Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan kepemimpinan (Diklat-Pim) terhadap kompotensi dan pengembangan karir aparatur sipil negara pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data wawancara dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis PLS dengan menggunakan responden sebanyak 73 orang.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) pendidikan dan pelatihan kepemimpinan (diklat-pim) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kompetensi aparatur. (2) pendidikan dan pelatihan kepemimpinan (diklat-pim) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir aparatur. (3) kompetensi  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan kerier aparatur. (4) pendidikan dan pelatihan kepemimpinan (diklatpim)  berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir melalui kompetensi karir aparatur dikembangkan secara langsung (direct) melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan kepemimpinan (diklat-pim) akan meningkat namun jika dimediasi tetap meningkat tetap tidak signifikan peningkatannya.

Abstract

Ainul Hasyim (G2 D1 15105). Influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operational Income Operating Expense (BOPO), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return on Asset (ROA ) Bank Sultra. Guided by: 1) Ibn Hajar, 2) La Utu.This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of simultaneous and partial Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operational Income Operating Cost (BOPO), Net Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) Against Return On Asset (ROA) of Bank Sultra.This research data is quarterly report of Bank Sultra period 2006 - 2015 which amounted to 39 sample. The data in the study were analyzed by using multiple regression with SPSS ver. 20 software.Result of research: 1) simultaneously Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operational Operating Income (BOPO), Net Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have significant effect on ROA, 2) Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a significant positive effect on ROA, 3) Operational Cost of Operating Income (BOPO) has significant negative effect to ROA, 4) Net Performing Loan (NPL) has positive but not significant effect on ROA, 5) Net Interest Margin ) Have no significant positive effect on ROA, 6) Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has negative but not significant effect on ROA.

Abstract

This study aimed to: 1) analyze the effect of work ability simultaneously with job characteriscs on staff’s performance, 2) analyze the effect of work ability on staff’s performance;3) analyze the effect of job characteristics on staff’s performance. objects of the study were the board of Local Finance and Assets management (BPKAD) of  North Konawe regency. Population of the study included all staff of BPKAD of North Konawe regency, totaling 44 staff. Samples were determined using a census technique, therefore all population became the samples. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed  using the multiple linear regression analysis that was performed on the SPSS version 20.Results showed that:1) simultaneously work ability and job characteristics had a positively significant effect on staff’s performance;2) work ability had a positively significant effect on staff’s performance;3) job characteristics had a positively significant effect on staff’s performance

Abstract

This study aims to: (1). To find out and analyze the simultaneous influence of social support, ethical climate and organizational commitment to the turnover intention of PT. State Savings Bank (BTN) Persero, Tbk Branch Kendari, (2) To find out and analyze the influence of social support on turnover intention on employees of PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk, (3) To find out and analyze the influence of the ethical climate on turnover intention on employees of PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk. (4) To find out and analyze the effect of organizational commitment on turnover intention on employees of PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk.The population in this study were all employees of PT. State Savings Bank (BTN) Persero, Tbk Kendari Branch, amounting to 60 permanent employees, spread in the Main Branch Offices, Cash Offices and Sub-Branch Offices. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple regression analysis.The results showed that: (1) social support, ethical climate and organizational commitment simultaneously had a significant effect in encouraging employees to intend to leave work from the company to find better employment opportunities than those available. (2) social support partially has a significant influence on employees' intention to leave the company where they work. (3) the ethical climate partially has a significant influence on the intention to leave company employees. (4) Organizational commitment partially has a significant influence in encouraging company employees to intend to leave work in the banking company.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the effect of leadership on working motivation, leadership on the staff’s performance, working motivation on staff’s performance, and leadership on the staff’s performance through working motivation as an intervening variable at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Of Kendari City.Population of the study were 26 people which included all staff of the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Of Kendari City. Sample were determined using total sampling since the population was less than 100 so all of the population became the samples of the study. Data were analyzed using the Path Analysis of the Partial Least Square (PLS) Program.Results of the study showed the leadership had a positively significant effect on the working motivation at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Of Kendari City, leadership had a positively significant effect on the performance of staff at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Of Kendari City, working motivation had a positively significant effect on the performance of staff at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Of Kendari City, and leadership had a positively significant effect on the performance of staff through working motivation as an intervening variable at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Of Kendari City.
