Abstract

Medicine stores are services for products and services related to buyer satisfaction. Recording data that still uses books causes data recording to be less accurate. In addition, the problem that often occurs in a medicine store is that there is expired medicine that is not known quickly because there is no notification, and if you want to find out the existing stock you must look for one by one on the medicine stock card. The medicine inventory information system at Anugerah Jaminpa medicine store is needed as a means of containing medicine data information, stock data information, employee data information, supplier data information, sales data information, purchase data information and reports.

Abstract

Public health center is a health that requires computers as a means of processing and presenting information data. Puskesmas Sipintuangin services patient transactions daily. And there are several problems there, namely processing patient data still using manual methods, where the process takes a long time. In addition, there are also problems with archiving and ineffective reporting which results in repetition of the same data so that reports are often late, and the results are less accurate. To improve health services and actions towards patients, a Puskesmas data collection application is needed that can provide good and fast service to patients and is well managed and must remain coordinated.

Abstract

PT. Nauli Tour & Travel is a company engaged in the tourist travel section located in Medan, North Sumatra. PT. Nauli Tour & Travel is here to serve customer needs for tourism services. Therefore, PT. Nauli Tour has some data that require computerized data management so that the information generated can be maximized. One of the things that require computerized data management is financial data management, where financial data is one of the most important assets in any company. Computerized management of financial data must also be accompanied by better security so that its security is guaranteed. The process of managing financial data at PT. Nauli Tour & Travel is currently computerized, but financial data management is carried out at Microsoft Exel so that the security of the financial data is still lacking. In this research, the writer will design an information system that can be used by PT. Nauli Tour & Travel in managing financial data so that the information generated is maximized.

Abstract

An information system is one of the systems that are currently a very appropriate tool. This information system is expected to help everything dealing with the population such as data collection on poor family residents. The current condition in the Hutaraja village head's office is that the data collection system for poor families is still running manually. Where in the application of this data collection system there are several things that become obstacles. The obstacles that occur are in terms of effectiveness, time efficiency, and accuracy of the data collection process. The current form of data collection report is still manual in nature which can complicate the process of finding data, and the possibility of data loss results from the data collection. With the above reasons, the writer tries to provide alternative solutions to the problem by making an application of data collection on poor families that will be made systematically and computerized. This writing will also explain the stages of work, starting from the process of analysis, planning, design using the PHP programming language (Hypertext Preprocessor), Boostrap Framework, and MYSQL database, with the aim to find out what data is input and output on the running system. With the existence of an information system on the collection of poor families, it is expected to be able to minimize the constraints that occur in the previous system and assist in the completion of the data collection of poor citizens and properly stored reports.

Abstract

Athletic Music & Sports is a sales company located in Medan, North Sumatra. Athletic Music & Sports sells a variety of Music & Sports equipment. Therefore, Athletic Music & Sports has some data that requires computerized data management so that the resulting information system can be maximized. One of the things that requires computerized data management is inventory data management, where inventory data is one of the most important assets in every company. The management of computerized inventory data must also be accompanied by better security so that the security of the data is guaranteed. The system to be built is an inventory information system using visual basic and Microsoft Access as a database. The research methods used are case studies, observation, interviews, and library methods. This system is expected to be able to help Athletic Music & Sports to make the inventory system better and more structured.

Abstract

Tracer Study or alumni tracking is one of the methods used by several universities in Indonesia, to obtain input and feedback from alumni. Input and feedback obtained from alumni can be an improvement and development of the quality of the education system implemented at the university. Tracer studies are also useful in providing important information about the relationship between institutions and the world of work. The Tracer Study of the Indonesian Methodist University is still using a form (Paper Based), one of which is the D-III study program of Informatics Management and Computerized Accounting. The D-III study programs from previous years have produced many alumni who are ready to work, alumni data and the management system have not been saved to the database, so the stored data can be damaged, lost and it will take time to find alumni data. Therefore, a web-based tracer study information system is needed so that the system can be computerized. The website is built using the HTML, PHP, Bootstrap and MYSQL programming languages ​​as a data storage system or commonly called a database. The existence of this alumni tracer study website can facilitate the process of implementing the alumni tracer study. The system built is expected to improve and develop the quality of the current system.

Abstract

Information systems are needed in the library to support knowledge, insight, and information for students and for teachers in schools in supporting the teaching and learning process in schools. This information is data that is processed into a form that is more useful and more meaningful to those who receive it. The design and manufacture of a web-based library information system at SMP Negeri 1 Purba is an element that can influence the operational tasks of the school. Information that is less fast, less accurate, and less efficient can be solved by implementing this system, it is very necessary for libraries to help the performance of data management and transactions that take place in the library. The library is one of the work units in the form of a place to collect, store, manage and organize a collection of library materials systematically to be used by users as a source of information as well as a fun learning tool. Abstract

Indah Mandiri Sari is a company engaged in the payment of electricity in collaboration with PT. PLN. This company uses a system manually on the payroll of its employees. Where in the application of this payroll system there are several problems. There are obstacles that occur, namely in terms of calculating salaries, fines, loans, allowances, and salary reports that must be recalculated from each employee, and the storage of payroll files requires more space. With the above reasons, the authors provide an alternative solution to the problem by creating a systematic and computerized employee payroll information system. This paper will also explain the stages of work, starting from the analysis, planning, design process using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Access 2007. The purpose of this study is to build an information system that will help the employee payroll process to reduce errors in making salary reports. employees. With this employee payroll information system will be able to minimize the constraints that occurred in the previous system and assist in the completion of employee salary reports and reports are stored properly.

Abstract

The employee payroll information system is a system built to simplify and save time so that employee payroll is precise and accurate. Salary is an income as a reward from the employer to the employee for a job or service that has been or is performed and is declared or valued in the form of money determined on the basis of an agreement or legislation and paid on the basis of a work agreement between the employer and the employee including allowances. , both for the employees themselves and for their families. The purpose of this research is to design a payroll system that uses a web-based system so that it can make it easier to manage data and make it easier to analyze reports. The results of the application can make it easier for the employee payroll system to be forwarded to implementation so that this system can be applied for company needs. With the employee payroll system that still uses the manual method, a web-based payroll system is made which is expected to overcome the problems contained in the report, speed up and save the time needed so that performance can be faster and maximal. Making payroll applications for employees of PT. Agro Muko Bunga Tanjung Pom used by the author is to use the programming language php and myql as a database to assist in the process of inputting employee payroll data.

The Web-Based Number One Medan Tutoring Information System is needed as a means of storing information for parents and students who want to know the number one tutoring in the city of Medan. This information system is also a form of promotion, where one of the intermediary media is computers and smartphones. This website can also make it easier for prospective students and parents of students to just know the profile of the number one field guidance. The more parents who register their children to study in the number one field guidance, the faster the number one field guidance can be known by many people.
