Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Pamekasan Police Office with the number of research samples of 42 personnel, The purpose of this study is 1) To know and describe about knowledge, work experience, human resource competence and career development on the work performance, 2) To test and analyze whether knowledge, work experience, HR competence and career development have a simultaneous and significant influence on the work performance, 3) To test and analyze whether the knowledge significantly affect the work performance. The results showed that simultaneously, knowledge, work experience, human resource competence and career development have a significant influence on the work performance. Partially, knowledge, work experience, human resource competence and career development have a significant influence on the work performance, human resource competence and career development have a significant influence on the work performance of pamekasan police personnel. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is 1) to know the simultaneous effect of functional training, human resource competence, and work discipline, to the development of career careers of DAU Police Sub-district of Malang Regency, 2) to know the partial influence of functional training, human resource competence, and work discipline, to the development of career careers of DAU Police Sub-district of Malang Regency, 3) To know the variables that have dominant influence to the development of career careers of DAU District Police Sector Malang. The results showed: 1) simultaneously functional training, human resource competence, and work discipline had a significant influence on the development of career careers of Malang District Police Sector, 2) Partially functional training, human resource competence, and work discipline have a significant influence on the development of career careers of DAU District Police Sector Malang, 3) Based on the results of the t test, it is known that the competence of human resources have a dominant influence on the development of career careers Police Sector of Malang Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is 1) To know and test how the description about leadership style, organizational culture, motivation and work performance of employees, 2) To know and test whether leadership style, organizational culture and motivation influence simultaneously to the performance of employees, 3) To find out and test whether leadership style, organizational culture and motivation partially influence on employee performance, 4) To know which among the leadership style, organizational culture and motivation that dominant influence on employee performance. Based on the results of data analysis found that simultaneous, Leadership style (X1), Organizational culture (X2), Motivation (X3) have a significant effect on the performance of employees of Saronggi District Office of Sumenep Regency, as evidenced by the value of F arithmetic with significance value less than 0.05. And based on the results of data analysis using t test found that leadership style (X1) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Similarly organizational culture (X2) and motivation (X3) also have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in the civil registry of Kabupaten Pamekasan. with a total sample of 44 people. The purpose of this study is 1). To know and describe how well affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment in the Department of Population and Civil Registry, 2). To know and examine the simultaneous influence of organizational commitment factors on the performance, 3). To find out and test the partial influence on the performance. The results show that normative commitment as an attitude that describes the individual's orientation towards the organization. Affective commitment relates to the emotional, identification, and involvement of employees within an organization. A continuous component means a component based on the employee's perception of the disadvantage he will face if leaving the organization. Simultaneously, affective commitment, continuous commitment and normative commitment have a very significant effect on the performance. Partially, affective commitment have a significant influence on the performance. Continuous commitment variables have a dominant influence in influencing the performance of employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Kabupaten Pamekasan. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is 1) To know and describe about organizational culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, work discipline and performance of personnel, 2) To find out whether organizational culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and work discipline simultaneously affect the performance of personnel, 3) To find out whether the organizational culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and work discipline partial effect on the performance of personnel, 4) To find out which variables among organizational culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and work discipline have a dominant influence on the performance of personnel. The results show that Based on the results of previous research, the results of analysis and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that: Organizational Culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant influence and have a very significant effect on improving the performance of personnel. Organizational Culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Discipline Work partially have a significant and significant influence in improving the performance of personnel. the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable has a dominant influence in improving the performance of Pamekasan Police personnel. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Mts Al Falah Kecamatan Pasean Kabupaten Pamekasan with a total sample of 35 people. The purpose of this study is 1) To describe how conditions are about the quality of human resources, work discipline, teacher creativity and work performance of teachers, 2) To test and analyze whether the quality of human resources, work discipline and creativity of teachers simultaneously have an influence on the work performance of teachers, 3) To test and analyze whether the quality of human resources, work discipline and creativity of teachers partially has an influence on the work performance of teachers. The results showed that simultaneously, quality of human resources, work discipline, teacher creativity had a significant effect on teacher work achievement. Partially, the quality of human resources, work discipline, teacher creativity have a significant effect on teacher work performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Pamekasan District Scope of Pamekasan Regency. with a total sample of 36 people. The purpose of this study is 1) To know the motivation, work environment and organizational culture simultaneously have an influence on the performance employee, 2) To know the motivation, work environment and organizational culture partially have influence on apparatus performance of employee, 3) To know among the motivation, work environment and organizational culture that has a dominant influence on the performance of employee. The results showed that simultaneously, motivation, work environment and organizational culture have a very significant effect on employee performance. Partially, motivation, work environment and organizational culture have a significant influence on the performance of employee. Motivation variables have a very dominant influence in mempengruhi apparatus performance in the scope of Pamekasan District Pamekasan. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is 1) To describe about managerial ability, service quality, teaching ability and education quality, 2) To find out whether managerial capability, service quality and teaching ability have simultaneous influence to the education quality, 3) To find out whether managerial skills, service quality and teaching ability have partial influence on improving the quality of education, 4) To know which variable between managerial ability, service quality and teaching ability have dominant influence to of education quality. The results showed that simultaneously, managerial ability, service quality, and teaching ability simultaneously have a significant influence on the quality of education. Partially, managerial ability, service quality and partial teaching ability have a significant influence on the quality of education. Service quality has dominant effect to the of education quality in Madrasah Aliyah Al Falah Kec. Pasen Kab. Pamekasan. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at Sampang District Polres, the number of study samples was 36 personnel. The purpose of this study is 1) Describing transformational leadership and transactional leadership partially and significantly influences the performance Police personnel, 2) To find out and prove whether transformational leadership and transactional leadership have simultaneous and significant influence on the performance Police personnel, 3) To find out and prove whether transformational leadership and transactional leadership have a partial and significant effect on the performance Police personnel. Analysis of data using SPSS. The results of the study show that: 1) Simultaneously, transformational leadership and transactional leadership have a very significant influence on the performance Police personnel, 2) Partially, transformational leadership and transactional leadership have a significant influence on the performance Police personnel. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Pamekasan Regional Secretariat with total sample of 64 respondents. The purpose of this study is: 1) To know the Style of Leadership, Work Discipline and Work Commitment simultaneously have an effect on Employee Work Achievement, 2) To know the style of Leadership, Work Discipline and Work Commitment partially have an effect on Employee Work Achievement, 3) To know the Style of Leadership, Work Discipline and Work Commitment which has a dominant influence Employee Work Achievement. The results showed: 1) simultaneously Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Work Commitment have a very significant influence on the performance of members, 2) Partially, Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Work Commitment have a significant influence on Employee Work Achievement in General Section of Regional Secretariat of Regency of Pamekasan, 3) job commitment variables have a dominant influence in affecting Employee Work Achievement In General Section Pamekasan Regional Secretariat.
