Abstract

The low independence of students in learning is an activity that can be observed in learning. This is shown from the 10 eldest and youngest children that the writer observed, there were only 4 eldest children who did not do their own work, but sometimes asked others for help to take something, and the 6 youngest children who always did something always asked for help, and did not can do, both small and big things, meaning in terms of eating, ask for help to be taken by siblings or parents, and it is difficult to do something without encouragement from others. This type of research is a comparative descriptive study that aims to determine the differences in the independence of the eldest and youngest children. The research design used cross sectional (cross-sectional) because the research data (independent variable and dependent variable) were measured at the same time or for a moment. Based on the data processing used, this research is classified as quantitative research. The population in this study is the eldest child, and the youngest child in Say Paku, Kinali District, amounting to 112. The eldest child is 55 people, and the youngest child is 57 people. The data collection technique used is through recapitulation of independence questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses an independentsample T-test, but before testing the hypothesis, the requirements for analysis are tested for normality and homogeneity tests. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the results of the tcount value of 6.111 at a significant level of 0.000 compared to the value in the t table with df = 110 located at the t-table value = 1.66 then the magnitude of the tcount value > ttable (6.111 > 1.66) can be seen Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a difference in the influence of the independence of the eldest child and the youngest child where the eldest child is more independent than the youngest child.

Abstract

The impact of Covid-19 learning is that students experience boredom and learning difficulties,resulting in a decrease in the student learning process during learning activities. Therefore, PAIteachers must strive to redevelop teacher strategies to improve students' reading ability of the Qur'an at YPI Darul Abror school during the pandemic. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of PAI teacher strategies on the ability to read the Qur'an. The method in this study uses a quantitative research method that has an inductive, objective and scientific nature where the data obtained is in the form of numbers (scores/values) or statements that are assessed, and analyzed using statistical analysis. The results of this study are that there is an influence between the strategy of the PAI teacher and the ability to read the Qur'an of YPI Darul Abror students. The teacher's strategy is made to achieve learning objectives, can encourage student activities during learning, can develop individual students during learning, can develop psychomotor aspects and aspects of all aspects of student life in an integrated manner to improve the ability to read the Qur'an during a pandemic.

Abstract

The learning model is one of the learning components that becomes a guide in carrying out the activity steps. In applying the steps of the learning model there are approaches, strategies, methods, techniques, and tactics used by teachers to support learning. One of the learning models that can be used is the talking stick model. The talking stick model is a learning model that can encourage students to dare to express their opinions. This learning model uses the help of a tool in the form of a stick, where students who receive sticks must dare to answer questions from the teacher and express their opinions. elementary school. The research method used in this research is quantitative with experimental methods. Data collection techniques used by researchers in this study were tests and documentation. The data obtained were then calculated using the SPSS application. 25. Thecriteria for testing this research hypothesizes that Ha is accepted if account> t table. an account is5.026 and t-table is 2.002 then Ha is accepted. The results of this study indicate that there is asignificant effect of the talking stick learning model on learning outcomes in mathematics in the fourth grade of elementary school.

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus has had a major impact on all Indonesian people, requiring all people to keeptheir distance when meeting other people so they don't congregate, because otherwise it will produce new clusters in the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The teaching and learning process isdefinitely disrupted because it cannot be done in schools or campuses, as well as da'wah whichcannot be done in the assembly because it can collect prohibited mass. With the media as a means of communication that is quite effective for the community, it is located between two parties as intermediaries or supporters to function as a center for information retrieval. This research wasconducted to determine how effective the use of the Zoom Cloud Meeting application as a propaganda medium during the pandemic, to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for the application. The type of research used is qualitative research. The type of research approach used is descriptive. The informants in this study were members of the Islamic Studies Center with 39 respondents. The data collection techniques in data collection are non-participant observation and structured interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, the use of the Zoom Cloud Meeting application as a propaganda medium was effective because it had a wide range, adequate electronic devices and quite efficient time.

Abstract

In essence, humans need communication in dealing with other people. Interpersonal communication is the process of delivering information or messages from someone or using people to someone or a group of other people which is an interpersonal interaction that is a symbolic system, linguistics, such as verbal and non-verbal systems. This system can be socialized directly / face to face or through other media. Basic Human Personality and is a set of basic human potentials that contain the power to do something better and is a blend of intellectual and spiritual knowledge. In that sense, not only smart in education but further than that mastery of the soul or spiritual so that it will form students who have independent, disciplined, honest, responsible, creative, innovative and noblecharacter. Then the main problem is how interpersonal communication in shaping the character of students and the role of caregiver Interpersonal Communication in educating students in religious knowledge and general education. This research is a research, which is a research carried out by lifting the data in the field that is needed, namely data from the Nurul Iman Al-Hasanah Islamic Boarding School. The data collection method used is interviews as primary data, while other methods used are observation and documentation.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a phenomenon from the results of the author's observations about the lack of interest in the use of learning media provided by the teacher, where the media used by the teacher is still in the form of handbooks and blackboard media, so students feel bored and not enthusiastic about learning, and have a great impact on student learning outcomes. The method used in this study uses a quantitative approach to the type of quantitative correlation research method. Data collection using observation techniques, questionnaires, and documentation. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Tigo Nagari. For the population, namely all class X at SMAN 1 Tigo Nagari, totaling 252 people, from this population, the authors took 15% of the population so the total sample was 38 students. The data analysis technique that the author did was a prerequisite analysis test in the form of a data normality test and a linearity test. Then the final data analysis the author uses is correlation analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the significance level between the interactive learning media variable (X) and student learning outcomes (Y) is tcount = 6.86 with rcount = 0.753, the hypothesis is accepted which states that there is an influence of interactive learning media on student learningoutcomes in the eyes lesson. Information and Communication Technology Guidance lesson, that means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This is evidenced by the value of 0.753 which is at the interval coefficient of 0.60-0.799 so the two variables are included in the strong category.

Abstract

This research is motivated by several problems that the authors found in class VII MTsN 6 Agam, especially in the Informatics subject. Where in learning there are still some student scores that are under the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) that have been determined. Various problems arise from students who are less interested, tend to be bored, and lack interest and motivation of students in participating in learning. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research, namely Quasy experimental design. The population in this study were class VII students of MTsN 6 Religion for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling technique, namely sampling with certain considerations. The population of class VII is 157 students. Based on the results of the daily (initial) test, the average class VII 7 was used as the Experimental class, while students from class VII 5 were used as the control class. The research data was obtained by the final test in the form of multiple questions of 20 items that have been tested. The results of the study show that student learning outcomes in Informatics subjects using the Quantum Learning learning model are included in the good category, there is a significant influence in applying the Quantum Learning learning model, the learning outcomes of students using the Quantum Learning learning model are higher compared to students using Quantum Learning learning. conventional.Based on the results of the final test of the two sample classes, the experimental class had an average score of 90.00 compared to the control class, which was 77.03. The posttest hypothesis test with the t-test shows that at level α = 0.05 is tcount = 144.91 > ttable = 0.358, so it can be concluded that the effect of applying the Quantum Learning learning model affects student learning outcomes in class VII informatics subject MTsN 6 Agam. Then H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant difference between the two learning models, namely the Quantum Learning model and the Conventional learning model. Thus H0 is rejected.

Abstract

This research is motivated by several problems that the authors found in class XII SMKN 1 Rao Selatan, especially in the Subject of Network Systems Administration. the obstacle experienced by the teacher during the learning evaluation process is that it is known that the evaluation process is prone to cheating such as students who imitate their friends' answers while doing daily exercises, besides that students are not punctual when submitting daily exercises such as students who are late when collecting daily exercises from the previous day. that has been determined, and practice corrections are still done manually by correcting the answers to the exercises one by one. Therefore, the authors designed learningmedia based on the Kahoot application in the Network Systems Administration Subject so that it can be used as an alternative learning media. The purpose of this research is to produce a valid, practical, and effective Kahoot application-based supporting media design for Network System Administration Learning. The type of research used in this study is the development method or Research and Development (R&D). The development model used is DDD-E consisting of four stages, namely the decide, design, develop, and evaluate stages. The product tests used in this study were validity.

Abstract

Various kinds of new things and problems were experienced by the students during learning English in the online class, among the things were students’ felt difficult understanding the material given by the teacher, the lack of students’ motivation in learning English, and the lack of students’ interesting of learning English. Thegoal of this research is to find out how students experience online English classes during the covid-19 pandemic. This research used a descriptive quantitative method. The population in this research were 11thgrade students at SMAN 1 Mandah. The sample in this research was two classes of 11th-grade students at SMAN 1 Mandah, there are XI IPA 3 and XI IPS 1 as many as 54 students. The data collection used apurposive sampling technique because the sample in this study was taken randomly with certain characteristics, there are the students who feel learning English in the online class. The data collection was in the form of a questionnaire. This research found that in general, the results of the research on students’ experience in online English classes or distance learning were categorized as enough because 19 of 20 statements that given to the students were showed the results with enough categories, and only 1 of the statement that reached the level with a good category. Therefore, the researcher can conclude that the results of this research on students’ experience in online English classes are only limited to enough levels and have not reached a good level with a percentage of 68,5%. Based on the results of the data analysis seen from the Likert Scale that showed students’ experience in online English classes, which can be concluded that the average results of the questionnaire given to the students in students’ experience in online English class were declared enough because it has not yet reached a good level of students’ experience in online English class.

Abstract

With the development of digital technology in Indonesia realizing the needs of students, various alternative media exist to reach students without violating the system as a means of meeting students' needs in learning more efficientlyand effectively. One of the media that can be used for learning is PowerPoint media. Microsoft PowerPoint is widely used because of its easy operation, and everyone can make PowerPoint. The purpose of this study was to determinethe effect of using PowerPoint learning media on learning outcomes in Informatics class X SMA N 2Padangsidimpuan which is valid, practical, and effective. This type of research used by the author is quantitative research with experimental methods. The research design used was the Posttest-only Control Group Design. The sample of this research was students of class X semester 1 of class X Mia 1 and X Mia 2 SMA Negeri 2 Padangsidimpuan. The data collection technique is by using a test in the form of a Posttest. The data analysis technique used is an analysis prerequisite test consisting of a normality test and homogeneity test as well as hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study, it was found that there were significant differences in studentlearning outcomes between the use of PowerPoint learning media and conventional learning methods in Informatics subjects, this can be seen from the posttest results of both classes. The results of the two tests illustrate the differencein the average student learning outcomes between the use of PowerPoint learning media and conventional learning methods in Informatics subjects, this can be seen from the posttest results of both classes. The results of the two testsillustrate the difference in the average student learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class. By using PowerPoint learning media, students in the experimental class obtained a higher average score compared tothe scores of students who did not use PowerPoint learning media in the control class.
