Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of leadership style and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study is a type of quantitative. The population in this study were all employees in the administration division at Disdukcapil Pati. The sample used in this study were 44 respondents using the saturated sample method. The data from this study were taken from the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data Analysis techniques using statistical method by partial least squares (pls). The result obtained leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables. Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the variables of job satisfaction. Work environment has a positive and significant effect on the variable job satisfaction. Employee performance has a positive and significant effect on the variable of job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze how environmental factors, employee social awareness, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) impact the sustainability performance of an organization or company. This study explores the complex interactions between environmental factors, employee social awareness, corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices, and their combined influence on sustainability performance in the manufacturing sector in West Java, Indonesia. In an era marked by increasing concerns about environmental sustainability and corporate responsibility, understanding the dynamics of these factors is critical for organizations seeking to balance economic success with ethical and environmental responsibility. Using a mixed methods research approach, this study combines a quantitative survey of 150 samples with qualitative insights from interviews and analysis of CSR reports from 5 informants. The findings of this study provide a holistic perspective on how these variables collectively shape sustainability performance in manufacturing companies in West Java.

Abstract

In an era of economic turbulence, organizations face the imperative to adapt their financial management strategies to navigate the uncertain terrain. This research presents a case study of Gama Corporate, a leading financial institution, and examines the liquidity and restructuring initiatives undertaken amidst economic turmoil. Through a qualitative case study approach, involving documentary analysis, semi-structured interviews, and surveys, this research explores the drivers, strategies, outcomes, and lessons learned from Gama Corporate's experience. The results revealed that external economic turmoil, compounded by internal challenges, served as a catalyst for Gama Corporate's liquidity and restructuring initiatives. The company implemented a multifaceted approach, which included liquidity management and strategic restructuring. In the short term, the initiative incurred costs, including staff reductions and one-off losses, but in the long term, it resulted in greater financial stability and sustainable profitability. The lessons learned from this case underscore the importance of proactive liquidity management, the need for strategic restructuring when faced with financial challenges, and the importance of transparent communication with stakeholders. The findings from this study contribute to a broader understanding of financial management strategies during times of economic hardship, emphasizing the role of adaptation, innovation, and resource utilization in achieving financial resilience. The insights gained offer practical guidance for organizations looking to improve their financial strategies in a volatile economic landscape.

Abstract

Sustainable business practices have become paramount in the contemporary global economy, urging companies to balance financial prosperity with environmental responsibility. In this context, the energy industry in West Java, Indonesia, serves as a compelling case study due to its significance in the region's economic development and its simultaneous environmental challenges. This research employs a qualitative case study approach to investigate the complex interplay between environmental and financial management within the West Java energy sector. Through semi-structured interviews, document analysis, and surveys, the study assesses environmental management practices, financial performance, and sustainable business models. The findings reveal a growing commitment to clean technologies, emissions reduction, and transparency among energy companies. Moreover, sustainable energy businesses exhibit competitive profitability, risk mitigation capabilities, and improved access to capital. Successful business models emphasize the integration of environmental and financial objectives and the importance of stakeholder engagement. These findings underscore the significance of aligning environmental and financial management for sustainable business in the energy industry and offer valuable insights for policymakers and industry practitioners seeking to navigate the intricate terrain of sustainability.

Abstract

This research explores the impact of Digital Marketing and Knowledge Management on the Marketing Sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Through empirical analysis, the study reveals significant and positive relationships between both Digital Marketing and Knowledge Management and Marketing Sustainability. The findings underscore the critical role of digital strategies and knowledge-sharing practices in enhancing MSMEs' market presence, customer engagement, and overall marketing sustainability. Practical implications for MSMEs include the integration of these strategies into their operations and investment in training. As Indonesian MSMEs navigate an increasingly competitive business landscape, this research provides actionable insights to promote their long-term success and resilience.
