Abstract

Web-Based Employee Recruitment Information System or e-Recruitment can be used as a solution in handling the employee recruitment process in a company. With a web-based employee recruitment information system or e-recruitment, companies can choose the right employees for their company. In addition, the company can also process address data in the database so that applicant data does not accumulate in the filing cabinet. In this study, the author discusses how to design a web-based employee recruitment information system. The system development methodology used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model which includes the stages of system planning, system analysis, system design and system implementation. The system is built using the PHP programming language, database server with MySQL. The result to be achieved from this research is that a web-based employee recruitment information system is expected to assist the company's HRD in the employee recruitment process and make it easier for managers to view employee acceptance reports.

Abstract

The Health Service requires an accurate, comprehensive, and efficient immunization vaccine administration information system (SIAVI) to support better immunization vaccine recording and reporting, as well as to assist policymakers in planning, managing vaccine stocks, and managing vaccine distribution to public health center. The West Aceh District Health Office was in charge of developing the immunization vaccine administration information system (SIAVI). The focus of this research was to compare the quality of information provided by users of the system before and after it was developed, using a weighted average. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument in this study. The questionnaire, which was provided to seven people, contained 15 questions categorized into 5 categories: completeness, convenience, suitability, and timeliness. Based on the weighted average calculation, the overall value of information quality before system development is 2.27, and after system development is 3.36, with a difference of 1.09, indicating that there is a difference between before and after system development, and it can be concluded that the administrative information system immunization vaccine (SIAVI) has a good information quality aspect and can be used as an application and operated by the immunization program manager at the Health Office.

Abstract

Management information systems provide accurate and timely information needed to facilitate the decision-making and problem-solving processes that enable the implementation of planning, control and operational functions to run effectively. The approach in scientific writing uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the development and management of MIS in an organization is able to trigger decisions that are not only fast and accurate but will also be in line with the best practices in the organization effectively and efficiently. Information has become an important source for managing modern organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design and build an Information System for Adding Electrical Power at PT. PLN (Persero) District of Sabang City. Information system for adding electric power at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon of Sabang City was built using Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0. At the application development stage using the Scrum software development method. The results of the study found that; 1) Prospective customers who want to know about new installation information, provide the required amount of power to the service department and information provided to prospective customers in the form of new installation information., 2) Based on the database and form creation process using Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0, 3) Based on database creation, the name of the database is db_adddaya, and uses 3 tables namely customer, cost, installation, and 4) Based on the form using 9 forms, namely Customer Data Input Form, Cost Data Input Form, Installation Data Input Form, Customer Assistance Form, Assistance Form Receipt, Installation Assistance Form, Installation Search Form, Report Form, Login Form.

Abstract

Digital based data management & storage becomes a vital infrastructure that are needed by the most of companies, nowadays. It is dominantly influenced by the massive development of digital technology that enables us to manage and store the data in form of digital files. Medi Groups is a holding company that provides some services in development and placement of Tourism Labors. The aim of this study is to describe the implementation of Google One Platform as an integrated cloud-based data management and storage. This study is a descriptive study with qualitative approach. There are 3 techniques of data collection applied such as observation, documentation, and interview toward 5 Corporate Officers and 4 Unit Managers. The result of this study showed that the implementation of E-Filling System became an innovation and solution for data management and storage which were more effective, safe, and user friendly. Besides that the system can improve the company efficiency because mostly the data were managed and stored with paperless system.

Abstract

Website-based ordering information systems at restaurants or restaurants are very little implemented by restaurants and restaurants in Indonesia. Ichiban sushi is a full-service Japanese restaurant with the largest number of outlets in Indonesia, the information system for ordering food at Ichiban Sushi is no longer using the conventional system where currently ordering at Ichiban uses website-based ordering. This study aims to see the ease and constraints felt by consumers in the implementation of a website-based ordering information system implemented by Ichiban Sushi Samarinda. The method used in this study using qualitative methods, research data collection with field observations by observing consumers in Ichiban Sushi Samarinda and consumers around Ichiban Sushi Samarinda. The results of this study indicate that a website-based ordering information system makes the food ordering process easy and fast, especially in the pandemic era when research is carried out, consumers are not worried about contracting the covid virus because they do not exchange restaurant menu books. In addition, restaurants will benefit from the collection of consumer data such as consumer contacts and their favorite menus.

Abstract

Hospital is an organization or a non-profit oriented institution or commonly called a non-profit institution. The emergence of the need for hospital finansial reports that are in accordance with sharia principles has an important role in decision making, especially for hospital belonging to islamic organizations that are heading toward sharia are felt by several islamic hospital in East Java. The information system development methode use in this study is an iterative methode. In this study the research team made the application process using template Java, Admin Lite, Php 7x, CSS, dan juga MySql. Data collection through interviews with the team PLJSIAS and also through documentation by reading relate, journal and books. This study resulted in a sharia accounting information system that manages and reports hospital finances according to WEB-based sharia principles called SI AISYAH 2.0. In the implementation stage, an initial introduction to SI AISYAH application is needed to receive responses from hospital participant who take part in the training.

Abstract

Mice are animals that can interfere in people's lives. The nature of rats that always make runways, are very sensitive to bait, or are very familiar with their environment. When humans are sometimes negligent, that's when rats can change the existing environmental conditions according to their habitat. Rats really like to live in areas that are rarely touched by humans, such as in dark, damp, dirty, hidden places, near food sources and difficult to reach by humans. These animals are sometimes disturbing. After conducting this research authors found that this tool is able to reduce pests. rats around the chicken coop by means of automatic traps The research was conducted using the C4.5 Algorithm calculation method in which this method is used to perform calculations in order to determine decisions where parameters are calculated in order to see how many rats enter the trap. With this system, it can reduce rats that roam the house or in buildings where archives are stored which can interfere with people's lives. The object of this research is made in a chicken coop where you can see the number of rats that interfere with chicken hatching. For this reason, this research system is designed to reduce rat pests in chicken coops by using traps and will result in a reduction of rats in chicken coops and become a tool that people can use to deal with rat infestations.

Abstract

The role of internet technology is felt to be increasingly important because it provides multiple benefits for digital marketing. landing page as an online shop system that is very accurate so that any information is included in it. Aisyah Desert and Drinks is one of the food and beverage businesses in Jembrana Regency. Due to the lack of media for offline promotion and information as well as to improve the quality of marketing. then a strategy was built by designing and entering online shop information that aims to make it easier for customers to order at Aisyah Desert and Drinks online based on a website in the form of a landing page. The advantage of using a landing page is being able to create informative and educational offering content, so that potential buyers are interested in buying products and will be very helpful in promoting businesses through this online system. in making this landing page using the waterfall method. This model is actually a "Linear Sequential Model" which describes a systematic and sequential approach to software development, starting with the specification of user requirements and then continuing through the stages of planning, modeling, construction, as well as delivery of the system to the users deployment.
