Abstract

Teenagers are the most vulnerable age group to experience stress and anxiety when faced with a new problem due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The purpose of this activity is to conduct early detection and mental health education during the Covid-19 pandemic for adolescents in Palangka Raya City. The method used in this activity is early detection of mental health with the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) followed by mental health education for adolescents. The results of this activity are 23.33% of adolescents who do not experience depression, 53.34% of mild depressive symptoms, and 23.33% of mild symptoms. encourage adolescents to share their feelings, take the time to provide support to adolescents, work together to resolve conflicts , educating youth to love themselves, reducing negative news viewing, sports/physical activities together, using social media wisely.

Abstract

Teenage pregnancy (early age) is one of the important problems in the 21st century. There are more than 16 million children in the world born to mothers aged 15-19 years. Indonesia is one of the regions with the highest presentation of early marriage in the world with a rank of 37 and the second highest in ASEAN. Central Kalimantan Province is ranked second in early pregnancy, with an increasing incidence of pregnancy complications based on data reported by one of the Referral Hospitals in Central Kalimantan Province. The evaluation was carried out using questionnaires on knowledge in the prevention of pregnancy complications. There was an increase in husbands' knowledge after empowerment, before empowerment was carried out there were 2 people (10%) in the good category, 12 people (60%) in the sufficient category and there were 8 people (30%) who were included in the less category. After the formation of the standby husband group, there was an increase in knowledge in the good category of 17 people (85%), in the sufficient category of 2 people (10%) and in the category of less than 1 person (5%). Husband empowerment can increase husband's knowledge in early detection of pregnancy complications. The establishment of an early pregnancy pregnancy alert group requires monitoring and supervision from the Puskesmas Bukit Rawi.

Abstract

Anemia is caused due to iron deficiency caused by physiological changes due to pregnancy that are aggravated by a state of lack of nutrients, vitamin B12, folic acid and vitamin C. The goal is to increase the ability of pregnant women in making red spinach juice and increase HB levels of third trimester pregnant women with anemia with consumption of red spinach juice. Method of activity: Pregnant women involved a total of 20 pregnant women and previously checked the Hb levels of pregnant women before being given red spinach juice, followed by a demo of making red spinach juice. After 14 days, re-examination of Hb levels of pregnant women is carried out. Results: Pregnant women have the ability to make red spinach juice and there is a change in the percentage of pregnant women in the anemia category. Before consumption of red spinach juice, pregnant women in the category of not anemic amounted to 1 person (5%), mild anemia 10 people (50%) and moderate anemia 9 people (45%). After consumption of red spinach juice, re-examination of Hb levels of pregnant women with results in the category of not anemia increased to 10 people (50%), mild anemia reduced to 8 people and moderate anemia reduced to 2 people. Conclusion: Giving Red Spinach Juice increases the Hb rate of Pregnant Mothers

Abstract

In 2024, Indonesia will hold general election, which is a routine agenda of every five years. But the 2024 election has an important signification as it would determine Indonesia's future. Apart from electing new members of parliament and a new president, after President Joko Widodo was unable to run for office due to the provisions of the 1945 Constitution, the 2024 election will be a touchstone for assessing the quality of democracy in Indonesia. At the end of Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono's administration, Indonesia's democracy was said to have stagnated, because President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono’s policies were more accommodative to various parties within the parliament in order to maintain political stability and economic growth. With such kind of policy, reform of the bureaucracy and the military must have proceeded slowly, and eradicating corruption is still a big homework, and the protection of minorities and freedom of the press had to be fought for. But under the Jokowi’s administration, Indonesia's democracy is said to have suffered a setback due to political polarization, revision of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) law, rampant corruption, and restrictions on civil liberties. To overcome this situation, it is important to provide political education to the public so that they are able to choose qualified leaders, such as through conducting lectures and discussions. The paper is a report of discussion held at Sunga Rukam village, Enok Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir District. It showed that thatparticipants have a good understanding of political developments, especially those related to election, but they are still vulnerable to hoax and hate speeches, and in consequence, being trapped in political polarization

Abstract

The construction of the Gebrak Pakumis House is part of the commitment of the Tangerang Regency Government which is managed by the Tangerang Regency Housing and Settlement Service in the renovation program for uninhabitable houses belonging to poor residents. Balaraja District, Tangerang Regency, which borders directly with DKI Jakarta Province, is one of the many destinations for migrants outside the residential areas of residents who work around the area. Residential land is getting narrower day by day because most of the area is used as residential areas, causing slum settlements to form. The Uninhabitable House Rehabilitation Activity involves builders who will carry out house construction activities. The builders still have high hopes that this Uninhabitable House Rehabilitation Activity can fully assist in renovating uninhabitable houses into habitable houses that meet the requirements. Location of outreach activities Providing information to builders about the implementation of Rehabilitation construction for Uninhabitable Houses. Preparation method, coordination, identification and verification of residents' houses included in the list of potential aid recipients (CPB), making planning drawings, socializing craftsmen, discussions. In socialization activities, more time is needed because many craftsmen still have minimal understanding of construction, although some craftsmen already have quite a lot of experience. As a result of this socialization, craftsmen understand more about implementation drawings, which in previous activities relied on experience. With the results obtained from this socialization, craftsmen need technical guidance to increase the knowledge and competence of craftsmen to ensure the implementation of Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 2023

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB or TBC) is an infectious disease caused by the germ Mycobacterium tuberculosis. These germs usually enter the human body through breathing air into the lungs, then these germs can spread from the lungs to other parts of the body through the circulatory system, lymphatic system, through the respiratory tract (bronchus) or spread directly to other parts of the body.This community service aims to increase public knowledge and awareness in preventing the transmission of pulmonary tuberculosis. The counseling method uses leaflet media and will be carried out on December 9 2023 at the hospital. Woodward, Palu City. As a result of community service, the material presented was able to increase their knowledge as evidenced by the evaluation session, the community was asked questions and on average the community was able to answer correctly according to the material provided. Conclusion: Community service activities have been carried out. It is hoped that the excellent presence and enthusiasm of the residents can prevent the occurrence of Tuberculosis.

Abstract

Hipertensi atau tekanan darah tinggi merupakan faktor risiko dari berbagai masalah kesehatan, termasuk penyakit jantung. Karenanya, penderita hipertensi perlu menjaga pola hidup sehat dengan rutin berolahraga. Salah satu jenis olahraga yang dianjurkan untuk hipertensi adalah senam. Selain membantu mengontrol tekanan darah, olahraga rutin juga dapat membantu mencegah penyakit jantung juga terjadinya Stroke. Belum banyak masyarakat melakukan rutin senam untuk menjaga kesehatannya terutama untuk pengendalian dan pencegahan Stroke. Kegiatan pengabmas ini akan melaksanakan penyuluhan secara langsung mengenai manfaat, tujuan dan prektek senam hipertensi. Juga melakukan pemeriksaan tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah senam Hipertensi. Metode kegiatan yaitu melakukan kegiatan penyuluhan dan melakukan Senam bersama kepada masyarakat RT 20 RW 06 Kelurahan Bener Kapanewon Tegalrejo, Kabupaten Sleman adalah tempat kegiatan. Bulan Juli hingga November adalah rencana waktu kegiatan. Diharapkan selesainya kegiatan penyuluhan diperoleh pengetahuan tentang pentingnya senam hipertensi dan keterampilan masyarakat melakukan senam hipertensi. Pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat baik individu maupun masyarakat secara keseluruhan.Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Masyarakat yang mengikuti penyuluhan dan senam Hipertensi berjumlah 70 orang dengan sangat antusias. Hasil dari pretest nilai 50 berjumlah 4 orang Dan hasil post test nila 100 berjumlah 7 orang Dengan demikian penyuluhan ini menghasilkan peninghkatan pengetahuan pengetahuan masyarakat. Dan masyarakat dapat mempraktekkan Senam Hipertensi dengan baik dan besar

Abstract

Teenagehood is a vulnerable period for nutritional problems, especially anemia (a condition where the number of red blood cells is below standard). According to the Riskesdas (2018), the prevalence of anemia in adolescent girls is 27.2%, while in adolescent boys, it is 20.3%. Data from the North Maluku Health Office for adolescent girls in Ternate City identified a 20.11% prevalence of anemia. This Community Service activity aims to educate teenage students about the importance of avoiding anemia. Nutritional education is provided using lecture methods, conducting pre and post-tests, and measuring nutritional status. There were 36 junior high school students participating in this activity, representing each public and private junior high school in Ternate City. After the lecture, it was found that the average knowledge score of the students increased from 5.18 before the lecture to 6.26 after the lecture, indicating that nutritional education on anemia using the lecture method is quite effective in improving participants' knowledge. With increased knowledge, it is hoped that students can improve their behavior in preventing anemia by consuming iron-rich foods and regularly taking iron tablets

Abstract

Online games are a form of game played over the internet network. Players can connect with other players from various geographic locations to interact and compete virtually. The aim of this research is to socialize online games to improve the English language skills of SMP Cokroaminoto Luwuk students. By applying interview techniques and summarizing the results of video recordings, it can be concluded that online games have a significant impact in improving English language skills. The effect is manifested in students' ability to learn and practice English language skills, including speaking, reading, listening, and writing skills. Therefore, games become an effective means of learning and developing English language skills for participants, helping them increase their proficiency in the language.

Abstract

Implementation is the implementation of a plan that has been prepared or assembled in a thorough and detailed manner. In implementing the independent curriculum, especially at SDN 17 Benteng, there are stages of planning, implementation and evaluation. Where, at the planning stage as a school principal you have to plan by making a coaching schedule for all teachers regarding important materials in the independent curriculum. At the implementation stage, the selected teachers create a learning plan that will be given to their students which consists of a new learning paradigm that focuses on active student learning, strengthening Learning Achievements (CP), and understanding learning material through differentiated teaching modules that are appropriate to student learning material. , as well as understanding in strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). And at the evaluation stage, the teacher is able to prepare and formulate lessons that will be carried out the next day in each lesson chapter in strengthening the material in each lesson chapter. The Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students must first be evaluated by the teacher in order to adjust the needs and characteristics of each student.
