Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kualitas pendidikan dalam pengajaran di lembaga pendidikan berbasis pesantren atau boarding school. Bagaimana pengaruh praktik mengajar mampu meningkatkan penjaminan mutu akademik yang diterapkan di lembaga pendidikan Islam Yayasan Al-Fityan Kuburaya dalam mencapai keunggulan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah. Penelitian ini mengadopsi desain penelitian kualitatif interpretatif dan menggunakan wawancara one-to-one, mendalam, semi-terstruktur dan sengaja dipilih yang terdiri dari 6 peserta. Sampel sengaja dipilih dan terdiri dari 2 Koordinator dan 6 Guru Agama Islam. Temuan mengungkapkan empat kategori praktik: a) Ajaran yang harus dipertahankan, b) Ajaran yang harus diubah, c) Ajaran yang harus ditambahkan, dan d) Ajaran yang harus dihindari. Beberapa upaya pengajaran yang terkait dengan penjaminan mutu yang diidentifikasi oleh penelitian ini adalah mempertahankan upaya pengajaran yang penting terkait dengan evaluasi sambil memberikan umpan balik untuk perbaikan, menutup lingkaran, mendidik semua siswa perempuan tentang peningkatan dan keterlibatan mereka dalam praktik penjaminan mutu dalam Pengajaran, serta menambahkan jangka waktu yang lebih lama. untuk pengembangan guru dalam rangka meningkatkan kompetensi dan keterampilan guru dalam mengajar. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan dengan merekomendasikan bahwa keberhasilan pengajaran agama berbasis pesantren di lembaga pendidikan Islam dapat menggunakan strategi yang dibahas dalam temuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas belajar mengajar untuk meningkatkan keunggulan mengajar.

Abstract

Penjaminan mutu internal dilakukan dengan mengacu pada standar nasional pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional. Kualitas internal sekarang digunakan tidak hanya di perguruan tinggi, tetapi juga di pendidikan dasar dan menengah. Hal ini membuat penjaminan mutu dan pencapaian pendidikan di satuan pendidikan dasar dan menengah lebih aman dan tepat sasaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan implementasi siklus penjaminan mutu internal. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah: Observasi, wawancara, penelitian dokumenter. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa SDIT An Naajiyah Kubu Raya termasuk kegiatan peningkatan mutu yang dilakukan sesuai tahapan siklus SPMI. Pertama, penilaian mandiri sekolah berdasarkan laporan mutu pendidikan; kedua, pembentukan panitia penjaminan mutu dan analisis ulang hasil penilaian mandiri sekolah; Peningkatan mutu, keempat, evaluasi dan pemantauan hasil peningkatan mutu setelah mutu perbaikan telah dilaksanakan, dan rencana kualitas kelima tahun depan datang kembali. Hasil penerapan penjaminan mutu internal berdampak pada proses pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif, keberhasilan siswa dan sekolah, kepuasan pelanggan internal dan eksternal, dan pencapaian 8 Standar Nasional Pendidikan.

Abstract

Tujuan makalah ini adalah salah satu dari tujuh artikel dalam volume ini yang menjelaskan berbagai pendekatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Buku putih ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan metodologi yang disebut Deliverology. Metodologi makalah ini menyajikan asal-usul, landasan teoretis, prinsip-prinsip inti, dan studi kasus yang menunjukkan penerapan deliverologi di Universitas Tanjung Pura, Kalimantan Barat, Indonesia. Temuan pada penelitian ini adalah Prinsip inti dari pendekatan ini didasarkan pada pertanyaan-pertanyaan utama yaitu: Apa yang dilakukan sistem kami? Bagaimana Anda merencanakan? Bagaimana Anda selalu tahu jika Anda berada di jalan yang benar menuju sukses? Bagaimana jika Anda tidak berada di jalan yang benar? Orisinalitas/nilai makalah ini adalah; beberapa perlakuan teoritis dan contoh empiris sekarang tersedia untuk model peningkatan kualitas yang umum digunakan di bidang lain dan mungkin memiliki nilai potensial dalam meningkatkan sistem pendidikan di tingkat internasional. Buku putih ini mengisi celah ini dengan menjelaskan pendekatan yang menjanjikan. Makalah ini juga dikreditkan karena memungkinkan perbandingan pendekatan Devirology dengan pendekatan peningkatan kualitas lainnya yang dijelaskan dalam jurnal. Abstract

This study aims to determine of the ability to write descriptive essays of sub-theme the beauty of my country’s cultural diversity the application of problem-based learning models and conventional learning models. The calculation of the N-Gain of the problem-based learning model is 54,9 with moderate criteria, and the N-Gain value of the conventional model is 40,8 with moderate criteria. Researchers performed a normality test using the Liliefors test. Both samples are normally distributed because the value of both samples is less than Ltable. In the Problem Based Learning class, the value of Lcount is Ltable (0,048) (0,141), in the control class group, the value of Lcount is Ltable (0,077) (0,144). In the homogeneity test, the data is then homogeneous because Fcount Ftable is the value (1,04) ? (3,96). Furthermore, when testing hypotheses, the number of (6,63) was found to be larger than the table of (1,99547). Show that H0 (null hypothesis) is rejected and Ha (alternative hypothesis) is accepted. Based on the above research, it can be stated that of the ability to write descriptive essays of sub-theme the beauty of my country’s cultural diversity by the application of the Problem-Based Education Model.

Abstract

The research benefits of plant studies come from a large population of 32 students. This theme and sub-theme use data obtained from field observations and analysis to provide benefits. The results produced X learning outcomes related to solving variable problems, while Y were related to thematic understanding. Additionally, the method used to solve these problems influenced the results provided. This study shows that when Problem Solving methods are implemented into subject matter, students learn a lot. The learning outcomes of students increased by 85.62% compared to a control group that increased by 75.31%

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of picture media on student achievement in the sub-thema 2 class III in SD Negeri 091522 Marubun Jaya. This study held in SD Negeri 091522 Marubun Jaya in august 2022. This research used is quantitative research using Quasi Eksperimental Design type Nonequivalent Control Group Design With the sample in the study is class students III A and III B as much 50 student. The variables in this study are picture media (x) and learning achievement (y). Methods of collecting data using tests. The data analysis technique used the normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. based on the results of research that has been carried out for image media test data with a sample of 50 students, then the experimental class posttest scores with an average value of 43.20. posttest experimental class with an average value of 80.80. control class posttest with an average value of 40.00. control class posttest with an average value of 70.80.

Abstract

The Effect of Problem Based Learning Learning Model on Student Learning Outcomes in Class III SD Negeri Pilot 091317 Pematang Raya. manuscript. UHKBPNP University Primary School Teacher Education and Education Studies Program. Advisor I Lisbet Novianti Sihombing, S.Pd., M.Pd and Advisor II Eva Pasaribu, S.Pd., M.Pd. This research will be conducted to find out whether the results of the Problem Based Learning Learning Model are consistent with student learning outcomes. This type of refining is a quasi-experimental which involves two lobes treated with pekkaduan berda. The population in this study were third grade students of SD Negeri Pilot 091317 Pematang Raya and two classes were selected by cluster random sampling as the research sample, namely classes IIIA and IIIB. Class IIIA is the experimental class that uses the Problem Based Learning Expenditure Model, while class IIIB is the control class that uses conventional belebajang. The research instrument used for learning ability. The data that has been built using the instrument was analyzed using technical descriptive statistics and inferential.

The purpose from research is to know the effect model picture and picture to study result students at subtema 2 hidup rukun dengan teman bermain to class II SD Negeri 091316 pematang raya.this research is a experiment with design quasi experiment.design used in research is pretest and posttest sample fro. Research in class experiment is class II-A class in SD negeri 091316 pematang raya and research sample in control class is students II-B class in SD negeri 091316 pematang raya.based analysis result and from explain from research data by test result hypothesis with t-test where t-table : 3,69 if score significant (2- tailed) < 0,05 ,so can different significant from result study students to experiment class and control class.the result from this research the score significant (2-tailed) : 0,001.so Ho not significant and ha significant.based the results from the effect model picture and picture to result study students in sub tema 2 hidup rukun dengan teman bermain in class II SD negeri 091316 Pematang Raya

Abstract

This study focuses onHumankind and the Environment sub-theme 2 Thematic learners were motivated to learn thanks to this study. The goal of the study was to improve student learning outcomes. The study involves two variables: learner outcomes and motivation to learn. It involves 54 students as the research population, but a smaller sample of 30 students was used for data collection. Two methods were used to collect data: questionnaires and tests. Then, quasi-experimental methods were used to analyze the data. This means the researchers used hypothesis testing and normality testing. A data set was collected from 30 students regarding their learning outcomes. This included two subthemes and one main theme; the data set had a final score of 2335. The highest score was 95 and the lowest was 70. Additionally, a learning motivation questionnaire was given to 30 subjects. The data collected showed a total score of 2298— the average value was 77.826. The lowest score was 75 and the highest was 79. By performing a hypothesis test, it was determined that the Fcount and Ttable values were 10.041 and 3.169. Neither value crossed 0.05 or 0.04, meaning the results were significant but not significant enough to be considered significant. Consequently, it can be stated that there is a significant correlation between learner motivation and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal how the relationship between work commitment and productivity of staff at the Nahdlatul Ulama University of North Sumatra (UNUSU). The method used in this study is a qualitative research approach. Validation of research data was carried out using triangulation techniques through observation, interviews and document studies. The results of this study revealed four findings, namely: (1) University leaders have made standard operating procedures for each staff work unit so that it is easier to work and there is a clear career path for each employee. (2) The work productivity of UNUSU staff has increased, the Chancellor continues to improve the quality of education on the campus. (3) Efforts to increase staff commitment have encountered several obstacles, the Chancellor has tried to carry out his managerial functions, one of which is making plans to increase employee commitment to the maximum extent possible, but the obstacle is budget constraints so that the programs that have been prepared have not been implemented optimally. (4) The work commitment of Unusu staff is high because the majority of staff are Nahdlatul Ulama residents so they think that working at NU tertiary institutions does not only expect a salary but also participates in growing the Nahdlatul Ulama organization. The conclusions of this study are: The dominant organizational commitment of UNUSU staff is continuity commitment, followed by affective and normative commitment. Referring to the general condition that is classified as having high commitment, this finding shows that in general the staff will feel a loss if they leave the workplace, this has an impact on the work productivity of the staff.
