Abstract

Political developments in the new order era in Indonesia were filled with collusion, corruption and nepotism (KKN), so this required bureaucratic reform. To find a comprehensive understanding of the importance of implementing public reform from the perspective of public administration, it is then necessary to look at how the model of bureaucratic reform has previously been carried out, both in Indonesia and in other countries. A qualitative approach is used in this research method with research data sources and previous studies. The study results indicate that there are two dimensions related to bureaucratic reform that occurred in various countries, namely the organizational dimension and the human resource dimension of the apparatus.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the interdependence of several variables simultaneously to form a relationship among several variables studied into several factors to pay zakat. This study was conducted by primary data and also from literature work such as journal, book and internet media. The data based on 100 respondents from government institutions, the Office of the Mayor of West Jakarta and Centre Jakarta. Methodology uses quantitative approach with factor analysis tool. The results of this study indicates the variables studied were formed into five factors, such as the work factor, the value orientation factor, the education factor, the subjective norm factor, and the zakat factor. The total variance of the five factors are two thirds that these five factors can help zakat payers awareness in paying zakat, while the remaining one third are supported by other factors outside of the five factors.

Abstract

This study intends to investigate the disturbance of the cash supply, rupiah swapping scale, expansion, and Islamic Certificate of Bank Indonesia to the Net Asset Value of Islamic Mutual Funds. This examination is led by work area study by means of diary, book, and web media. Philosophy utilizes quantitative examination with the Vector Auto Regression/Vector Error Correction Model (VAR/VECM) research technique. The consequences of study shows that in the long haul, all factors impact Islamic common assets aside from the SBIS variable. In the aftereffects of the IRF test, in the event that there is a shock to the cash supply variable, the rupiah conversion scale, expansion, and SBIS, Islamic shared assets will react in a fluctuating way. The aftereffect of FEVD shows that the rupiah swapping scale variable has the biggest commitment to common assets on Islamic premise.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi membuat pertumbuhan industri digital yang memakai data pribadi juga mengalami hal yang sama. Salah satu sektor yang mengalami perkembangan pesat adalah sektor E Commerce. Syarat bagi konsumen untuk dapat bertransaksi dalam E-Commerce adalah dengan menyerahkan data pribadinya. Hal ini menyebabkan kerentanan data pribadi akan bocor yang hal ini tentu akan erugikan masyarakat. Meningkatnya interaksi dan transaksi di e-commerce Indonesia telah mengangkat isu-isu kritis tentang perlindungan informasi pribadi konsumen. Tulisan ini mencoba mengangkat isu tentang perlindungan data pribadi pelaku E Commerce ditinjau dari aspek hukumnya. Dalam mengkaji aspek hukum data pribadi konsumen dalam e-commerce Indonesia, makalah ini berpendapat bahwa undang-undang yang komprehensif harus diterapkan untuk melindungi pengumpulan, distribusi, dan penggunaan informasi. Sebuah undang-undang yang komprehensif menunjukkan komitmen entitas e-commerce untuk membangun lingkungan yang aman dan terpercaya, untuk menjaga hak konstitusional dan supremasi hukum, dan untuk melindungi hak konsumen atas privasi di era digital.

Abstract

Sembalun Lawang Village is one of Mount Rinjani National Park (TNGR) entrances. This study aims to review the local participation of Sembalun Lawang in the management of climbing tourism of Rinjani National Park. This research employs descriptive methods with observation, interview, documentation, and literature studies. After the data is collected, the next step is to analyze the data using Miles and Huberman models; data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion withdrawal. The results showed that community participation in managing the climbing of Rinjani National Park had partition differences at all stages. At the planning stage, the community has never been involved in identifying problems and decision-making due to the unaccountability of information of understandable climbing. The stage of community involvement is high as many people are interested in climbing tourism for businesses such as lodging businesses, climbing equipment rental businesses, restaurant businesses, souvenir businesses, service businesses (porters, guides, trekking organizers). Participation is classified, and some are not yet maximally applied.

Abstract

This research aims for measure the regional competitiveness in Central Sulawesi Province. The analysis method used is algorithm models developed by Asia Competitiveness Institute (ACI) by using 4 scopes, those are; Macro Economy Stability; Government and Institution Planning; Financial Condition, Business and Labor; Life Quality and Infrastructural Development. The result discovers the index of regency/city in Central Sulawesi Province that is Banggai regency 3.6763, Palu city 3.4010, and Morowali regency 3.2672, as the regions which have the high competitiveness ability in Central Sulawesi, while some of regions which has a low competitiveness ability are Tojo Una-Una regency, Banggai Laut regency, Sigi, and Banggai Kepulauan regency.

Abstract

This research will be carried out to see how the policies made by the Indonesian government can overcome and suppress the spread of Covid-19. In practice, this research will use a qualitative approach. This research method will use a literature study. The data used in this study came from various research results and previous studies that are still relevant to this research. This study found that the Indonesian government has implemented various policies to overcome the problems of the Covid-19 pandemic. Several policies that the government has implemented include policies to stay at home, carry out large-scale social restrictions, limit physical interaction, always use personal protective equipment such as masks, always maintain personal hygiene, do learning and work from home, stop various activities that cause a lot of people to gather, and finally implement the new normal policy. In addition to these various policies, the government has also implemented policies in the form of social protection and social assistance to provide guarantees to the community to be able to survive during the pandemic.

Abstract

Dalam studi ini, kepuasan kerja akan digunakan sebagai variabel mediasi untuk menguji hubungan antara budaya perusahaan dan kinerja karyawan. Untuk memahami lebih baik hubungan antara variabel-variabel ini, studi ini menggunakan metode yang dikenal sebagai studi literatur, di mana data dari studi sebelumnya dikumpulkan dan dianalisis. Temuan analisis menunjukkan bahwa budaya perusahaan dan gaya kepemimpinan memiliki dampak yang positif dan signifikan pada kepuasan kerja, yang pada gilirannya memengaruhi seberapa baik karyawan bekerja. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa hubungan antara budaya perusahaan dan kinerja karyawan serta gaya kepemimpinan dimoderasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Temuan ini memberikan pemahaman baru bagi akademisi dan praktisi tentang pentingnya memiliki budaya perusahaan yang mendukung dan gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan kinerja karyawan.
