Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of character education through habituation at Muhammadiyah Darul Arqom Karanganyar High School in 2021. This research is a qualitative research Research design using phenomenological design or design. The research was carried out at Muhammadiyah Darul Arqom Karanganyar High School which was addressed at Tegalasri RT 05 RW VI, Bejen, Karanganyar from June to December 2021. This study used primary data and secondary data. The data sources of this study were obtained through three sources, namely the principal, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observations and documentation. the validity of the data by using triangulation and data analysis techniques using interactive . the results showed . The form of habituation program planned by Muhammadiyah Darul Arqom Karanganyar High School in supporting character education is through habituation methods in accordance with the vision and mission of the school so that the Realization of the Islamic Generation of Berakhlakul Karimah and Intellectuals. In addition, in the preparation of planning this habituation method, the principal and the curriculum do not run alone. All school parties, including students, teachers, administrative staff and the school quality assurance team participated in the process of making habituation methods so that they would run or be used in schools. Then the principal certifies what has been decided at the time of the meeting to establish such a habituation method. The implementation of the habituation program in supporting character education at Muhammadiyah Darul Arqom Karanganyar High School is by carrying out disciplinary activities carried out by students by entering school before 07.00. doing 5 S both inside the school environment and outside the school, tadarus, the implementation of infaq which is carried out in each class by collecting sincere money which is carried out every Friday, congregational dhuhur prayers, extracurricular activities and carrying out annual habituation, namely like the ramdhan activities. The form of evaluation of character education through habituation at Muhammadiyah Darul Arqom Karanganyar High School Evaluation of the implementation of character education through habituation is carried out by the principal, school committee and teachers using data on activity reports, activity schedules, as well as by looking at the accountability of the implementing officer, as well as accountability for the use of finances in financing activities. The results of the evaluation of the implementation of the character education program through habituation at Muhammadiyah Darul Arqom Karanganyar High School for the 2020/2021 school year have been broadly achieved and can run optimally.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini yakni menguji dampak likuiditas dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Penggunaan sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. Data penelitian merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas dan leverage berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan, namun terhadap nilai perusahaan pengaruh likuiditas dan leverage berarah negatif. Sementara profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas dalam penelitian ini terbukti bukan pemediasi pengaruh likuiditas dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan.Kata Kunci: Likuiditas, Leverage, Profitabilitas, Nilai Perusahaan AbstractThe purpose of this study is to test the impact of liquidity and leverage on company value through profitability as an intervening variable. The approach used in this study is through a quantitative approach. The use of research samples used is PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. Research data is secondary data obtained from the financial statements and annual reports of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. The results of this study show that liquidity and leverage have a positive and significant effect on the company's profitability, but on the company's value the influence of liquidity and leverage is negative. While profitability does not have a significant effect on the value of the enterprise. Profitability in this study proved not to mediate the effect of liquidity and leverage on the value of the company.Keywords: Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability, Company Value

Abstract

AbstrakPendidikan merupakan usaha untuk meningkatkan pola berfikir seseorang. Di zaman sekarang ini kemampuan manusia semakin baik atau semakin meningkat diikuti pula dengan perkembangan teknologinya yang semakin maju atau canggih. Dengan diadakannya pengamalan pembelajaran dasar 12 tahun ialah suatu usaha yang dibuat oleh pemerintah untuk mencukupi syarat dunia kerja. Persayaratan di lingkungan kerja mewajibkan mutu serta wawasan pelamar kerja lebih utama yang menjadikan basis pembelajaran dasar 12 tahun tentunya dapat meningkatkan kualitas para pekerja bisa menjadi lebih baik. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik analisis sederhana dan penelitian ini hanya menemukan sedikit pengaruh dari tingkat pendidikan terhadap pengangguran di kabupaten jombang. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 12,8% antara variabel X (Jumlah penduduk usia 15 tahun ke atas yang lulus SMA/Aliyah) terhadap variabel Y (Jumlah Pengangguran) dan sisanya 87,2 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak terdapat pada model persamaan regresi. Kesimpulannya bahwa penelitian ini hanya menemukan sedikit pengaruh dari variabel tingkat pendidikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran di kabupaten jombang.Kata Kunci: Tingkat Pengangguran, Pengangguran, Regresi Sederhana AbstractEducation is an attempt to improve one's thinking patterns. In this day and age, human abilities are getting better or increasing, followed by technological developments that are increasingly advanced or sophisticated. The implementation of 12 years of basic learning is an effort made by the government to meet the requirements of the world of work. Requirements in the work environment require the quality and insight of job applicants to be more important, which makes the 12-year basic learning base certainly able to improve the quality of workers for the better. This study was analyzed using a simple statistical analysis method and this study only found a slight effect of the level of education on unemployment in Jombang district. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 12.8% between variable X (Number of population aged 15 years and over who graduated from high school / Aliyah) to variable Y (Amount of Unemployment) and the remaining 87.2% is influenced by other variables not included in the equation model regression. The conclusion is that this study only found a slight effect of the education level variable on the unemployment rate in Jombang Regency.Keywords: Unemployent Rate, Unemployent, Simple Regression

Abstract

Teachers as educators have not been optimal in developing the creativity and innovative power of students, besides that teachers also still use conventional learning with the lecture method, resulting in low learning achievement from students. Therefore, a learning model is needed that can be used to improve student learning achievement. One model that can be used is the project citizen model. The method used is Class Action Research with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data collection techniques use test guidelines, observation, and documentation. The findings in this study are that the implementation of the project citizen model in PPKn subjects can increase student learning achievement. This is shown by looking at the results of the initial conditions, cycle 1 to cycle 2 as the final stage of the classroom action research process. The average value in the initial condition is 70.28 and the average value in the final condition or cycle 2 is 83.28 with a significant increase of 18.49%.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui model wing yang ideal saat digunakan pesawat UAV STRIKE 50 pada software XFLR5 dan datcom dan untuk mengetahui nilai kestabilan dan karakteristik aerodinimakia pada pesawat UAV STRIKE 50 pada software XFLR5 dan datcom. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan software XFLR5 dan datcom pada pesawat Unmanned Aerial Vehicle fixed wing. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan variasi tipe wing pada pesawat UAV STRIKE 50 untuk mengetahui karakteristik aerodinamika pada sayap dan performa terbang pada masing-masing tipe wing. Dengan memvariasikan tipe wing diharapkan mendapatkan desain yang idel untuk perfoma pesawat UAV STRIKE 50. Pada penelitian menggunakan software XFLR5 dan datcom nilai aerodinamika CL,CD,CM dan CL/CD perbedaannya tidak terlalu signifikan, sehingga menghasilkan grafik yang mendekati pada setiap geometrinya. Rata-rata nilai CL,CD, dan CM pada yang dihasilkan yaitu 0,075, -3,081, dan 0,410 pada AOA -18.00ᵒ sampai 18.00ᵒ. Aliran streamline menggunakan XFLR5 pada setiap geometri menghasilkan aliran yang berbeda, untuk wing 4 menuntukan aliran turbulen pada wing tip.Kata Kunci: Wing Uav Strike, Software Xflr5, Datcom AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the ideal wing model when used by UAV STRIKE 50 aircraft in XFLR5 and datcom software and to determine the stability value and aerodynamic characteristics of UAV STRIKE 50 aircraft in XFLR5 and datcom software. This research was conducted using XFLR5 and datcom software on fixed wing Unmanned Aerial Vehicle aircraft. In this study, wing type variations were carried out on the STRIKE 50 UAV aircraft to determine the aerodynamic characteristics of the wings and the flight performance of each wing type. By varying the wing type, it is hoped that it will get a suitable design for the performance of the STRIKE 50 UAV aircraft. In the study using XFLR5 and datcom software, the aerodynamic values of CL, CD, CM and CL / CD were not too significant differences, resulting in graphs that were close to each geometry. The average values of CL, CD, and CM in the resulting ones are 0.075, -3.081, and 0.410 in AOA -18.000 to 18.000. The streamline flow using XFLR5 on each geometry produces a different flow, for wing 4 it designates a turbulent flow on the wing tip. Keywords: Wing Uav Strike, Xflr5 Software, Datcom

Abstract

This study found that the physical fitness of the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Rambang Niru had a low level. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of traditional games (Shake Cans, Fort) on the level of physical fitness of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Rambang Niru. The method used is an experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest research design. The population and sample of the study were 20 students of class VII. Data collection and research instruments using Indonesian physical fitness tests aged 13 to 15 years. Data analysis used the paired sample t test SPSS 16. The results of the study stated that there was an effect of the traditional game of shaking cans and fortifications on the physical fitness of the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Rambang Niru because Tcount Ttable (4,819 1,729)

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini bahwa untuk mengetahui program keluarga berencana dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan untuk mengetahui dampak dari program kampung keluarga brencana. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini ialah Wawancara, dimana digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi dengan cara bertanya langsung kepada informan dengan mengunakan pedoman wawancara sesuai dengan masalah yang diteliti. Observasi adalah teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui sesuatu pengamatan, dengan disertai pencatatan-pencatatan terhadap keadaan atau perilaku objek sasaran. Dokumentasi peneliti memperoleh data dengan cara mengumpulkan data yang bersumber pada data-data tertulis arsip maupun gambar yang berkaitan dengan program kampung KB. Salah satu desa yang menjadi kampung keluarga berencana ialah Desa Wasia yang dinobatkan tanggal 20 April 2017. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa di Desa Wasia memuat beberapa program yang terlaksana yaitu bina keluarga remaja, bina keluarga lansia, bina untuk balita, dan juga PIKR (Pusat infomasi dan konseling remaja) dan program KB gratis. Dengan adanya program-program tersebut dapat membawa dampak yang nyata pada kehidupan sosial masyarakat Desa Wasia baik dari segi ekonomi, sosial maupun pendidikan. Kata Kunci: Peran, Program, Kampung Keluarga Berencana. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the family planning program in improving community welfare and to determine the impact of the family planning village program. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this study is interview, which is used to obtain information by asking directly to the informant using interview guidelines according to the problem being studied. Observation is a data collection technique that is carried out through an observation, accompanied by notes on the state or behavior of the target object. Documentation researchers obtained data by collecting data sourced from archive written data and images related to the village family planning program. One of the villages that became a family planning village is Wasia Village which was crowned on April 20 2017 From the results of the study, it shows that in Wasia Village contains several programs, namely youth family development, elderly family development, development for toddlers, and also PIKR (Information Center). and youth counseling) and free family planning programs. With these programs, they can have a real impact on the social life of the Wasia Village community both, in terms of economy, social and education.Keywords: Role, Program, Family Planning Village

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the growth of steam power plants and renewable energy reviewed with investment. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method with secondary data, namely the report of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and the Electricity Supply Business Plan. The results of this study found that the total renewable energy capacity and renewable energy investment did not increase significantly, temporarily. Total coal-fired power plant capacity, electrical energy consumption and coal sales for electricity production increased significantly.

Abstract

AbstrakBanyaknya masalah kenakalan remaja yang terjadi, menyebabkan masyarakat merasa risih,dalam hal ini tentu perlu adanya upaya untuk menanggulangi segala bentuk kenakalan remaja. Salah satu lembaga yang berperan dalam menanggulangi kenakalan yang terjadi adalah pemerintah desa. Karena merupakan unit terdepan dalam pelayanan terhadam masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah desa seleman dalam menangulangi kenakalan remaja. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Struktural Fungsional yang dikemukakan oleh Talcot Parson. Penelitian dilakukan di Seleman, Kec. Danau Kerinci, Kabupaten Kerinci. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskripstif. Penarikan informan dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diawali dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumen.analisis data dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu, pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa Upaya pemerintah desa dalam menannggulangi kenakalan remaja di Desa Seleman yaitu adanya kerjasama pemerintah desa dengan karantaruna untuk menyiapkan fasilitas remaja untuk berolahraga seperti menyeidiakan lapangan bola voly, bola kaki, gedung untuk main bulu tangkis,dan menyediakan pengajian. Sehingga kenalan remaja tidak terjadi, karena sudah ada aktifitas yang dilakukan remaja seperti main voly maupun bola kaki disore hari, untuk malam haripun ada group pengajianKata Kunci: Upaya, Pemerintah Desa, Kenakalan Remaja. AbstractThe number of juvenile delinquency problems that occur, causes people to feel uncomfortable, in this case of course it is necessary to make efforts to overcome all forms of juvenile delinquency. One of the institutions that play a role in overcoming delinquency that occurs is the village government. Because it is a leading unit in public service. The purpose of this study was to describe the efforts made by the Seleman village government in dealing with juvenile delinquency. The theory used in this research is the Structural Functional theory proposed by Talcot Parson. The research was conducted in Seleman, Kec. Kerinci Lake, Kerinci Regency. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research type. The withdrawal of informants was carried out by purposive sampling technique. The data collection method in this study began with observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies. Data analysis was carried out in several stages, namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that there were several village government efforts in dealing with juvenile delinquency in Seleman Village, namely the cooperation between the village government and the cadets to prepare youth facilities for sports such as providing volleyball courts, soccer balls, buildings to play badminton, and providing recitations. Abstract

Pancasila is not only a source of derivation of legislation, but also a source of morality, especially in relation to the legitimacy of power, law and various policies in the implementation and administration of the state. The existence of the first precept of “The Almighty Godhead”, and the second precept of “Fair and Civilized Humanity” is the source of moral values for national and state life. The state of Indonesia which is based on the first precept of “The Almighty God” is not a “theocracy” state which bases state power and state administration on religious legitimacy. The power of the head of state is not absolute based on religious legitimacy but based on legal legitimacy and democratic legitimacy. Therefore, the principle of the principle of “Godhead of the Almighty” has more to do with moral legitimacy. This is what distinguishes the Almighty God from theocracy. The writing method in this journal is a qualitative method, with an interdisciplinary approach. Although in the Indonesian state it is not based on religious legitimacy, morally the life of the state must be in accordance with the values derived from God, especially the law and morals in the life of the state.
