Abstract

At this time information technology has evolved very rapidly and influential to all aspects of daily life, but ticket reservations generally still use a manual tool. The manual means that the ticket order still uses the ticket paper by filling up the data in writing and passengers must come directly to the counter to book a ticket. This is far from effective and efficient for passengers, frequent problems for potential passengers such as tickets that run out, a delayed departure hour or even a crowded bus. Hence, the writer raised the question of a hand-ordered ticket system. The goal of building this system is to make it easier for passengers to book tickets and to file administration for data processing. With this system in place, it is expected to solve previous problems and be useful to make bus reservations effective and efficient.

Abstract

The web-based student value data processing system is one of the systems that give the student’s associated value and activation information online, so it can reinforce the speed and quality of the student’s assessment. The problem with data processing at the high school private valentine diski is currently in manual. This research is aimed at quickly establishing value information systems in check, logging and computerized. In addition, using web-based data processing information can be accssed at any time. This application USES xampp as a server for system designers and mysql as database. The login menu design consists of the homeroom teachers, admin, principal and students have separate access when it will open applications so that the program’s security is protected. The system works the insertion of data, the storing of data, and the processing of data assessments presented by the school. The study has produced a value data processing system that helps performance from both the administration and the homeroom teacher, thus facilitating the use of well-conveyed value processing processes. In addition, system interfaces are implemented according to existing report CARDS so that systems can be used easily and generate accurate value calculations.

Abstract

The Balam Sempurna Kota Kelurahan office needs an information system that can help with mail management. Management of letters in the City Perfect Balam Kelurahan Office that uses manual errors often occur in the storage of letter data and search letters. The filing information system in the Balam Sempurna Kota Kelurahan Office is very necessary, in addition to the management letter, it is also needed to make the letter faster and more efficient. This filing information system changes the way in which manual mail is stored into a computerized letter archive in the form of a computerized system. This filing information system provides good benefits for the organization. The archiving information system implementation displays a user interface, which is: the interface of all users and the administrator's interface. Filing information systems can make outgoing mail faster and more efficient, sending incoming mail data. Can be used to manage the mail archive, so that it can be managed properly.

Abstract

Admission of new students is one of the processes in educational institutions that is useful for screening prospective students who are selected according to the criteria determined by the school to become their students. Many schools use the internet for the development of new student admissions information systems. However, the information system for new student admissions at SMK Abdi Sejati Kerasaan-I is still manual. With the admission process that is still manual, it makes prospective students feel difficult and of course requires a faster and more efficient registration. The purpose of this research is the development of a manual system into a more efficient system. For this reason, a system is designed to speed up the web-based new student registration process that can be accessed via a web browser. This new student admissions information system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The results of this study are a web-based new admissions system that already has the ability to make it easier for prospective students to obtain information about new student admissions and the online registration payment validation process. Abstract

Management of the availability of goods that we know during this time is the provision of goods to see the activity of goods according to the conditions in the goods warehouse. However, in contrast to the conditions that exist, the BPBD Pakpak Bharat is still not optimal in the availability of logistics and equipment that can provide implementation needs at the time of arrival in the community. In order to provide the intended availability of BPBD Pakpak Bharat, this system was developed with the PHP and MySQL programming languages. This information system can also be used to process employed data at BPBD Pakpak Bharat as well as Logistics and Equipment that are in the Master Bar as a master-database that starts from the process of goods including traffic through the selection of goods according to the need for various types of disaster assistance that affect the community. Input of goods will be carried out on the employee's website from BPBD Pakpak Bharat who has reported everything that has been compiled according to Logistics and Goods that have been registered from the Head of Emergency and Logistics Subscription. The output in this information system is to provide logistics and equipment availability to see the readiness of the BPBD Pakpak Bharat in tackling a later plan.

Abstract

In running a business, a system is needed that is able to support every operational activity of the business. Rooster Brood as one of the businesses in the culinary field that currently does not have a system that can work optimally, especially in the sales department. In the sales data management process, which still uses a recording system using a book, it can cause errors in inputting order data and other errors so that the resulting sales reports are not very accurate. The author in this case the opportunity to make a sales information system design based on the results of research that has been done. The design of this system is carried out using a programming language and several software with the aim of creating a system that provides information, input data and performs data management and produces reports that can be accessed easily through electronic devices. It is hoped that the design of this system can be useful for Rooster Brood in its business activities, especially in the sales department so that the data and information provided are more structured and accurate.

Abstract

Sibolga Motor Medan is an individual owned workshop business engaged in repair services and the sale of motorbike spare parts, the business activities are still manual systems and have not used a computer system. To improve the performance of the motorbike workshop, a motorbike workshop data management information system will be designed using a design based on Microsoft Visual Basic.Net 2010. The system built will be able to produce customer data information, service data, spare parts inventory data, service transaction management data and parts sales. motorbike repair shop spare parts can also make reports easier and more efficient, provide accurate, relevant, timely information and can facilitate computerized transactions from consumers to the repair shop. Collection of the requirements needed in designing the information system at the Sibolga Motor workshop by the author through interviews and observations. Furthermore, the author will design a system related to the design of a motorbike workshop data processing information system using database and interface design. Abstract

Information system is a system made by humans consisting of components in the organization to achieve a goal that is to present information. In this study I created a laboratory system scheduling information system. The web is a page that is displayed on the internet that contains certain information (specifically). PHP programing language is a programing language for creating web that is server-side scripting. MySQL is a database server program that is capable of receiving and sending data very quickly, multi-user and using the standard sql (structured query language) command.

Abstract

Bengkel Rakyat Motor isda businessdthat is engaged in the business of selling spare parts, motorcycle seats and motorcycle repairs. The workshop has quite a number of customers who come to buy various kinds of motorcycle spare parts. However, the workshop still uses manual methods in the data processing process, such as compiling spare parts data which includes spare parts prices, spare parts stocks are still recorded in the ledger. This often causes problems such as loss of sales data which causes re-recording so that the resulting report is not perfect. Therefore, we need a web programming system that functions to make it easier for Bengkel Rakyat Motor owners to solve problems that occur, such as sales of goods, stock of goods, and prices of goods which are still done manually.

Abstract

An effective tuition payment system will trigger the performance of schools to be better than before. For this reason, it is necessary to have a system that is able to handle the process of paying tuition fees that can help the performance of the school treasurer in his work. Currently, the SPP payment process at Trisakti 2 Medan Catholic Junior High School is still using a manual system by recording it into a booklet and then recaping it in the tuition payment ledger. The problem that arises is that the payment recapitulation process is carried out several times, causing a process that takes a long time to process.
