<![CDATA[Sexual violence that occurs against women can cause deep trauma for the victims who experience it. Victims tend to feel afraid when meeting other people, especially the opposite sex. Cases of sexual violence against women that occurred in South Tangerang City alone experienced an increase of 75% from the previous year. Therefore, there is a great need for a social advocacy process carried out by social service institutions such as P2TP2A. The aim of this research is to find out how the social advocacy process is carried out by P2TP2A South Tangerang City towards women victims of sexual violence. This research method uses descriptive qualitative through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the social advocacy process carried out by P2TP2A South Tangerang City towards women consists of identifying problems, formulating solutions, building political awareness and desire, implementing policies and evaluating.]]>

<![CDATA[Fasting is a voluntary action carried out by restraining the appetite for eating, drinking and anything that could break it for a certain period of time. One example of fasting is Ramadan fasting. Ramadan fasting is a fast that is carried out during the month of Ramadan for 29 days or 30 days. The time for fasting during Ramadan begins when the sun rises at dawn until sunset. Fasting is a voluntary action carried out by restraining the appetite for eating, drinking and anything that could break it for a certain period of time. The time for fasting during Ramadan begins when the sun rises at dawn until sunset. Fasting is a deep practice in Islam and has the potential to impact human health, especially in the context of obesity and diabetes. Aim: To determine the effect of fasting according to Islamic and scientific perspectives in reducing weight in obese and diabetic patients. Methods: This research involved a careful literature review and analysis of data from a variety of relevant sources. We evaluated scientific research on fasting in the context of weight loss and diabetes management. We also combine it with the Islamic religious view of fasting, especially during the month of Ramadan. Results: Fasting, both from an Islamic and scientific perspective, can have a positive impact on obese and diabetic patients. Ramadan fasting, which involves fasting from dawn to sunset, has been linked to improved blood sugar control and weight loss in diabetes patients. Additionally, intermittent fasting, such as the 16/8 method, has been shown to be effective in improving insulin sensitivity and reducing body weight in obese individuals. Studies also show that fasting can reduce the risk of heart disease, which is often associated with diabetes. Discussion: This article discusses health implications from two points of view: religion and science. Combining Islamic views on fasting with scientific research provides a strong basis for applying fasting methods in the management of obesity and diabetes. Conclusion: Fasting, from both an Islamic and scientific perspective, has great potential in reducing weight and managing diabetes in obese patients. This approach may be an effective adjunct in the treatment of this condition. <![CDATA[This article discusses the feminist movement (liberation) of women from the patriarchal movement that still exists today. The purpose of this article is to describe and explain the personalities of female characters, describe and explain the struggle for gender equality for female characters and apply educational values in everyday life. Based on the results of the analysis, the results obtained are: 1) The personality of the female characters depicted through Roemaisa and Jeng Yah is a strong, independent and authoritative figure, while the character Purwanti is a character who dares to express her feelings in her youth, 2) The struggle for gender equality in this novel it is shown through the characters Roemaisa and Jeng Yah. These two women had a big influence on the cigarette business. 3) The educational values in the Kretek Girl novel include: a) Religious values, which emphasize the relationship between humans and God, b) Moral educational values, related to the values of good or bad human behavior, c ) Cultural educational values related to the traditions and habits of society. ]]>

<![CDATA["Aisyah cake and cookies" is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or MSMEs in the field of culinary bakery, especially donuts in Padang and surrounding areas. The purpose of this Final Work is to design effective packaging and attract the attention of potential consumers so that the product can be known by the wider community and maximize the function of packaging that previously did not really protect the product to be better protected by the new packaging, as well as build trust from consumers that this product is safe, more hygienic and gives identity to the brand "Aisyah cake and cookies". In this design the author uses the 4D method which consists of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. While the data analysis method used is SWOT analysis. This design will produce a packaging design for "Aisyah cake and cookies" in the form of packaging as the main media while posters, plastic bags, X banners, aprons, stickers, and Instagram feeds as supporting media.]]>

Meanwhile, an Islamic education leader is a figure who is not only a leader of an Islamic institution such as a school, but a leader who can be a role model for others based on his morals which carry positive moral values by applying Islamic principles. The quality of an educational institution can be determined by several supporting components such as curriculum, funding and supporting infrastructure for the educational institution. The quality of graduates is the quality of the school where the students at the school are qualified because of the input and output at the school. <![CDATA[Business ethics plays a key role in building strong, competitive companies through strategic planning, good organization, transparency in procedural systems, and a corporate culture supported by good and consistent ethics. This research was conducted using the direct observation method. With a sampling technique collected through interviews with several employees at PT. Nesia pan pacific clothing The results of this research show that good business ethics can improve the quality of employee work by creating a positive work environment and providing motivation. Ethical business practices include transparency, fairness, and social responsibility, which can create a sense of employee trust and loyalty. <![CDATA[This study explores the implementation of entrepreneurial values through Market Day activities at UPT SD Negeri 206 Gresik, focusing on fifth-grade students. A dynamic economy and increasing competition demand education that not only develops cognitive intelligence but also skills and creativity. This research attempts to provide a solution by applying entrepreneurial concepts through Market Day activities. The research targets fifth-grade students at UPT SD Negeri 206 Gresik, aiming to guide them towards positive endeavors. The study involves observation, interviews, and program socialization to provide an understanding of entrepreneurial values. This method encompasses planning, execution, and evaluation processes, encouraging students to develop creativity, communication skills, independence, and discipline. The results show that Market Day activities successfully build entrepreneurial character among students. Despite facing challenges such as a lack of student participation and limited space, these shortcomings are identified as opportunities for improvement in the future. It is hoped that the implementation of entrepreneurial values through practical activities like Market Day can help address unemployment challenges in Indonesia by shaping students ready to become job creators.]]>

<![CDATA[Motion graphic is one of the graphic design techniques that uses animation to convey information visually. Motion graphic can make visual presentation content richer and clearer in delivering messages. Motion graphic can also help content attract audiences. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of visual presentation on static content and content with motion graphic about the U-17 World Cup 2023. The study was conducted with a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection methods involved interviews to find out the responses of the informants to the content that used motion graphic and static content, as well as observations through direct observation to obtain the informants’ responses, enthusiasm, and understanding of the messages conveyed in both types of content. The results of the study showed that the use of motion graphic can improve the respondents’ understanding and enthusiasm for the message in the content of major sporting events such as the U-17 World Cup. In addition, the use of motion graphic can be a consideration for content creators who use motion graphic. This study has the potential to improve the effectiveness of the message delivered through motion graphic that is educational and informative.]]>

<![CDATA[The high poverty rate as well as the unemployment rate and the lack of awareness of the importance of empowerment programs in Bangunreja Village cause people to be unable to meet their needs. The Bangunreja Village Government created an empowerment program with the aim of bringing change and improving family welfare, namely the empowerment program through the preservation of the art of kuda lumping. The purpose of this study is to determine the process and results of community empowerment through the preservation of lumping horse. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The results showed that community empowerment through the preservation of lumping horse art was able to provide benefits to the community, namely by increasing income and the community understood the importance of the empowerment program. Increased knowledge in the community. The empowerment activities carried out include counseling and training. With the right support, this art can improve community welfare, cultural diversity, and a sense of togetherness in the community and be able to maintain a valuable cultural heritage. <![CDATA[This research aims to develop an approach to designing effective illustration content on the Instagram account of the Rumah Generasi Pemenang Foundation, with a primary focus on efforts to build religious awareness among its followers. The research methodology involves analyzing the needs of the target audience, studying social media visual trends, and exploring the religious values desired by the foundation. By combining design methods and research, this study produces a series of creative and captivating illustration content, with an emphasis on delivering religious messages that can stimulate reflection and spiritual awareness. Evaluation is carried out through response tests from the target group and monitoring online interactions. The research findings show that the design of illustration content on the Instagram of Rumah Generasi Pemenang significantly contributes to increasing religious awareness among followers. The practical implications include the application of more targeted design strategies in conveying religious messages through social media, as well as providing insights to practitioners and researchers about the potential of Instagram as an effective tool in building religious awareness in the digital era.Keywords: religious awareness, social media, illustration]]>
