bahwa SDM UMT siap berkontribusi dan berkolaborasi dalam menghadapi transformasi digital.Kata Kunci: Sertifikasi Kompetensi, Era Digital; Sumber Daya Manusia; Lembaga Sertifikasi ProfesiHuman Resources (HR) and human mindset are the biggest challenges for the government, companies, and the world of education in Indonesia in the millennial era to be able to collaborate in facing digital transformation. Therefore, increasing human resources is important towards the digitalization era. The reason is, the era of digitalization has resulted in changes in the way humans thought, live, and connection to one another. Indirectly, the digital era has turned something that was only a fear into a challenge. The Professional Certification Institute (LSP) and Staffing and Career Development Agency (BKPK) of University of Muhammadiyah Tangerang (UMT) in collaboration with the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) provides training and issues competency certificates for UMT HR who meet the training category and pass competency tests to develop HR capabilities to adapt and innovate in the digital era. The results of the competency test on 52 educational staff, 33 HR with Human Resource Management (MSDM) level 6 and 16 HR with Madya Accounting Technician has been certificated, yet 3 HR who had to re-test the Madya Accounting Technician competency. Based on the competency test carried out by LSP and BKPK of UMT, it proves that UMT HR is ready to contribute and collaborate in facing digital transformation.Keyword: Competency Certification, Digital Era; Human Resources; Professional Certification Institute
