Abstract

ABSTRACT Penelitian ini menganalisis peran fungsi hemifer otak terhadap pemerolehan bahasa khususnya bahasa Inggris. Proses pemerolehan bahasa mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris STKIP Muhammadiya Muara Bungo dianalisis dengan memperhatikan aspek neurologi yang bertujuan mempermudah pengajaran bahasa asing. Penilitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif qualitative. Sumber datanya adalah mahasiswa prodi pendidikan bahasa Inggris STKIP Muhammadiyah Muara Bungo. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi (pengamatan). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik simak libat cakap, teknik rekam, dan teknik catat. Metode analisis data menggunakan padan referential dan padan pragmatik. Metode penyajian data menggunakan metode informal. Secara Neurologi jika dilihat dari fungsi kerja otak, proses berbahasa reseptif (decode) dan proses berbahasa produktif (encode) yang terjadi di otak kurang optimal, serta fungsi kerja hemisfer kiri dan hemisfer kanan yang kurang sejalan mengakibatkan proses pemerolehan bahasa terkendala. Lobus parietal yang berfungsi menangkap sensori dan menjalankan fungsi-fungsi bahasa, serta lobus temporal yang berfungsi menentukan sikap dan tindakan yang konkret, seperti menilai, memberikan perencanaan, mengatur agenda-agenda, dan kreativitas yang perlu distimulus sehingga proses pemerolehan bahasa asing dapat berjalan baik dan lancar. Abstract

Material changes in the physical environment are one of the science learning materials that are difficult for students to understand. For this reason, an efficient learning media is needed and serves to visualize the process of changing the physical environment to the land. Model media is one of the media that can be used to improve students' understanding of learning material changes in the physical environment to the land. This has been proven by researchers in a PTK, in class IV SD Negeri 27 Sawahan Dalam Timur District. The results of this study prove that the use of media models can improve student learning outcomes. Research cycle I shows that the average acquisition of student learning outcomes is 7.3, while in cycle II the average value of student learning outcomes is 8.6. From the final results of the learning process, the value obtained by students has increased. Based on these results it can be concluded that this study shows that the use of media models can improve student learning outcomes in learning changes in the physical environment to land in class IV SD Negeri 27 Sawahan Dalam, Padang Timur District was well achieved.

Abstract

Running 60 meters is one of the branches of athletic sports. To achieve maximum results in a 60 meter run, maximum and programmed training is needed. The running practice pattern has a significant influence to train a 60 meter running speed.The study was conducted from September to November 2011 at SDN 170 / VIII Rimbo Bujang District. Tebo with a population of all male grade V students with a total sample of 20 people. The data was collected through pre-test and post-test and the results of the data obtained were processed by T-Test testing using a statistical system and assisted with Ms. Data Processing Application program. Excel. Based on data analysis there is a significant difference between the speed of students before and after training using a running exercise pattern. For this reason, it is advisable for athletic trainers to further improve their discipline and training programs to be able to see better results.

Abstract

This study investigated implementation Curriculum 2013 (K 13) at SMP Negerii 2 Sarolangun. It aimed at analyzing implementation of K 13 and identifying the factors influenced implementation K 13. Descriptive method with three main instruments; observation, interview and documentation were used to collect data. The finding showed that SMP Negeri 2 Sarolangun was applied K 13 through socialization, teacher preparation, and giving facilitation. The factors influence K 13 divided into two factors, they were supporting factors and problematic factors. As conclusion, all components includes government, school, teacher, parents, students, and stake holder should be interest and support the implementation K 13 at SMP Negeri 2 Sarolangun

Abstract

Based on the observation of the writer it can be indicated that low level of ability of football player base of SSB SKB MuaraBungo. There are some factors caused this, such as exercise methods, physical conditions, nutritional status and infrastructure facilities. This study aims to explain the influence of the self-inspection style and the convergent style of the dribbling ability of football. The population in this study is SSB players SKB MuaraBungo (U.13-U.15) which amounted to 75 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with 30 samples.Moreover, the data of dribbling soccer capability is taken by the coach and the research team. The test instrument is dribbling test. Data analysis technique using t test. The result of data analysis shows that: 1) there is impact of self-check force toward dribbling ability of player SSB SKB MuaraBungo with t test 7,132>ttable 2,145; 2) the impact of convergent style on dribbling ability of SSB players SKB MuaraBungo with t test 7,613>ttable 2,145,3 ) self-check style is more effective than convergent style to increase dribbling ability of SSB SKB player with tcount of 7,132>ttable 2,145 for self check style and ttest result 7,613>ttable 2,145 for convergent style, which means there is difference between the two styles.

Abstract

Student learning outcomes look low. This is one factor that can show that students' mastery of mathematical concepts is still weak. This problem is estimated because learning is still centered on the lecturer, to overcome this problem is by implement learning aktif tipe Practice rehearsal pairs. This research aims to determine whether students’ conceptual understanding of statistical learning aktif tipe Practice rehearsal pairs type active learning is better than understanding students' concepts with conventional learning. This type of research is experimental research with the subject random design. The population in this research were STKIP students. The sampling technique is random, selected sample class. The instrument used in this research is the final test of learning in the form of essays. The data obtained were analyzed using normality test, homogeneity test and t-test. Based on the results of data analysis obtained the average learning outcomes of students who received treatment were 78,33 higher and the percentage of each indicator understanding the concept in the higher class. From the results of the t statistic test, it was obtained tcount = 2,15and ttable = 1,71, so that tcount > ttable and from MINITAB software obtained p-value = 0.010. It can be seen that p-value is smaller than α = 0.05. It can be concluded that the understanding of the concept of students who use Giving Question and Getting Answer type active learning is better.

Abstract

The problems that often arise in the learning process in class VII 1 SMP Pertiwi Padang showed low student participation. In working groups, many students who do not participate in the learning process, which the teacher. Cooperation between them, their peers in a group such as an opinion. So that the classroom atmosphere during the learning process becomes rigid, ineffective and boring for students. To overcome this teacher trying to implement an effective method of learning in the subjects of Citizenship Education. Such a way that can help students to participate during the learning process. Using a model of cooperative learning type games tournament teams. Formulation of the problem in this study were any obstacles faced by students in the application of cooperative learning model type games tournament teams on the subjects of citizenship education. The analysis showed that: 1) Cooperative learning model type teams tournament games can improve students' ability to think actively. 2) Model of cooperative learning type games tournament teams can stimulate children to think more actively. This type of study is a qualitative descriptive study, with the entire student population of Pertiwi 1 junior class VII Padang academic year 2011/2012 consisting of two classes. Sample of this study is the class VII.1 and VII.2 class. Based on the results of research and discussion of both classes, it can be concluded that the participation of students in the class of the group collaborated with the percentage of 71.83% VII.1 and VII.2 class with a percentage of 70.41% the result is quite good. His firm from research indicating that by applying a type of learning model kooperatip teams tournament games for Civic Education subjects, the study was conducted in class VII. Pertiwi 1 SMP Padang. So that students are capable of cooperating groups and students to think more actively in teaching and learning Citizenship Education that impact on learning outcomes for Civic Education.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect contextual teaching and learning approach with open ended question toward creative thinking ability at PGSD STKIP Muhammadiyah Muara Bungo. The Research concept used quantitative research, with pretest-posttest non-equivalent group design. This Research population include all members od second semester student which has 4 classes. Meanwhile, two choosen classes made for an example of Research it was Class B and C. Test instruments were used to describe the creative thinking ability question. The founding of the research showed that; 1) The data analysis (average score) shown that student’s creative thinking ability for ekperimen class in range very high level, posttest average score is 80,93; 2) for control class in range high level, posttsest average score is 78,40. 3) Contextual teaching and learning approach with open ended question is better than conventional approach toward creative thinking ability.

Abstract

This research starts from the problem of the lack of teachers involving students in learning, the lack of teachers in guiding students to do exercises, the lack of teachers explaining things that are difficult to understand by students. This results in low learning outcomes of students. This study aims to reveal the influence of the scientific approach on thematic learning outcomes in Class I State Elementary School 166 / II in Tirta Mulya Village, Bungo District. This research is a quasi-experimental study. The research design used in this study is the static camparison: randomized group control only design. Where in the two sample classes a different treatment was applied, in the experimental class the scientific approach was applied while in the control class a conventional approach was applied. The population in this study were all students of class I SD N 166 / II in the village of Tirta Mulya, Bungo Regency with samples of the IB class as the experimental class and IA class as the control class. Sampling is done randomly. Research data was collected through student learning outcomes tests. The proposed hypothesis was tested using the t-test. Based on the findings of the study and discussion, it was concluded that there were differences in learning outcomes of students who were taught using the scientific approach to learning outcomes of students who were taught using a conventional approach to integrated thematic learning. significant 5% is 1,645.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effectiveness of using problem based learning model toward students’ ability in writing negotiation text student of class X SMA Negeri 3 Maros. This research applied an experimental which involved one class. The population of this research was the students of class X of SMA Negeri 3 Maros consist of 361 students from ten classes. The sample of this research was students of X IPA 4 consist of 35 students. The sampling was selected by used simple random sampling technique. The instrument was the instrument which related with the learning proses in writing negotiation text using problem based learning model and writing negotiation text test. The test was used in the beginning (pretest) and in the end (posttest). The data analysis used descriptive statistic and inferential statistic. The result of descriptive statistic indicated the effectiveness of problem based learning in students’ ability in writing negotiation text of the students of X IPA 4 SMA Negeri 3 Maros. That was proven by the student’ test score using the problem based learning was in average category with score average in 78.9. The inferential statistic result was the calculation of significance test value ttest> ttable, was 4,268 > 1,690. That indicated that the alternative hypothesis was accepted which means that the problem based learning model was effective in students’ ability in writing negotiation text of the student in class X IPA 4 SMA Negeri 3 Maros. Based on the data analysis and the finding, that concluded that problem based learning model was effective in students’ ability in writing negotiation text of students of class IPA 4 SMA Negeri 3 Maros, Maros regency. Based on that conclusion, some suggestions were interpose related to this research. For the Bahasa and Sastra Indonesia teacher, especially for teacher class X IPA 4 SMA Negeri 3 Maros have to enrich their teaching model in writing negotiation text and always give training to the students in writing text and for the students they have to accustom to write negotiation text to make them easy and make variations of their work.
