Abstract

 The purpose of Analysis of Social Entrepreneurship Model Glenys Store. This study aims to: (a) Knowing the meaning of social models, (b) Knowing social enterprise models, (c) Knowing the Glenys Store social business model. This research was conducted by utilizing a literature study. This research approach is qualitative. The result of this research is the business model method that can be used is the Business Model Canvas which is a logical description model of how an organization creates, delivers and captures value. Therefore, the suitable model for Glenys Store based on BMC is the Service Subsidization Model.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence and application of javelin board in validating startup business ideas. Many startup companies find it difficult to survive in the midle of competition. One of the reasons is that the ideas offered by the company are not useful in the community. One way to validate ideas of products or services offered is to use the javelin experiment board method. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, with the number of samples in this study as many as 84 respondents. The test results show that 1) Startup companies in Tasikmalaya City have experienced many failures because the products launched have not been needed by consumers in Tasikmalaya City. 2) The use of the Javelin Experiment Board method to validate the idea of a startup company requires considerable effort and time to get the results of validation data for prospective startup company consumers in the City of Tasikmalaya. 3) The Javelin Experiment Board method helps startup business actors validate ideas to minimize failure when companies launch products to the market.

Abstract

The development of the creative industry is not optimal, this is due to the lack of attractiveness of the industry, the dominant position of creative businesses, the immature creative industry business model and the lack of guidance from the government, as well as the business risks that must be faced. This research uses a case study method so that a causal explanation of the conditions in the field can be produced and can answer the "how" and "why" questions so that comprehensive study results can be obtained and can answer the problems that arise in this research. Data was collected by means of literature studies and interviews. The data analysis process is carried out by describing the business through the Social Business Model Canvas (SBMC), and exploring the insights of the social business model with the middleman model.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the implementation MuluMile’s social activities program “I want to be” in creating community development. Development is an issue that is often an important discussion in efforts to increase and equalize the economy. Every element of society should take its role in realizing this, including MuluMile. Therefore, the "I Want to Be" program was created as a form of MuluMile's social responsibility towards the surrounding environment. This research uses descriptive-qualitative analysis method. This study concludes that our society should have the same opportunities and opportunities in improving its economy. Especially in realizing the desired profession/job. With the "I Want to Be" program from MuluMile, it is hoped that it will be able to break the gap/distance that is often an obstacle for people who live in areas/rural areas with limited information and infrastructure and make MuluMile as an Integrated Social Enterprise.

Abstract

This article discusses solutions to social problems in Majalaya District, namely street children. Street children should be protected and their rights guaranteed as children in general, in order to become useful human beings and have a bright future. Currently, the handling of street children has begun to be activated properly. It can be seen from the number of shelter houses, orphanages, and studios that facilitate street children in developing themselves with education and soft skills. By being oriented to a social mission, or in this case to help provide the welfare of street children, the concept of social entrepreneurship can be used. Through the use of the embedded social enterprise model and the franchise model, where social enterprises are designed to achieve the goal of creating social and economic value, it will be suitable to be applied in a container to accommodate street children.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to  to find out how to implement the social business model for the Mie Qta business. Mie Qta is a business in the FB (food and beverage) industry that has been established since 2018 and is located in the South Tangerang Region. Mie Qta's initial business model is a general business model that has been widely used by other businesses. Mid-2020 Mie Qta began to remodel its business model into a social business model that started with a collaboration with one of the fundraiser communities in Jakarta (Goodsforgood) to raise funds for medical personnel treating COVID-19 victims. Seeing the planning of Mie Qta in implementing the Social Business Model Canvas, it is necessary to do research on the social business model that aims to find out how to implement the social business model for the Mie Qta business.
