Abstract

Utilization of bananas so far has not been optimal, it is still limited to consumption and traditional processed fruit. Various types of snacks from bananas that are relatively popular include banana chips, banana sale, banana molen and cookies. Cookies are one type of snack that people are interested in. Cookies are known by many people, both children, teenagers and adults, who live in rural and urban areas. Cookies are cakes made from flour which are generally made from flour, powdered sugar, chicken eggs, vanilla, margarine, cornstarch, baking powder, and instant milk powder. The implementation of activities includes the preparation and implementation stages in the form of training and manufacturing practices. After the implementation of the cookie-making training activities, they can increase the knowledge and skills of the Jalapagos group mothers about the potential of banana plants and can realize the economic independence of the community in Buon Mandiri Village, North Luwuk District, Banggai Regency

Abstract

Climate change not, eliminate coal and oil-fueled vehicles will be substituted for electric vehicles. In the future, it is predicted that there will be more government policies to create innovations related to climate change mitigation and adaptation. Therefore, innovations and environmentally friendly technology breakthroughs are needed in every industrial and MSME management activity, one of which is the production and management of rice plants. This service activity aims to substitute the use of chemical fertilizers for the use of environmentally friendly fertilizers through activities to increase farmer group skills and productivity of rice plants based on Agrovoltaic innovation and technology. The implementation method begins with observation activities, program planning, implementation of training/assistance activities for making Agrovoltaic and then ends with monitoring and evaluation activities. The result of this program is the application of environmentally friendly innovation, namely Agrovoltaic technology in Mentoring activities to participants of the Pada Idi farmer group members so that they are able to improve the skills of farmer groups (100%) in utilizing agricultural waste into fertilizer that is very useful, cheap and environmentally friendly so that it has an impact on increasing land productivity and the balance of environmental ecosystems around rice fields. The range for the increase in rice production is 15% from the previous production data

Abstract

Water is a limited natural resource whose existence is needed for the survival of all living things. Drinking water and sanitation water are clean water whose quality meets health requirements and can be drunk directly, the health requirements referred to are microbiological, physical chemistry and radio active requirements. This Community Service was carried out at UPT SPF SDN IKIP Makassar Complex which aims to find out how the quality of drinking water and sanitation water in the school environment needs to be tested which includes parameters of pH, temperature, color, turbidity, odor and taste so that it can be said that water that is clean proper to use. Based on the inspection examination of drinking water sourced from PDAM water and sanitation water involving physical parameters, namely pH, temperature, color, turbidity, odor and taste, in a condition suitable for use as drinking water and sanitation water

Abstract

School children do not understand how to choose healthy snacks so that it is bad for their own health. Children buy snacks according to their preferences without thinking about the ingredients contained in them. School children usually have more activities outside the home and often forget mealtimes so they buy snacks at school to block their stomachs, synthetic dyes which have advantages such as being more stable, resistant to various environmental conditions, the coloring power is stronger and has a wider color range and is easy to use. The first stage: conduct questions and answers to students about whether they know about coloring substances in food Second stage: educate students UPT SPF SDN KOMPLEKS IKIP about coloring substances in food The second stage: measuring students' knowledge of UPT SPF SDN IKIP KOMPLEKS students about coloring substances in food after counseling. There has been an increase in students' knowledge of coloring substances in food and beverages with the posttest results. Awareness of chemicals, especially dyes in food and beverages still needs to be increased. This counseling activity needs to be accompanied by training to identify dyes so that students can increase their knowledge of dyes

Abstract

In 2017, the MSME sector in Indonesia has a role of 60.34% of GDP formation. However, the magnitude of the contribution of MSMEs is not accompanied by its contribution to tax revenues. The PKM target audience is MSMEs in Kudus Regency. There are still many conditions for MSMEs in Kudus Regency who do not yet have an understanding of taxes, do not know about the implementation of PP No. 23 of 2018 concerning MSME tax, do not understand the importance of financial records, calculate the amount of tax and do not know how to make a tax report. The solution offered in this PKM is to provide information about PP No. 23 of 2018 and provide assistance on financial records, calculations and tax reporting for MSMEs. The purpose of this PKM activity is 1) to provide understanding and knowledge to MSME actors in Kudus Regency about taxation, 2) to provide awareness about the importance of taxes for MSMEs, 3) to increase understanding for MSME actors regarding PP No. 23 of 2018, and 4) provide an understanding of the process of recording finance, calculating the amount of tax to be paid and making tax reporting. The problems in this PKM will be solved by stages of activities, namely: training, discussion and practice.

Abstract

This community service implementation activity is carried out in the coastal area of West Boneatero Village with the aim of implementing the Muhammadiyah university chessdarma. This activity helps the community to solve various educational problems. The main problem that occurs in this area is the increasing dropout rate of children from an early age. The implementation of this activity is targeted at parents to understand the urgency of education itself. The method carried out in this activity is in the form of providing education, question and answer discussions. The result of this civics activity is to help parents understand the importance of providing children's education from an early age and know various daily activities that have educational value for early childhood in coastal areas

Abstract

Definition of House (BP Guide) In general, the notion of a house is a building which is a place to live to get protection from all the natural conditions that surround it, such as rain, hot sun, and so on. A healthy house must have good air circulation, adequate lighting, clean water, proper disposal of waste water, and moisture-free floors and walls. The house must also meet psychological needs, namely comfort and good communication between family members. In the Bantargedang Kersanegara Tasikmalaya area, there are still houses that do not have proper toilets and waste management that is not well organized. so that with these conditions there will be risk factors that can cause various types of diseases. Through community service we conduct health education about healthy homes. It is hoped that this health counseling activity will provide benefits, namely providing increased knowledge and understanding to the community in the RT 04/RW 09 Bantargedang Kersanegara Cibeureum area, Tasikmalaya Regency, regarding healthy homes where people can feel comfortable and increase their productivity

Abstract

Nutrition is still a major problem in Indonesia, so that it can lead to serious nutritional problems. Nutrition is one of the assessment indicators to determine the degree of public health in Indonesia. Good nutrition can increase the productivity of human resources. Toddlers who experience nutritional disorders have an impact on stunting and underweight. On the other hand, if the child is over-nourished, then the child can experience obesity and other diseases such as diabetes mellitus. The contributing factor is the lack of knowledge of mothers about healthy menus and how to process food. The solution taken is to provide health education to the community in the form of health counseling. This activity aims to increase mothers' knowledge about toddler nutrition. Community Service will be held in September 2021 in Tegal Sari Village, Walantaka District, Serang City, Banten. Respondents who took part in the activity were 30 mothers with toddlers. This activity consists of 3 stages, including: the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. Data obtained from the results of interviews, pre-test, post-test, and discussion. The result of this activity is an increase in mother's knowledge about toddler nutrition. Pre-test results, lack of knowledge 63.3% and 36.7% good. The results of the post test showed a change, namely 30% less knowledge and 70% good knowledge

Abstract

Educational investment can be undertaken not only achieved by perfunctory efforts. Education must be in line with good quality, excellent, innovative, and competitive. To achieved a good quality education, students must be reinforced with knowledge in facing competitive global challenges. Abstract

Tempeh is a fermented food from soybeans (Glicyne max) with the help of microorganisms Rhizopus sp, which is currently starting to be developed by utilizing other types of raw materials. This review was conducted to understand the potential of tempeh fermented local food related to efforts to reduce stunting rates in Indonesia. There has been a lot of development of fermented tempeh food apart from soybeans. The fermentation process tends to increase macro and micronutrients needed by the body to support optimal growth so that in the end it can prevent stunting. The purpose of this service is an effort to prevent stunting from an early age and provide an understanding to the community in Tanjung Rhu village that diet is a factor in the high level of stunting. The result of this service is the increase in enthusiasm and increasing public understanding of stunting and diet for stunting prevention, one of which is the activity of making processed tempeh nuggets
