This article aims to find out how to build character in pesantren-based schools through intracurricular, extracurricular, and co-curricular activities. There is a plus value attached to this pesantren-based school because it maintains the distinctive culture of pesantren as an educational institution whose main orientation is to instill religious values as forming the morality of the nation's children. This research is a type of qualitative research using a case study approach that is included in a descriptive research study. The location of this research is Islamic Junior High School Nashihuddin Bandar Lampung. Data were collected through participatory observation, structured interviews, and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that: (1) character building in Islamic Junior High School Nashihuddin Bandar Lampung carried out thorough planning starting with the formulation of the vision, mission, and goals; (2) character building is integrated through intra-curricular, extra-curricular, co-curricular activities, such as flagship programs such as the English Club, Qiro 'Wal Hufadz and the Yellow Book Study; (3) Monitoring and evaluation of character building is carried out through (1) development of agreed character value indicators; (2) compiling assessment instruments; (3) summarize the results of indicator achievements; (4) perform analysis and evaluation; (5) follow up.

The purpose of this article was to determine how the process of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating improving the quality of student memorization in the tahfidz Qur'an program at MA NU NAFA. This research was a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The subjects in this research were the headmaster, the head of the curriculum, the tahfidz coordinator, the tahfidz teachers, and the students in the tahfidz Qur'an program. The data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used interactive techniques by Miles and Huberman. The triangulation technique is used to check the validity of the data. The results of this research indicated that in the program of Tahfidz Qur'an, good management was carried out in supporting each program implementation process by following the goals and targets that have been set. The management of the tahfidz Qur'an program at MA NU NAFA was: The planning was carried out includes, including program planning that discussed costs and budgets, then educator planning and material planning. The organization was carried out in the preparation of the organizational structure by following the responsibilities and job descriptions. The implementation of the program was carried out through the learning process of the tahfidz Qur'an. The evaluation program was carried out in several ways or stages of the learning process that have been set.

The article aims to obtain the results of field studies on XI students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Mojokerto about (1) the level of intellectual intelligence of students, (2) the level of emotional intelligence of students, (3) the level of the religious character of students, (4) the influence of intellectual intelligence on the formation of students' religious characters, (5) the effect of emotional intelligence on the formation of students' religious characters, and (6) the influence of both on the formation of students' religious characters. The type of research used is quantitative research with a regression approach. The research subjects were 50 respondents from 156 students using a questionnaire technique for variable data (X1) as IQ (Intellectual Quotient), variable (X2) as EQ (Emotional Quotient), and religious character as a variable (Y). The research data were analysed using the SPSS 22.0 application. They tested the research hypothesis using simple and multiple regression analysis. The results of the research on class XI students at MAN 1 Mojokerto showed that: (1) students' IQ levels were in a good category, (2) students' EQ levels were in a good category, (3) students' religious character was in a good category, (4) there was a significant influence, and the positive of IQ on the Religious Character of students is 73.2%, (5) There is a significant and positive effect of EQ on the Religious Character of students of 69.8%, and (6) Simultaneously both also have an effect of 71.5% on the religious character of students and has a very strong relationship quality.

The research objectives are to determine: 1). Planning, 2) Organizing, 3) Implementation and 4) Supervising school principals in learning policies during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach. Collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data employing triangulation. The results showed that the principal's strategy in learning policies during the Covid-19 pandemic at Maarif Jogosari Pandaan Elementary School, Pasuruan Regency, went well with seven policies, namely: 1) Implementing online learning 2) Establishing a school Covid-19 Task Force 3) Using an emergency curriculum 4) Determination of Attendance Schedule for Educators and Education Personnel with a picket schedule 5) Eliminating extracurricular activities 6) Implementing limited face-to-face learning activities 7) Reducing education costs.

This study aimed to determine the digital classroom learning management in SMP Negeri 1 Kedungpring. The research methodology in this article uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The data sources are informants, events, locations, and documents. Then check the validity of the data using credibility, dependability, transferability, and confirmability. The results of this study are 1) planning for digital classroom learning based on google workspace for education consists of planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating. 2) implementation of digital classroom learning based on Google workspace for education consists of creating an account with a school domain, activating an account, creating virtual classes, and carrying out digital classroom learning. Using the features of google classroom, google docs, google Sheets, Google Slides, google jaw board and google sites. 3). Evaluation of digital classroom learning based on Google Workspace for Education using a google form with a report that will be automatically sent to the email of the Principal, Head of Curriculum, and Subject Teachers.

This article's purpose was to determine the process of planning, organization, implementation, obstacles, and completion of the Nahwu Sharaf learning management at LKP Al-Azhar Pare, Kediri that used the Tamyiz method during the Covid 19 pandemic. This research was a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The data obtained from this study were sourced from primary data through observation, interviews and secondary data indirectly. The research technique used is observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the planning process for Nahwu Sharaf at LKP Al-Azhar Pare, the institution only had a syllabus not lesson plans because it focused on the target for each period. In the process of organizing, the director and the manager have done a clear division of tasks among all coordinators, teachers, and the person in charge of the class. The process of implementing online learning for the new period began in every first and offline every tenth, these classes can be accessed in their own class. While the obstacles in this study were due to network instability, task force control which took a lot of time, many participants were late during zoom meetings, and different understanding of children based on their backgrounds. The solution is to give additional online or offline facilities to students who can ask questions they are not understood. The most important of this method is to multiply practice and repeat personally.

The Madrasah as an educational institution that regulates learning activities and in the process of implementing education involves all stakeholders within the scope of problems in madrasah education, namely the quality of educators and administrative staff, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, an unfocused madrasah curriculum and tends to be overloaded, the low quality of education includes: teachers who are less professional in carrying out tasks such as being undisciplined, lack of communication and coordination between school principals and teachers regarding school conditions Kepahiang”. School Management has more power for school administrators, namely the power to regulate and manage schools, to make decisions, regulate, direct, and control schools, so that school administrators are not arbitrary in administering schools, schools must be responsible for what they do to the community as a consequence of mad at provided by the public or society. So, accountability is very influential on public trust in the school, because it controls not only the school, but the community also participates in this matter. This research is field research conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Nurul Fatah Head of Curup. To obtain the required data or sources, the author uses qualitative research methods using a descriptive approach. This research was conducted using "purposive sampling", which is a technique of examining data sources with certain considerations. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research using this type of field research.

In order to improve the quality of education in schools, not only the role of school principals but also qualified teachers is very influential. The teacher has a duty as a teacher, and more than that, the teacher is an educator and value-adding mentor who guides and guides student learning. For this reason, teachers take an active role and establish themselves as high-performing professionals. Effective principal leadership is created when the principal has good traits, behaviors, and skills to guide school organizations and ultimately achieve good goals and effective quality schools. The aims of this study were (1) the influence of the principal and motivation on the performance of teachers at Rejang Lebong 1 Public Middle School, (2) The influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance at Rejang Lebong 1 Public Middle School, (3) the effect of work motivation on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Lebong Rejang. The population of this study was all teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong, totaling 65 people. The sampling method adopts a national census. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) principal leadership and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance, (2) principal leadership has a significant effect on teacher performance, and (3) work motivation has a significant effect. teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong.

This research was carried out at the Public Senior High School 2 Mojokerto. The type of research used by researchers is qualitative descriptive research. The subjects of this study include the following: the principal, the student body, and the students. Researchers performed data clumping using observation methods, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis used is to use the triangulation method. Researchers aim to find out how the management of talent and interest development at The State High School 2 Mojokerto includes planning, implementing, and evaluating carried out in the development of talents and interests of students. The results of this study are the planning in the development of students’ talents and interests, namely by conducting joint deliberations to determine policies and meet the needs of students' needs. The implementation of the development of students’ talents and interests focuses on coaching and services provided to students. An evaluation is carried out to assess success in achieving goals in this case the development of talent and student interest.
