Abstract

This study aimed to test and develop the theory of Condition of Learning by examining the presence or absence of the influence of yellow book learning on PAI subjects and then analyzing the effect of curriculum management perspectives, both supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses a mixed quantitative and qualitative method, and data collection is carried out by observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The results of research showed that PAI subjects were slightly influenced by yellow book learning with a percentage of 2.45%, meaning that other factors influenced 97.55%. Supporting factors the influence include, in planning the learning of the yellow book is positioned as the foundation of knowledge for PAI subjects, in its organization it is mastered by Kyai and Ustadz and is considered to have a high honorific value, in its implementation, The yellow books and PAI have many material similarities even more comprehensive, in its evaluation the learning of the yellow book is structured as PAI subjects. Meanwhile, the factor causing the low influence is that, in its planning, the yellow book learning reference is not balanced concerning PAI subjects, in its organization, the teacher is less competent so that students feel difficult, in its implementation, the yellow book learning is still less than optimal because it is not intensive in supporting PAI subjects. However, in its evaluation, the fundamental ideology is oriented toward cognitive knowledge so that few students get good grades.

Abstract

The alternative of character building of students can be done through school culture in accordance with the Grand Design of character education because the character as a character is built based on applicable values. Therefore, character education through the school culture that students have based on values ​​essentially shapes the child into a better character and in a positive direction. For this reason, the writer analyses the Implementation of Character-Based Education and School Culture at SDIT Permata Bunda 1 Bandar Lampung. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Descriptive research tries to explain the current solution based on the data, then presents the data and interprets it. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. For the sample, the principals and teachers of SDIT Permata Bunda 1 Bandar Lampung. The Qur'anic generation are youths who hold fast to the Qur'an, make the Qur'an as a guide for their lives, read, memorise and understand its contents, and practice it in all aspects of life in the world. Children's character education is a process of forming a child's character or personality and is used as a provision from childhood to adulthood. Therefore, character education is an important thing that must be given to children because these fundamental values ​​are needed in the future. Achievement is a standardised test to measure a student's knowledge and proficiency in one or more knowledge in a subject.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of quality management in Islamic religious education learning as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the analysis 1) are summarized in the preparation of effective week plans, mapping SK/KD, KKM, annual programs, semester programs, syllabus, and lesson plans, (2) applying interesting media, carrying out extracurricular activities, (3) teachers providing media and learning equipment form the authority to coordinate learning in the classroom, participate in training, (4) the teacher supervises learning activities in the classroom, evaluates the results of the implementation of learning, supervising in the evaluation process in the form of tests or assignments. (5) Prepare questions/assessment tools, carry out assessments, check answers, assess learning outcomes, manage learning outcomes, analyze learning outcomes, conclude assessment results clearly and logically, compile reports on learning outcomes, and improve assessment questions/tools. Supporting factors (1) increased time allocation, (2) training assistance, (3) good relations between teachers, (4) school principal support for teachers, (5) teacher supervision, and (6) supervision by school school principals. In contrast, the inhibiting factors are (1) the lack of learning facilities and media, (2) the lack of innovation in the preparation of learning plans, and (3) the lack of student practice outside of school.

The purpose of national education is to develop the potential of students to become human beings who believe in and fear God Almighty, have a noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and become democratic and responsible citizens. The National Education Standards (SNP) consist of content standards, processes, educators and education personnel, graduate competencies, facilities and infrastructure, financing, management, and assessment. With the existence of these national standards, the direction of improving the quality of Indonesian education becomes more explicit, which states that the SNP's fulfillment is carried out to realize the implementation of quality education. Take part in contributing to financing education for the expected educational goals. The description presented is the use of education financing with rudimentary supervisory management techniques, and the obstacles faced by school principals in managing education financing are problems.

Abstract

Towards the 21st century, there are quite interesting changes regarding the trend of education in Indonesia. The dominance of Islamic educational institutions consisting of islamic boarding schools, madrasas, and schools began to shift, this was due to the emergence of Integrated Islamic Schools throughout the country. This Islamic educational institution has spread throughout Indonesia, first established by activists of the ITB campus mosque and UI. Such a rapid distribution of schools shows that the Integrated Islamic School is a new trend of Islamic education in Indonesia, this school emphasizes the education of religious moral values and excellent modern education today, this school also provides a new pattern regarding the reislamization of the Indonesian Muslim middle class. So the author is interested in conducting research related to the Integrated Islamic Coding Institute. In this study, the author uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which the author uses library research, namely collecting books related to the object of research or research that is literature. The Integrated Islamic School has the aim offostering students to become intelligent, noble muttaqien people who have skills that provide benefits and benefits for mankind, to achieve these goals, to implement good human resource management which includes various activities and processes namely, qualifications, recruitment patterns, employee orientation, employee wages, employee rules, coaching and development, employee assessment, employee career and rank, and welfare.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe efforts to build students' character through extracurricular activities in the perspective of educational management science at the Hidayatul Mubtadiien Islamic boarding school, Bauh Gunung Sari Sekampung Udik Village, East Lampung city, Indonesia with a descriptive qualitative approach. The focus of the study in this study is how efforts to build students' character through extracurricular activities in the perspective of educational management science and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors of the organization's activities. This research is based on the results of observations, interviews, and documentation at the research site. The results of the study found that character building was planned in a work program and neatly structured work system, then arranged in a complete and measurable division of tasks based on careful consideration and meeting results, then the work program was carried out in earnest to achieve the target. Achievement and superior character of the students, this activity are also controlled through work evaluations in meetings and direct assessments during extracurricular activities. The supporting factors for the success of forming the character of students through extracurricular activities are the activeness of the student administrators and member students in implementing the program, the provision of prizes for those who are disciplined and achievers, the existence of punishments for those who violate the rules, and the paradigm of students who learn to prepare themselves to take part in society. The inhibiting factors for the success of forming the character of students through extracurricular activities are the lack of facilities and infrastructure, unequal distribution of groups, busyness of students outside of extracurricular activities and the lack of preparation of students in extracurricular activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how to foster students' character through   the basic principles of Islamic education management. In this day and age, there are still many children or adolescents, especially among students whose good character has begun to degrade, this is evident from the many cases that have befallen them such as bullying, drug abuse, free sex, brawls, rape, bullying and many more. Therefore, through the basic principles of Islamic education management it is hoped that it will be a solution in fostering the character of students in accordance with Islamic values. The type of research used is library research through a qualitative approach. The research data sources were obtained through journals, books, articles, theses, and various previous studies. Then the data collection was critically analyzed and presented as a systematic research on the character building of students through the basic principles of Islamic education management. The result of this research is that if you want to foster better student character according to Islamic teachings, educational institutions can apply the basic principles of Islamic management in various educational systems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian menggunakan kajian data pustaka berupa buku-buku sebagai sumber data. Penelitian dilakukan dengan membaca, menelaah, dan menganalisis literature seperti buku, artikel, dan karya ilmiah lainnya. Pendidikan merupakan usaha yang dilakukan sebagai investasi dalam menghasilkan manusia-manusia yang memiliki pengetahuan sikap dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan dalam pembangunan suatu bangsa. Manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan memegang peranan penting dalam meraih tujuan pendidikan dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan adalah dengan memperhatikan standar nasional pendidikan yang berlaku di Indonesia diantaranya adalah standar pembiayaan. Kebijakan pendidikan dikembangkan oleh pemerintah pusat daerah dan masyarakat yang mengacu pada UU No. 22 tahun 1999 tentang pemerintahan daerah serta perangkat peraturan yang berlaku. Pembiayaan pendidikan sangat dibutuhkan untuk kebutuhan operasional, dan gaji, kesejahteraan pegawai, peningkatan kegiatan proses belajar mengajar, pemeliharaan dan pengadaan sarana dan prasarana, peningkatan pembinaan kesiswaan, peningkatan kemampuan professional guru, administrasi pendidikan dan pengawasan. Proses belajar mengajar akan meningkat apabila tujuan yang akan dicapai memenuhi persyaratan. Akan tetapi dunia pendidikan di Indonesia masih menghadapi berbagai persoalan yang serius, dari rendahnya alokasi anggaran dari pemerintah.

Abstract

This article discusses a critical analysis of moral education for students (Prof. Dr.Hamka thinking design). Education today is experiencing a lot of moral decadence and a loss of social values which are marked by promiscuity, drinking, brawls, drugs, and many more things that come out of morality. This is part of deviant behavior among adolescents, youth and society. Furthermore, Hamka, an Indonesian scientist and intellectual figure, Prof. Dr. Hamka. As it is understood that character plays a very important role in shaping a person's attitude and behavior, both as an individual, society and nation, in order to achieve life goals in accordance with the right guidance. Character development becomes urgent, in the midst of developing attitudes and behaviors that conflict with values (norms), both religious and cultural values (norms). This research is library research (Library Research) where the data is obtained from reading and collecting books related to research, such as primary data and secondary data. After getting the data, then the data is processed using the reading method at the symbolic stage, namely reading that is not carried out thoroughly but captures the contents of the data, reading at the semantic level, namely reading in detail, decomposing, and capturing the essence of the data. Then these data were analyzed using the Verstehen, Holistic, and Interpretation methods. Character development based on monotheism values, both textually sourced from the Qur'an and al-Hadith as well as originating from the thoughts of Islamic scientists, such as Hamka reconstructing these thoughts and concepts aims to prepare humans, especially new Muslim scientists who always have an Islamic commitment, as guidelines for the right management of life

Abstract

Based on the results of daily tests on fiqh subjects, it shows that learning is less successful because it is still below the specified KKM, even though the teacher has explained all the material but has not used good learning methods, only conventional learning models so that students are active in learning, and are less interested in taking fiqh lessons. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of grade VI students of MIS Bustanut Tholabah in Fiqh subjects. The location of this research is in class VI MIS Bustanut Tholabah Mekar Jaya Village, Jabung District, East Lampung Regency with a total of 15 students. 7 boys and 8 girls. The data in this study were obtained through interviews, action observation results, and evaluation results. This research was carried out in 3 cycles. The results showed that in cycle I, before the action was taken, the average score was 61.67. The average score increased to 74 after the action. The average score increased to 74 after the action. As for student activity, it was found that 73% of students were active. For the evaluation results, only 60% of students reached the KKM. In cycle II, before the action was taken, the average score was 68.33. The average score increased to 73.66 after the action was taken. The average score increased to 73.66 after the action was taken. As for student activity, 77% of students were found to be active. For evaluation results, 70% of students have reached the KKM. In cycle III, before the action was taken, the average score was 68.33. The average score increased to 85 after the action was taken. Cycle III has achieved success of 80% of students who reached the KKM, and student activity reached 90%. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that learning with a problem-based learning model can improve student learning outcomes, and increase student activity. Learning becomes more fun because students actively participate in all processes of learning activities, this PBL learning model must support TPACK (TECHNOLOGICAL PEDAGOGICAL CONTENT KNOWLEDGE) and requires supporting devices that support learning such as projectors, laptops, and at least more fun media. However, this model is less suitable for children who have limitations or disabilities.
