Perkembangan teknologi menimbulkan perubahan yang signifikan pada kehidupan manusia. Perkembangan teknologi merupakan penghubung manusia dengan pihak lain yang tidak lagi dibatasi oleh tempat dan waktu. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi juga sejalan dengan peningkatan sumber daya manusia. Perkembangan akan pemanfaatan teknologi terjadi hampir seluruh lapisan masyarakat, khususnya Mahasiswa baru yang berada di Desa Kasang Bangsawan, Kecamatan Pujud, Rokan Hilir yang kurang menguasai penggunaan IT terutama pada software Microsoft Office. Permasalahan tersebut hampir dihadapi oleh semua Mahasiswa baru. Dari penyebaran kuesioner yang telah dilakukan oleh penulis, hanya 25% Mahasiswa baru yang cukup mahir dalam menggunakan Microsoft Office dan 75% Mahasiswa baru menanggapi bahwa masalah yang terjadi dikarenakan tidak adanya pelajaran mengenai TIK saat mereka berada di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas sehingga tingkat kemampuan mereka dalam menggunakan Microsoft Office masih dalam tahap baru memulai. Maka dari itu, Solusi yang ditawarkan yaitu melakukan Pelatihan dasar Mengenai Microsoft Office pada Mahasiswa Baru di Kecamatan Pujud, Desa Kasang Bangsawan, Rokan Hilir. Fokus pelatihan ini adalah penggunaan pada Software Microsoft Word dan Microsoft PowerPoint. Yang dilakukan di Aula SMPN 3 Pujud pada tanggal 12 September 2020 dengan objek yang di tuju adalah Mahasiswa baru. Hasil penelitian dari dilakukannya pelatihan tersebut hampir seluruh peserta pelatihan sepakat bahwa kemampuan dan pemahaman dalam menggunakan tools pada Microsoft Office (Ms Word dan Power Point) meningkat serta dapat membantu mereka dalam proses pembelajaran.

Kegiatan KKN merupakan suatu tindakan pengabdian dan bakti sosial untuk membantu pemerintah, seperti dalam penanggulangan bahaya penularan Covid-19. Desa Babakan Tengah merupakan salah satu desa di wilayah Kecamatan Sukaraja kabupaten Bogor, dengan luas wilayah 177,158 Ha, dengan jumlah Kepala Keluarga (KK) sebanyak 150 KK. Hasil survei terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang ada, seperti: 1). Bagaimana, meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap bahaya nya Covid 19. 2) Bagaimana mengenalkan teknologi seperti aplikasi android kepada masyarakat. Oleh karenanya dalam kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membangun aplikasi berbasis Android. Aplikasi ini digunakan untuk bentuk media sosialisasi pemahaman tentang Covid-19. Hasil dari kegiatan didapatkan Aplikasi berbasis Android berhasil dibangun dengan fitur mampu menyajikan informasi seputar pemahaman dan perkembangan Covid-19 yang ada di Indonesia.

Narkotika, Psikotropika, dan Zat Adiktif lainnya (NAPZA) atau istilah yang populer dikenal masyarakat sebagai Narkoba (Narkotika dan Obat Berbahaya).Permasalah penyalahgunaan narkoba di Indonesia telah meluas dan sangat mengkhawatirkan, tidak saja di perkotaan, melainkan juga menjangkau ke perdesaan. Kota Pekanbaru khususnya di Kecamatan rumbai Pesisir merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang mulai laju pertumbuhannya. Kecamatan rumbai Pesisir ini sendidri memiliki 8 (delapan) kelurahan, salah satu nya Kelurahan Meranti Pandak. Penyebaran permasalahan narkotika ini juga beriringan dengan pesatnya perkembangan zaman. Pesat nya perkembangan masyarakat menimbulkan kemungkinan yang besar untuk terjadinya kasus-kasus atau permasalah penyalahgunaan narkoba. Permasalahan penyalahgunaan narkoba merupakan masalah yang sangat kompleks yang memerlukan upaya penanggulangan secara komprehensif dengan melibatkan kerja sama multidispliner, multisektor, dan peran serta masyarakat secara aktif yang dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan, konsekuen, dan konsisten Pendekatan untuk menyelesaikan persoalan mitra dengan program pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah ceramah/penyuluhan disertai dengan dialog, dengan prosedur kerja ceramah/penyuluhan dan dialog dilaksanakan dalam beberapa kali pertemuan sesuai kebutuhan mitra selama masih dalam jangka waktu program. Kegiatan Penyuluhan dilakukan pada tanggal 14 Januari 2020 di Aula Serba Guna Kantor Kelurahan Meranti Pandak Nantinya dalam program pengabdian ini akan menghasilkan artikel ilmiah sesuai dengan rencana kegiatan pengusul, sedangkan bagi mitra adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan mengenai bagi mitra adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan mengenai penegakan hukum pidana dalam kasus penyalahgunaan Narkotika.

Enforcement of Environmental Law consists of Enforcement of Environmental Administrative Law, Enforcement of Civil Environmental Law, and Enforcement of Criminal Environmental Law in accordance with Law No. 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management. Law Enforcement Environmental Administration requests that those who reject the law or not meet the requirements, stop or approve the original situation (before there is a conflict). Enforcement of Civil Environmental Law is the second law enforcement effort after administrative law because it only focuses on efforts to compensate victims for environmental pollution or damage. Criminal Law Enforcement receives an ultimum remedium or final legal remedy because law enforcement here is intended to cancel a security court or a fine for those who try to pollute and / or destroy the environment. Introductory discussion with dialogue, with work procedures to support the methods offered are lectures / discussions and dialogues conducted according to the schedule requested in accordance with partner requests for improvement in the discussion of program time. In this service program, it will produce scientific articles in accordance with the proposed activity plan, while for partners is knowledge about partners is knowledge about environmental law enforcement for the community of Lembah Sari.

Activities to anticipate natural disaster management through first aid assistance for flood victims in Pekalongan City are very applicable and needed by flood-affected communities. So that the urgency of first aid in health service efforts for flood victims in Pekalongan City cannot be doubted. This community service aims to describe the form of first aid assistance for flood victims in Pekalongan City. This community service method is carried out through several stages, namely planning and preparation, implementation, and evaluation of activities. The results of this service show that first aid assistance for flood victims in Pekalongan City has been carried out by the community service team together with UKK-KSR PMI Unit IAIN Pekalongan. Planning and preparation before undertaking a community service program. The implementation of the community service program which consists of several activities, namely mental recovery of children affected by flooding, conducting basic tension medical treatment to residents affected by the flood, distributing aid to refugee camps for flood victims, conducting assessments in refugee camps, and evacuating flood victims. Finally, the process of evaluation and improvement for further service activities.

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyaraka ini bertujuan untuk selalu menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan dan membuka peluang usaha baru. Melalui pemaran dengan media sosial ini harapannya bisa dijadikan sebagai sumber agar masyarakat tetap berpenghasilan meskipun diwaktu pandemi, serta dapat menyumbang sebuah solusi permasalahan ekonomi masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan di Desa Kandang Panjang di Jl. Kusuma Bangsa. Pemilihan mitra tersebut didasari atas 2 (dua) hal yaitu: 1) lokasi KKN yang dekat dengan kegiatan perekonomian dan 2) sebagian masyarakat sudah memiliki kemampuan dibidang berdagang. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu : munculnya pemahaman masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan media sosial dalam pemasaran, meningkatkan ketrampilan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan kreatifitas agar menjadi produk yang berrnilai guna dan bernilai ekonomis, menambah pemahaman kepada masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan media sosial untuk kegiatan pemasaran produk.

Optimizing the potential of resources for the benefit of the community deserves the support of all parties. The Rawatirta area has the potential to be developed as a tourist attraction which is expected to contribute to the government and the surrounding community. These efforts have not yielded the expected results because of the low number of tourist visits to tourist attractions. From the analysis carried out, it was found that the cause was the lack of promotion about the existence of the tourist attraction. The Academic Community of Economics Faculty of Panca Marga University tries to provide solutions to these problems through community service activities, namely making a wizard profile video and uploading it on the Youtube Channel. Language is an important communication tool. Where humans can convey thoughts, feelings and all what they want and want to say. The development of the times is getting more advanced, changes are increasingly progressive and increasing. We the successors of the nation, are increasingly demanded for the progress of the Indonesian state.In the past we were only obliged to speak Indoneasian, in contrast to now we have to be able to speak international languages.The goal is the compete for the advancement of this country. These foreign languages are mainly English and Arabic, both of which are the most famous and oldest international languages the world. The whole world knows the language. Whether it is English, Japanes, Arabic, European, American including Indonesia. Especially now,the world is being shaken by the Covid 19 outbreak. As a result, educational institutions that should function normally switch from offline to online. This is causes many problems, one of which is mastery of foreign languages. Online learning makes results that are not optimal.Here KKN RDR 75 Conducts English and Arabic foreign language learning activitieswith TPQ Baitul Istiqomah children for grades 4-6. We help them to better master the basics of this foreign language. We feel this activity is very useful and the results are no less great.

The purpose of this activity is to provide an understanding of the benefits of waste banks to the community. This is done because there are still many people who do not know about the waste bank. The initial motivation in establishing the Pandau Jaya Waste Bank was to support the Kampar Regency government program in managing waste that had been issued by the Kampar Regency Regent through Perbup No 40 of 2018. In addition, it was also to provide education about the economic value of waste. Namely that waste can also be an additional side income for the surrounding community. However, due to lack of information and understanding, Pandau Jaya Waste Bank does not yet have a place in the community. Therefore, it is necessary to socialize the Pandau Jaya Waste Bank which contains education about the economic value of waste to the community in the RW where the waste bank is established. The methods used in this service are lectures, distribution of questionnaires before and after socialization, and discussions. The lecture was directly filled by Mr. Prama Widayat as the owner of the Pandau Jaya Waste Bank. Attended by the heads of RT and RW throughout Pandau Jaya Village, this service went smoothly, several RT and RW heads gave their appreciation by visiting the Pandau Jaya Waste Bank directly to see the work process at the Waste Bank.

The problem found in community service activities is the lack of understanding of health workers in the Pekanbaru City Aulia Hospital regarding the Legal Position of Therapeutic Agreements in Approval of Medical Actions. They do not understand the Therapeutic agreement in detail and have a legal basis, especially the benefits and uses of the Therapeutic agreement for Health Workers.The solution offered in this service activity is to increase the understanding of Health Workers in the Pekanbaru City Aulia Hospital regarding the Legal Position of Therapeutic Agreements in Medical Action Agreements.The method of implementing this service activity is to use the lecture, dialogue, and discussion methods in the context of legal counseling about Increasing Understanding of the Legal Position of Therapeutic Agreements in Approval of Medical Actions at Aulia Hospital Pekanbaru City.The participation of partners in this community service activity is the management of the Aulia Hospital and also the health workers who play a role in carrying out this therapeutic agreement. Aulia Hospital contributes to providing a place and supporting facilities to carry out activities and bring health workers and management.The output targets of this community service activity are scientific articles which will later be published in national journals, as well as part of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of higher education.The conclusion is that this activity has been successfully implemented and the benefits can be felt for the participants. This can be seen from the participants' answers to the questionnaire given after the activity was carried out. After the activity was carried out, 98% of participants answered that they knew and understood the material presented.The suggestion is that activities with this theme should be carried out on an ongoing basis to health workers and management of the Pekanbaru City Aulia Hospital.
