Abstract

Program Sekolah Pencetak Wirausaha merupakan inovasi pembelajaran berwirausaha bagi siswa SMK. Fenomena yang ada menunjukkan kurangnya kompetensi yang dimiliki lulusan SMK. Sebuah survey menunjukkan angka pengangguran terbesar berasal dari siswa SMK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih dalam tentang implementasi program Sekolah Wirausaha pada siswa jenjang SMK di SMK Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Pendekatan penelitian yang dipilih adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi, Fokus Group Discussion (FGD), serta analisa dokumen. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan melalui wawancara dengan jumlah partisipan penelitian sebanyak 14 orang dari unsur kepala sekolah, guru/ kaprodi, siswa, dan orangtua siswa. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam pengolahan data adalah tematik analisis. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu simpulan bahwa SMK sebagai sekolah kejuruan harus menitikberatkan pada penguasaan keahlian dan karakter budaya kerja. Penguasaan keahlian dan keterampilan (Hardskill) dalam berwirausaha serta penguasaan karakter dan budaya di tempat kerja (Softskill) menjadi dua hal yang sangat penting untuk dikuasai. Di SMK Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya memiliki karakteristik khusus di mana selama tiga tahun siswa akan menjalani Program Sekolah Pencetak Wirausaha (SPW). Program SPW adalah program dengan enam tahap pembelajaran kombinasi teori dan praktik.Tahapan tersebut pertama; pembentukan kelompok belajar berdasarkan passion bekerja, kedua; penguatan kelompok dengan berkunjung ke industri di luar sekolah, ketiga; latihan berwirausaha terbimbing, keempat; penguatan karakter berwirausaha, kelima; kerwirausaha kelompok mandiri, dan keenam; pemantapan wirausaha kelompok mandiri. Oleh karena itu, perlu diketahui lebih lanjut bagaimana cara sekolah mengimplementasikan program SPW ini. Kata Kunci : SMK, wirausaha, softskill, hardskill, keahlian. ABSTRACT The Entrepreneurial School Program is an entrepreneurship learning innovation for SMK students. The existing phenomenon shows the lack of competence possessed by SMK graduates. A survey shows that the largest unemployment rate comes from SMK students. This study aims to find out more about the implementation of the Entrepreneurial School program for vocational students at SMK Negeri 1 Sungai Raya, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan Province. The research approach chosen is descriptive qualitative. Qualitative research methods by conducting observations, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and document analysis. The research instrument used was through interviews with the number of research participants as many as 14 people from the principals, teachers/head of study programs, students, and parents. The data analysis technique used in data processing is thematic analysis. This study resulted in a conclusion that SMK as a vocational school should focus on mastering skills and character of work culture. Mastery of skills and skills (Hardskills) in entrepreneurship as well as mastery of character and culture in the workplace (Softskills) are two very important things to master. At SMK Negeri 1 Sungai Raya, Kubu Raya Regency has special characteristics where for three years students will undergo the Entrepreneurial Printing School Program (SPW). The SPW program is a program with six stages of learning a combination of theory and practice. The first stages are; formation of study groups based on passion for work, second; strengthening the group by visiting the industry outside of school, third; guided entrepreneurship training, fourth; strengthening entrepreneurial character, fifth; independent group entrepreneurship, and sixth; strengthening self-employment groups. Therefore, it is necessary to know more about how schools implement this SPW program. Key Words : SMK, entrepreneurshio, softskill, hardskill, competence.

Abstract

Hukuman dalam pendidikan Islam tidak serta merta harus dilakukan, namun jika kondisi terpaksa, maka bagi seorang pendidik dibenarkan untuk memberikan hukuman yang bersifat edukatif bagi anak didik selama tidak melukai fisik dan membahayakan jiwanya. Tujuan pemberian hukuman adalah untuk memperbaiki tingkah laku dan tabiat anak didik untuk mendidik kearah kebaikan sehingga tidak pernah mengulangi kesalahan yang pernah dilakukan serta menyadari akan kesalahannya. Dalam pemberian hukuman hendaknya diperhatikan syarat dan tahapan dalam penerapannya dengan tidak melakukan hukuman yang dilarang, seperti: memukul wajah, berkata buruk, menendang dan kekerasan yang berlebihan. Ketika memberi hukuman hendaknya menempuh jalan nasehat dan bimbingan yang bersifat mendidik dan bermanfaat yang bisa menyentuh jiwa agar kepribadian anak didik bisa terbentuk dengan baik sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) reveal PAI learning through Google Classroom media in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, (2) find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for PAI learning through Google Classroom media in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, (3) school solutions and efforts and stakeholders to achieve PAI learning goals through Google Classroom media in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The researcher used descriptive qualitative method. Research data obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants in this study were theprincipal, the head of the curriculum, PAI educators, homeroom teachers, class X students and guardians of students. Researchers used data analysis techniques, including data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and checking the validity of the data. The results showed that, (1) PAI learning management in the evaluation of psychomotor aspects has not been implemented, (2) learning supporting factors, namely the existence workshops oflearning Google Classroom, strong signals and internet quotas, students having smartphones, and guardians of students being able to monitor and control students. learn while at home. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors for learning are bad signals due to natural conditions and the concentration of students is easily disturbed, (3) the application of combined PAI learning, namely 50% face-to-face and 100% online requires good synergy between students, educators, families and communities. in order to achieve PAI learning objectives in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The low ability of students to understand mathematical concepts is due to the low ability of students to understand mathematical concepts and the lack of activeness of students in participating in the learning process. This study aims to describe the increase in the ability to understand students' mathematical concepts by applying the NHT type cooperative learning model using the Refusion Board manipulative media on relations and functions material. This type of research is a type of classroom action research. The subjects of this study were 20 students in class VIII-2 of SMP Negeri 4 Bukit. As for the results obtained from the two actions in this study, namely (1) Learning outcomes for the ability to understand students' mathematical concepts increased or completed with a percentage of 55% in action I increased to 85% in action II. (2) The activity of students participating in learning has increased, namely 70% in action I to 82.22% in action II. (3) The teacher's ability to manage learning is in the "good" category. There was an increase in the percentage in the implementation of action I by 73.57% to 84.28% in action II. Based on the results of the comparison of the percentages of the two stages, it can be concluded that the application of the cooperative learning model of the numbered heads together type using the refusion board manipulative media can improve students' understanding of mathematical concepts.

Abstract

Activities carried out in community service for mathematics teachers at Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Lhokseumawe City are activities to write Classroom Action Research (PTK) and design Learning Implementation Plans (RPP) based on Islamic Dinul. The purpose of this activity is that math teachers at Lhokseumawe City Vocational Schools are able to make PTK and design lesson plans based on Dinul Islam on an ongoing basis in order to improve teacher careers. The form of this activity is by carrying out training and mentoring for 4 days from 26 to 29 April 2021 with a total time of 32 JP with an allocation of 2 days for training and assistance in writing PTK and 2 days for designing lesson plans based on Dinul Islam. Then proceed with assistance in the form of guidance in writing PTK and lesson plans based on Dinul Islam from May to June 2021. The work system carried out by the teacher is group in nature, each group consists of 3 people and works together in determining the PTK title and continuing with writing PTK. Meanwhile, the work system in designing RPP based on Dinul Islam is individual. The results obtained resulted in 10 PTK titles with writing that were still continuous, while Dinul Islam based lesson plans had been printed and collected as many as 26 lesson plans from 30 participants.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the role of joint business groups (KUB) in increasing the institutional capacity of fishermen's businesses in Muara Jawa Ilir Village, Muara Jawa District, Kuta Kartanegara Regency. The data collection method in this study is survey research with primary data collection carried out in April 2022 in Muara Jawa Ilir Village, primary data acquisition using a list of questionnaires compiled according to the research objectives. The sample method used is purposive sampling method with data analysis used descriptive quantitative and Liker scale. The results showed that the role of Joint Business Groups (KUB) in increasing the institutional capacity of fishermen's businesses in Muara Jawa ilir Village based on the indicators of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 16 of 2006. The agricultural, fishery and forestry extension system with four indicators of the role of joint business groups as learning media and cooperation vehicles are in the high category while the production unit indicator is in the low category and the business unit indicator is in the medium category overall is in the medium category with an average score of 53.84 in the range of 40.01-56.01.

Abstract

In the 5.0 era, business competition has become increasingly dynamic. This has spurred company managers to think more complexly so that companies can survive, even making them superior to competitors. Therefore, this study aims to empirically test the results of providing internal training to employees at PT.X to improve interpersonal communication. The population in this study were employees at PT.X which involved 14 employees to be used as samples taken using saturated sampling techniques and questionnaires. The scale used for data collection is the interpersonal communication scale by Devito (2011). The results of the different tests show that there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test values ??of employees to improve interpersonal communication, namely the Z value obtained is -2.844 with a p value (Asymp. Sig 2 tailed) of 0.004 which is less than the critical research limit of 0.05 (0.004 <0.05) so the decision hypothesis is to accept H1 or which means there is an increase in interpersonal communication after internal training.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the SKKNI in two institutions under the Ministry of Manpower that are engaged in education and training, namely BLK Lembang and the Polytechnic of Manpower. Using descriptive qualitative method with observations, interviews and related documentation review. The results showed that the two institutions had carried out a learning procession with a curriculum based on the SKKNI. In addition, the implementation of a dialectical process in the form of dissemination forums and FGDs that occur in order to formulate and harmonize them between curriculum, courses or materials, as well as competencies which are potential employment opportunities.

Abstract

The presence of traffic control volunteers (Supeltas) plays an quite important role in public order and smooth traffic. The research was conducted in the cities of Jakarta, Bogor and Bekasi. In these three places it is known that there are problems that are troubling the community such as traffic jams. The congestion is caused by the large volume of motorized vehicles that are not proportional to the volume or number of roads, especially on lanes that have a very large potential to cause a buildup of vehicles such as at intersections or U-turns. The presence of traffic control volunteers (supeltas) appears at these locations in almost all corners of the city taking over the role of the traffic control police. The existence of traffic control volunteers has been going on for a long time, so it is very interesting to do research on the motivation of these informal workers. The method used in this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the motivation to become a traffic control volunteer (supeltas) is a desire to help smooth traffic due to congestion and the convenience of road users, but it cannot be denied that the existence of traffic control volunteers has become a livelihood. The contribution of the existence of the informal sector in overcoming various employment problems in Indonesia requires efforts to provide continuous guidance. Guidance can be carried out mainly by the government, private institutions and independent community groups who care about social problems in society

Abstract

Budaya organisasi memegang peranan penting dan strategis dalam perkembangan dan kemajuan organisasi baik dalam bisnis, manajemen, lembaga pendidikan maupun organisasi sosial lainnya. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan budaya organisasi melalui analisis teoritis dan analisis empiris. Khususnya budaya organisasi yang berkaitan dengan lembaga pendidikan. Studi ini dibagi menjadi tiga bagian. Pertama, pendahuluan yang menjelaskan permasalahan budaya organisasi dan pemaknaan yang disajikan. Kedua, pembahasan menguraikan berbagai pendapat ahli, didukung oleh data dan informasi empiris, yang kemudian penulis jadikan acuan untuk menyempurnakan arah karya ini dalam kaitannya dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Ketiga, closure adalah kesimpulan berdasarkan masalah yang telah dijelaskan dan pembahasannya. Kesimpulan dari artikel ini adalah perkembangan dan keberadaan organisasi memiliki hubungan yang kuat dan penting dengan budaya organisasi.
