Abstract

This study intends to reveal the problem of "Efforts to Maintain a Clean Culture of the School Environment Through the Principal Guidance Method of SMA Negeri 1 Terara" identifying a clean environment culture through programmed coaching methods namely, habituation, exemplary, joint movement. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data subjects of this study were homeroom teachers, students, picket teachers consisting of three classes as research samples, namely class X IPS3 XI MIPA 2, and XII IPS 5 at SMA Negeri 1 Terara. Data was collected through observation sheets and interview sheets. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out in the Efforts to Maintain a Clean Culture of the School Environment Through the Programmed Development Method the Principal of SMA Negeri 1 Terara can be concluded, based on the results of the analysis of cycles I and II show results. In the first cycle, the observation of maintaining a clean culture reached a score of 21%. Then, the interview part in cycle I. The homeroom teacher interview showed an average score of 33%. Furthermore, the results of the student interviews averaged a score of 26%. While interviewing picket teachers, the average score was 33%. Then, after conducting coaching through inculcating habits, exemplary, and moving together. In cycle II continued the results. In the observation section of the second cycle, the average final score was 64%. Next is the interview section in cycle II. Homeroom teacher interviews show an average score of 80%. Furthermore, the results of the student interviews averaged a score of 73%. While interviewing picket teachers, the average score was 80%. Based on the average value of cycle I and cycle II, there was an increase in maintaining a clean culture of the school environment through the programmed coaching method of the principal of SMA Negeri 1 Terara as a research subject.

Abstract

This study intends to reveal the problem of the teacher's main tasks objectively regarding "The Role of Supervision of the Principal in the Main Tasks of Teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Terara: Follow-Up Research for the 2022/2023 Academic Year." The purpose of this study is to reveal the supervisory role of the principal in the main tasks of the teacher in planning lessons, studying lesson plans, and implementing lessons. This study uses descriptive qualitative research. The data subjects in this study were 6 (six) teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Terara. Methodologically data was collected using an observation sheet (Observation). Based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out in the Supervision Role of the Principal on the Main Tasks of the Teacher, it can be concluded that showing the initial conditions of 6 (six) teachers in the observation cycle I was proven by the low results of the average score achieved by the teachers from the three aspects observed, namely 54.5. Then, after conducting individual coaching to 6 (six) teachers. The results of the appointment in cycle II proved to be an increase by achieving a score of 86.3. Judging from the average value of cycle I to cycle II there was an increase in preparing lesson plans, reviewing lesson plans, and learning implementation of the six teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Terara as research subjects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and evaluate the ability of the PBL model to improve English learning outcomes. In the Problem Based Learning (PBL) implementation model, students form several small groups to work together to solve a problem or problem related to the subject that has been agreed upon between the teacher and students. Since student performance has been very low in recent years, a solution must be found. As a result, as many as 28 students of class XI IPA 1 at SMAN 9 Rejang Lebong took part in classroom action research during semester 2 of the 2020/2021 school year. The results of learning English are the subject of research. Data was collected using a learning achievement test and analyzed descriptively qualitatively. If the average value of this action research is at least 70 and the classical learning completeness is at least 85 percent, then it is considered successful. Based on the research findings, the average value of the first cycle was 69.41, and classical completeness was 78.94%. In contrast, in cycle II, classical completeness reached 89.47 percent and the average value was 72.88. Semester 1 of the 2020/2021 academic year the Problem Based Learning model can improve student learning outcomes in class XI IPA 1 at SMAN 9 Rejang Lebong.

Abstract

This research is a literature review that aims to understand the impact of online games on the learning achievement of elementary school students. The method used in this research is library research or literature review. Data analysis was carried out through data simplification, data presentation, and drawing conclusions based on existing data. Data was collected by reading and recording important information contained in various journals related to the research topic. The results of the study show that addiction to playing online games can affect children's learning achievement. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the habit of playing online games and the learning achievement of elementary school students.

Abstract

Contingency is a theory about finding a leader with the right situation. Contingency leadership assumes that the effectiveness of leadership is determined by whether or not a leader is suitable for his environmental situation. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of contingency leadership in educational institutions. The method used in this study is a library research where researchers examine and examine various existing sources to be used as studies in this study. The result of this research is that each leader will lead in a different way according to the existing situation and conditions. but there are three important things that must be applied by the leader, namely the relationship between the leader and members, the arrangement of the leader's duties to be carried out by the members, and the last is the strength of the position. These three things are things that a leader must have.

Abstract

The purpose of this study: (1) To determine the increase in students' mathematics learning outcomes by using inquiry learning strategies. (2) To find out the increase in the activity of students' mathematics learning processes by using inquiry learning strategies. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was carried out at MAN 1 Kota Bima. The research subjects were 32 students of class XII IPA-2 for the academic year 2021/2022 consisting of 13 boys and 19 girls. This study consisted of 2 cycles, namely cycle I consisting of 3 meetings and cycle II consisting of 3 meetings. Tests for students' mathematical communication abilities are carried out at the beginning and end of each cycle. The results of this study can be seen from: (1) The results of the repeat test of students' mathematical abilities in cycle I found an average value of 72.75, 21 people completed, 11 people incomplete, 62.5% classical completeness. (2) The results of the second cycle students' math ability test showed an average score of 82.65, 37 people completed, 3 people did not complete, classical completeness was 92.5%, and students' mathematics learning outcomes increased by 9.5 points. (3) Learning by using inquiry learning strategies makes student activities categorized as good in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the learning outcomes and increase in student learning activities. This research is a class action research (CAR) designed in two cycles. This research was conducted in Class XII-MIA-3 MAN 1 Kota Bima in the Even semester of the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The results of this study indicate that; 1) The application of problem-based learning can improve student learning outcomes in learning mathematics in Class XII-MIA-3 MAN 1 Kota Bima. Improved learning outcomes can be seen from the test results of meetings 1 and 2 cycle I and also the results of tests at meetings 1 and 2 cycle II. This increase in learning outcomes is due to students experiencing a learning process where students can find answers to problems formulated by the teacher based on the data and facts they have obtained and can generalize the knowledge they have obtained; 2) the use of problem-based learning can increase student learning activities in learning mathematics in Class XII-MIA-3 MAN 1 Kota Bima. The increase occurred from each meeting of each cycle and from cycle I to cycle II. Students are also interested in paying attention to the material being presented and have the courage to ask questions related to the material being studied. This can be seen from the average score of students in cycle 1, which is equal to 78.00 and the average value of students in cycle II is .84.83 so that there is an increase of 6.83. Meanwhile, if seen from the percentage of students who did not complete the Cycle I was 33% and 67% completed. Meanwhile in cycle II, only 6% remained incomplete and 93% completed.

Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan hasil penelitian yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam menentukan peluangsuatu kejadian dan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penggunaan media mata uang logam, sebagai salah satu alternative meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam menentukan peluang suatu kejadian. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswakelas XII-MIA-3 MAN 1 Kota Bima yang berjumlah 32 orang. Hasil analisis setelah dilakukan siklus I pada post test I,mempunyai rata-rata 65. Dimana dari 30 orang siswa 20 orang kategoti tidak tuntas. Kesulitan siswa dapat diketahui daribeberapa hal : (1) Siswa tidak tahu maksud soal, (2) Siswa tidak dapat membedakan ruang sampel dengan titik sampel,(3) Siswa sering kurang konsentrasi dalam belajar. Hasil analisis setelah dilakukan siklus II pada post test II, mempunyai rata-rata 90. Dimana dari 32 orang siswa tidak ada yang dibawah KKM, bahkan sangat baik 25 orang. Dari hasil ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak diperlukan lagi ke siklus selanjutnya. Dari analisis yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1)Dalam belajar matematika harus menggunakan metode belajar untuk mempermudah siswa memahami materi yangdiajarkan, (2) Penggunaan alat peraga yang sesuai dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to increase the activity of class XII-MIA-3 students. This type of research is Classroom Action Research conducted at MAN 1 Kota Bima with a total of 32 people. Research data was collected through observation sheets and field notes. The results showed that the percentage of students who achieved the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) increased from 62% in cycle I to 75% in the cycle. during presentation. Students have worked well together in groups and are trying to help friends who have difficulty understanding the explanation of group material that appears. It can be concluded that learning mathematics can increase student activity through the application of an interactive learning model in class XII-MIA-3 students in the 2019/2020 academic year.

Abstract

Character education is a guidance to build new attitude and behavior, to develop and to change gift attitude, behavior and habit better that before to establish safe, comfortable, and harmonic environment and life for our self and others. This article writing is aimed to present about character education and its influence of environment toward the process and crop of the character education that include three environments such as family, social, and school. Analysis method used in this article is with rational approach based on library observation by reading some books and articles to gain data needed. Based on this study result, every environment have crucial position in influencing someone’s charcater so good environment is a must to support succession of character education. And also using proper method of character education has important role on it. There are some ways offering by Imam Al-Ghazali in his book Ayyuhal Walad that proved effectively growing and developing someone’s character.
