Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) To determine the development of Regional Original Revenue in Batang Hari Regency in 2014-2019. (2) To determine the effectiveness ratio of the Regional Original Revenue of Batang Hari Regency in 2014-2019. (3) To determine the ratio of Independence of Regional Original Revenue in Batang Hari Regency in 2014-2019, the research method used is descriptive quantitative. The type of data used is secondary data from the Batang Hari APBD which has been published during the 2014-2019 period obtained from www.djpk.kemenkeu.go.id. The results showed that the development of local revenue in Batang Hari Regency during the 2014-2019 period fluctuated. The fluctuation that is shown is not only an increase but also a decrease. The results of the calculation of the effectiveness ratio of Batang Hari Regency PAD for the 2014-2019 period show that it is effective for 2014. Meanwhile, for 2018 and 2019, the effectiveness ratio is ineffective, because it is still below 100 percent, which means that the target of Regional Original Income has not been achieved. The Independence Ratio of Batang Hari Regency for the period 2014-2019 shows that the criteria for the independence of Batang Hari Regency are very lacking.

Abstract

Marketing is a combination of activities that are interconnected to determine the needs of consumers and develop promotion, distribution, services and price. So that consumers can be properly satisfied at a certain level of needs. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect to product quality, price and service quality on consumer satisfaction in the Material Store Building Umran Jaya Abadi Muara Bulian. The analytical methode used is qualitative, the data used are primary and secondery data, the analitycal tool used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression tools. Testing the significance of the influence of product quality variabels (X1), price (X2), and service quality (X3) as independent variabels, and customer satisfaction Y as the dependent variabels by t test, f test and determination. Based on the result of the research, the component that influences dominant factor is services quality , which has the highest vvalue of 4,663 compared to the product quality factor 4,440 the price factor is 1,759. While the adjust R Square obtained a value of 0,45 or 45% meand that product quality, price and services consunmer satisfaction by 45%.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1). To find out the development of sales volume at PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk, 2). To analyze the implementation of marketing strategies in increasing sales volume at PT. Unilever Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative research. Data obtained by conducting library research. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and data verification (drawing conclusions).The results of this study are the marketing strategies implemented by PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk in increasing sales volume consists of product strategies, pricing strategies, distribution strategies and promotion strategies. The development of unilever home and personal care product sales experienced the highest increase in 2016 which increased by 9.05 percent, then the lowest increase occurred in 2018 which only increased by 0.7 percent and the average sales of home and personal care products for 5 ( five) years, an increase of 3.95 percent. Unilever foods and refreshment products experienced the highest increase in 2015 which increased by 11.8 percent, then the lowest increase occurred in 2017 which increased by 2.8 percent and the average sales of food and refreshment products for 5 (five) years namely increased by 7.28 percent. The results of the analysis of this study are PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk applies 4 (four) marketing strategies, which include: 1). The product strategy consists of a strategy of product diversification and product differentiation, 2). The pricing strategy consists of a strategy of low price leadership and price discrimination, 3). Distribution strategy where the flow starts from manufacturers, agents, wholesalers, retailers, and consumers, 4). The promotion strategy consists of advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, direct marketing and public relations with the website.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out more about the development of economic growth and poverty development in Batang Hari Regency, the development of economic growth and poverty development in Muaro Jambi Regency, the economic growth rank and the poverty ranking of Batang Hari Regency with Muaro Jambi Regency, and the comparison of economic growth rankings and poverty ranking of Batang Hari Regency with Muaro Jambi Regency. The data collection method uses library research and online data search. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative analysis method. The data analysis tools used are the theory of growth / development, the formula for growth / development and the theory of ranking The results showed that the development of economic growth in Batang Hari Regency tends to decline and the development of poverty in Batang Hari Regency tends to increase every year. The development of economic growth in Muaro Jambi Regency has fluctuated and the development of poverty in Muaro Jambi Regency has increased. The economic growth ranking and poverty ranking of Batang Hari Regency with Muaro Jambi Regency, for the economic growth ranking of Batang Hari Regency is in the 5th place (five) and the economic growth rank of Muaro Jambi Regency is at 6th (sixth), while the poverty ranking for Batang Regency is Hari is in the 6th (sixth) rank and the poverty rank of Muaro Jambi Regency is in the 3rd (third) rank calculated from the average. Comparison of the economic growth ranking and poverty ranking of Batang Hari Regency and Muaro Jambi Regency, for the economic growth ranking it tends to be equally declining, but the economic growth ranking of Batang Hari Regency is higher on average than the economic growth rank of Muaro Jambi Regency and the poverty rank of Batang Regency Days are lower than the poverty rank of Muaro Jambi Regency which fluctuates every year.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of NPFnet, DPK and TBH on Mudharabah Financing. The analytical approach uses quantitative methods with multiple regression analysis. Data collection techniques using secondary data sourced from PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk. The results showed that the three factors such as NPF, DPK and TBH simultaneously had a positive effect on Mudharabah Financing at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri during the period 2014 to 2018 for 20 quarters amounted to 70.60%, while the partial hypothesis test results prove that NPF and TPF have a significant effect on BSM mudharabah financing, while the profit sharing rate (TBH) has no significant effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the influence of consumer motivation on the quality of services in the TKM service workshop business in Panerokan. The research method uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative verification to describe each variable and determine the effect of each variable in the formulation of the problem. Data obtained directly from the original source, namely consumers KTM Service workshop in Panerokan using a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses descriptive analysis which is calculated using a Likert scale. Then the calculation is carried out through a simple regression analysis method. The results of the discussion show that (1) The achievement of consumer motivation at the KTM service workshop in Panerokan shows the index value of 372.37 is included in the category of criteria with a high category, meaning that the respondent has strong consumer motivation towards the KTM service workshop in Panerokan due to good service and price. according to the job and the location that is easy to reach and not jammed, this is evidenced by the respondent's answer to the achievements of the 3 indicators and 10 statements on the answers to the questionnaire, (2) The achievement of service quality at the KTM service workshop in Panerokan shows an index value of 364.25 including in the category of criteria with a high category, meaning that the respondent has a strong assessment of the service quality of the KTM workshop service at Panerokan due to good service, and the price is in accordance with the job and the location is easy to reach and not jammed, this is evidenced by the respondent's answer to the achievements of 5 ind ikator and 22 statements on the answers to the questionnaire. From the results of the multiple regression equation, it can be seen that consumer motivation is significantly influenced by service quality. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.299 or 29.90% which indicates that between service quality while the remaining 71.10% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Work Facilities and Competence on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Deli Muda Perkasa, Mersam District. This study aims to determine the effect of Work Facilities and Competence on Employee Job Satisfaction. In this study, there are three variables, namely the Work Facility Variable, the Competence Variable and the Employee Job Satisfaction Variable. To answer the research objectives, the analysis was carried out using path analysis accompanied by t test and F test to see the partial and simultaneous influence of the variables studied. Based on the results of the analysis, Work Facilities and Competencies have an influence of 87.43% on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Deli Muda Perkasa, Mersam District. Work Facility and Competency Variables have an influence both partially and simultaneously on Job Satisfaction Variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion costs and distribution costs on sales at PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. 2015-2019.In this research, we will look for how the promotion costs, distribution and sales costs, and the effect of promotion costs and distribution costs on sales. In analyzing the data, testing was carried out using multiple regression analysis. This is done because there are two independent variables, namely promotion costs and distribution costs. Then to find the effect used the t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the promotion costs at PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk in 2015-2019 continues to increase each year. The same is the case with the distribution costs from 2015-2019 which tend to continue to increase each year. Likewise, sales from 2015-2019 continue to increase each year. The results of hypothesis testing on the influence of the Promotion Cost variable on Sales show that the t value is 2.433> from t table 1.7396 and the significance value is (sig) 0.026 <from the level of significance (α) 0.05 (5%). This promotion has an influence on sales. The results of testing the distribution cost variable hypothesis on sales that the t value is 13.805> from t table 1.7396 and the significance number is sig) 0.000 <from the level of significance (α) 0.05%, it can be seen that this distribution cost has an effect on sales. The results of the hypothesis testing for the variable promotion costs and distribution costs on sales show that the F value counts 1350,783 with a significance level of (0,000 <0.05), the F table value is 3.59 (1350,783> 3.59), this means that Promotion Costs (X1) and Distribution Costs (X2) have a positive effect simultaneously or together on Sales at PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk in 2015-2019. The resulting Adjusted R Square is 0.993. So, it can be concluded that the percentage of influence of leadership and job sanctions on employee work discipline is 99.3% and 0.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study raises the issue of fundamental analysis of stock prices with fundamental factors, namely CAR, NPL, NIM, LDR and GCG in banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The purpose of this study is to examine and determine the effect of fundamental factors on stock prices. The results of this study, CAR has a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices, LDR has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices, NPL and NIM, has a negative and significant effect on stock prices, GCG has a significant effect on stock prices. The F test results, namely CAR, NPL, NIM, LDR and GCG jointly affect stock prices. The R2 value of stock price variations can be explained by the CAR, NPL, NIM, LDR and GCG variables.

Abstract

APBD calculation is the responsibility of local governments for all programs and activities that have been budgeted for in the APBD. On the one hand, the APBD describes the calculation of estimated and realized expenditures, and on the other hand, describes the calculation of the estimated and realization of Regional Revenue in financing regional programs and activities in one budget. The relevance of data and information on budget differences with the realization is also a form of government accountability for the management of public funds. SiLPA is the excess of realized budget revenues and expenditures during one budget period. SiLPA is a source of internal local government revenue which is used to fund current year's activities. SiLPA is used as an indicator of efficiency, because SiLPA will be formed if there is a surplus in the APBD and realization. This study aims to determine the Excess Budget Calculation (SiLPA) and the components that cause the SiLPA. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of APBD data from http://www.djpk.kemenkeu.go.id/. The SiLPA in Muaro Jambi Regency during the 2015-2019 period experienced fluctuations. The factor that caused the Excess Budget Calculation (SiLPA) in Muaro Jambi Regency during the 2015-2019 period was the exceeding of the Regional Original Income (PAD) which exceeded the target. PAD that exceeds this target comes from local taxes. The remaining Regional Expenditures during the 2015-2019 period occurred only in 2018 which came from capital expenditures.
