Abstract

The present study explores the implementation of talent management at Anak Langit Educational Institution, aiming to design a comprehensive talent management framework tailored to the organization's unique needs. The research uses a qualitative approach to identify talent criteria, assess selection methods, and examine on-boarding, development, and retention practices. The findings reveal that Anak Langit demonstrates a strong commitment to shaping a 'rabbani' generation through structured talent management practices. The institution actively engages in recruitment using various methods, including social media promotion and campus relations. Talent development primarily consists of workshops and training programs, with opportunities for individual skill enhancement. Performance evaluation extends beyond job performance to personal development and interpersonal skills. In talent retention efforts, Anak Langit provides informal appreciation, support, and work-life balance programs. However, the study suggests opportunities for further development, such as the creation of detailed talent management guidelines for transparency and effectiveness. The comprehensive talent management framework proposed includes specific talent criteria, a Talent Development Center, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) implementation, and flexible individual development plans, ensuring a structured, flexible, and individual-focused approach.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of price perceptions and service quality onpurchase intention (a survey of RedDoorz Tasikmalaya company users). The method used in this research is causality with a quantitative approach. With a research sample of 49 Users of the Tasikmalaya RedDoorz Company. The data used is using primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that Price Perception has a very good rating classification, Service Quality has a very good rating classification while Purchase Intention has a Good classification for RedDoorz Tasikmalaya Company Users. Taken together, Perceived Price and Service Quality have a significant influence on Purchase Intention of Company Users of RedDoorz Tasikmalaya. Partially Perceived Price has a significant influence on Purchase Intention of Company Users of RedDoorz Tasikmalaya. Partially, Service Quality has a significant effect on Purchase Interest in RedDoorz Tasikmalaya Company Users.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of taste and product diversity on purchasing decisions of HUT Pizza for Tasikmalaya HUT Pizza consumers. The method used in this research is quantitative through a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 Tasikmalaya HUT Pizza Consumers. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 29. The results show that Taste has a very good rating classification. Product Diversity has a good rating classification while Purchase Decision has a good classification for Tasikmalaya HUT Pizza Consumers. Together, Product Taste and Diversity have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions for Tasikmalaya HUT Pizza Consumers. Partially Taste has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions on Tasikmalaya HUT Pizza Consumers, Partially Product Diversity has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions on Tasikmalaya HUT Pizza Consumers

Abstract

The development and advancement of technology in the modern era has had a tremendous impact on efforts to create superiority in competition between companies. So companies are required to continue to improve their competitiveness so that they are not inferior to other companies. This research aims to determine and explain the results of the influence of product diversity and promotions on purchasing decisions at CV. Jati Mulia Kauman Tulungagung. The method used is quantitative descriptive. The sample for this research is consumers who have made purchases at CV. Jati Mulia Kauman Tulungagung as many as 50 consumers. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is classic assumptions, multiple linear regression. The results of this research are that there is a positive and significant influence of product diversity on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.004 < 0.05. There is a positive and significant influence of promotion on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. There is a simultaneous influence of product diversity and promotion on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The research conducted by researchers has aims to be able to determine the effect of Credible Online Review on Purchase Intention mediated by Perceived Quality for online shop consumers at Gramedia Surabaya. The population used in this study were all consumers who shop using the online shop Shopee, Lazada, and Gramedia.com and know about Gramedia brands and products, and in all range age. The sampling technique, namely random sampling, was used to obtain as many as 150 samples. SmartPLS4 software is used to analyze the data. Using reflective measurement model test, formative measurement model test, R2 test, f2 test, Goodness of Fit (GOF) test, and hypothesis test and mediating effect. Questionnaires distributed via Google Form with a total of 15 question items, the assessment used was on a Likert scale of 1-5. The results obtained in this study are to determine the effect of Credible Online Review on Purchase Intention mediated by Perceived Quality for online shop consumers at Gramedia Surabaya.

Abstract

Rezki Putri Amalia’s 2023. “Business Strategy in Brick Business Group in Limbung Village. Guided by Mr. Agung Widhi Kurniawan ST. MM. and Mrs. TenriSayu Puspitaningsih Dipoatmodjo SE, MM. This research aims to find out and analyze the business strategy of the Brick Craftsman Business Group in Limbung Village, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency and to find out the opportunities and challenges faced by Brick Craftsman Businesses in Limbung Village, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. The number of informants in this research was 6 people as brick entrepreneurs in Limbung Village, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. The data analysis used is SWOT analysis. The results of the research show that the business strategy of brick craftsmen in Limbung sub-district, Bajeng sub-district, Gowa Regency is expanding market share and increasing the quality of brick products. Opportunities in running a brick business in the Limbung sub-district, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency are that the product for making house stones is brick and the demand for bricks is quite high. The challenges faced by brick craftsmen in the Limbung sub-district, Bajeng sub-district, Gowa Regency, are uncertain weather and the emergence of many new business-based competitors.

Abstract

The trust, service and communication that exist between PT Telkom Witel Yogyakarta Government segment and its customers will make this relationship marketing strategy key in efforts to maintain customer loyalty. The purpose of this internship activity is to find out and learn good relationship marketing strategies in maintaining customer loyalty. The research method carried out by the author is a qualitative method, while the data used is primary data and secondary data. The descriptive data analysis technique used in this research is to produce a systematic, realistic and accurate picture of the relationship marketing strategy carried out by PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta Government Service segment in retaining customers. Results of interviews and observations of PT's Government Segment Relationship Marketing strategy. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta in Maintaining Customer Loyalty is a strategy of direct sales (direct marketing), customer service, loyalty programs, business visits and maintaining product quality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of raw materials and production processes on product quality (Case Study on Elvan Fashion Production). The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 labor of Elvan Fashion Production. The data used is using primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that the quality of Elvan Fashion Production's raw materials had good criteria. The production process at Elvan Fashion Production has good assessment criteria, Elvan Fashion Production Product Quality has good criteria. Taken together the Quality of Raw Materials and Production Processes have a significant influence on Product Quality. Partially the Quality of Raw Materials has a significant influence on Product Quality. Partially, the production process has a positive and significant effect on product quality.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is a problem for banks because it can cause problems in the real sector or potential problems for the business world in the banking sector. This of course can happen, because the banking sector is an intermediary or intermediary institution supporting the needs of investment funds in the business world. The data analysis method in this study uses quantitative analysis with a comparative approach which aims to determine differences in the financial performance of Islamic commercial banks before Covid-19 and after Covid-19 using the indicators ROA, CAR, BOPO, NPF and FDR. The source of data in this study is secondary data, in which researchers obtain financial performance data from financial reports contained in OJK. The results of this study indicate that the financial performance of Islamic Commercial Banks compared to before Covid-19 has decreased in the financial ratios ROA, FDR, BOPO after Covid-19 while the ratio of CAR, NPF after Covid 19 has increased compared to before Covid-19.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) play an important role in a company because they can influence the company's efficiency and effectiveness. This research was conducted by exploring the perceptions of PT employees. Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia to determine employee performance and the factors that influence it, namely leadership style and organizational culture. This research is located on Jl. Daan Mogot 119 Block C12 Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method. The type of research approach is using field research, by carrying out activities such as distributing questionnaires to respondents, processing data and analyzing data obtained from respondents. The number of samples taken from PT. Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia as many as 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and the hypothesis in this study was tested using the Partial Test (T) and Simultaneous Test (F). The results of the analysis show that Leadership Style and Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on Employee Performance in the Production Division at PT. Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia. Partially Leadership Style (X1) has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Furthermore, Organizational Culture (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y).
