Abstract

The final objective of this research is the completion of a local fruit marketing model to maintain local fruit products in the domestic market. Hence, the local fruit products always be a favorite product of West Kalimantan community. The specific objective of this research are (1) to identify the local fruit consumer profile, (2) to elaborate the local fruit consumer profile, (3) to identify and elaborate the local fruit consumer behavior, (4) to analyze the factors influencing consumer decision to buy local fruit. This study used descriptive survey method with 400 respondents by random selected method. The data would be analyzed by using multi-attribute models, while the relationship between factors to the consumption decision of local fruit would use rank Spearman correlation. The results stated that the decision to consume both local and imported fruit was more determined by their own decisions than determined by other people opinions. Consumers in Pontianak prefer to choose imported fruit rather than local fruit. In local fruit marketing, sellers had to consider four factors that correlate with the desire of consumers to buy the local fruits, namely: (a) taste, (b) quality/durability; (c) price and (d) packaging.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur dengan metodeperpustakaan. Tujuan dari itu bersedia untuk mengetahui donor korupsi oleh AnasUrbaningrum, mantan ketua partai Demokrat. Hal ini diambil pada tahun 2014 dariKaltimpost. Hasilnya bahwa ada beberapa proyek di Indonesia rusak oleh Anas danteman-temannya di antara adalah: proyek Hamblang Youth Centre, e-KTP, pesawatMerpati, bangunan pajak, East Kaltim listrik, pendidikan dan pelatihan dengan anggarantryliun. Proyek-proyek melibatkan beberapa petugas. (1). Beberapa suara dari korupsipenerimaan ilegal uang dan materi, (2). Untuk memenangkan pengadilan adalahkesempatan kecil (3). suatu akuntabilitas dedikasi untuk negara, kelompok atau individuluar biasa (4). bersalah akan terbukti di pengadilan. (5). Jika terbukti benar itu adalahtindakan yang buruk dari Anas. Saran-saran (1). The komisi korupsi harus memecahkanbenar-benar dengan mengambil bersalah dengan aktor, (2). Uang rusak harus diberikankembali ke negara tersebut, (3). Lembaga kontrol harus bekerja keras, (4). Para aktorharus dikirim ke penjara dan dihukum sekeras mungkin. (5). Jika ada bukti ia harusdirehabilitasi.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the effect of the loss of Ahok and Jarot in the general election in DKI Jakarta. The method of the research is qualitative by taking the references from some books, newspaper and magazine namely Tribun Kaltim Kaltim Post,Gatra and the others .The results of the research are (1).The supporters including the support of the Political Party involves the religion domain,(2). The supports of the Political Party do not avoid the actors of the   religion followers who are the actors involved in the general election ;(3).The Voters should be given  the religion aspects.(4).The loss of the couple Ahok and Jarot caused by religion domain; (5).The couple who get the victory because  the religion centiment;(6).The winner will be gentlement because they       will end happily and fairly and the couple of Ahok-Jarot has to be ensured that  the  income does never  exchanged.The suggestions in  this  results are (1).The Political party supporters have to support based on political affairs ,(2). The Political party supporters not enter the religion affairs (3).The commisioners of KPU have to sentence to whoever relates the politics and religion in the compaign ,(4).The loss does not any relate with others but political affairs,(5).The supporters do not get any profit but to play fairly,(6).The all sides in the society has to keep it peaceful.,(7).General election is just competition not a war.

Abstract

Background: Baby massage is the oldest known human touch therapy and the most popular. Baby massage not only affects the babys physical and emotional growth. If baby massage done by his father, it can increase milk production in the mothers body. Objective: Knowing mothers knowledge and behavior about infant massage before and given health education and improvement of knowledge and behavior before and after counseling. Methods: Type of research that will be used in this research is pre-experiment design (pre-experiment design). The sample size is 30 respondents. Data source in this research is primary data source that is by using questioner and Prior to being given a health education about infant massage. Result : Knowledge of the majority mother either as many as 19 respondents (63,33%), after being given health education about baby massage, all knowledge of good mother (100%), before given health education about baby massage, infants as a whole fall into the category of less (100%) because all mothers do not yet know how to do baby massage, after being given health education about baby massage, mother behavior in doing baby massage majority according to technique that is 17 responden (56,67%). Conclusion: There is a significant influence between health education on infant massage on mothers knowledge and behavior about baby massage in Brajan Tamantirto Banul Yogyakarta   Keyword: Baby massage behavior, health education, knowledge.

Abstract

Compliance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Use for Midwives in Semarang Ida Wahyuni dan EkawatiOccupational Safety and Health Department, Faculty of Public Health Diponegoro UniversityCorresponding author: ekawatifkmundip@gmail.com ABSTRACTMidwives as well as workers face the risk of occupational diseases. This risk increases because the midwife exposed to body fluids of pregnant / maternal women such as blood and amniotic fluid. Personal protective equipment is necessary to minimize the risk. The purpose of this study was to describe the compliance of personal protective equipment use on midwife. This was descriptive research with cross-sectional approach. Respondents were all midwives in the primary health care, there were 73 peoples. Data were obtained based on questionnaires. The results showed that 100% of midwives washed hands and put on gloves when handling patients. There were 87.8% of midwifves wear masks; 35.1% wear glasses and only 6.8% wear a hat. Midwives need to improve compliance with the use of personal protective equipment for masks, goggles and hats.Keywords: compliance of personal protective equipment, midwife

Abstract

Background: The causes of Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia are bleeding (30.3%), hypertensive disorder during pregnancy (27.1%), infection (7.3%), obstructed (1.8%) and abortion (1.6%). Bleeding occurs in the postpartum period which is started after delivering placenta and ended when the the womb organs recovered as before pregnant. The length of postpartum period is about 6 weeks. During postpartum period, there are several re-visit to heath provider such as; KF 1 (first postpartum visit) is a visit on 6 hours to day 3rd after delivering, KF 2 (Second postpartum visit) is a visit on day 4th to 28th after delivering, and KF 3 (third postpartum visit) is a visit on day 29th-42nd after delivering. Objective: This study aimed to describe the knowledge level of postpartum mother about visitation during childbirth. Method: This study was a descriptive quantitative research with cross sectional design. The number of sample was 30 respondents. The data were taken using primary data and questionnaires. Result: The postpartum mother who do postpartum visits in Puskesmas Tepus 1 Gunung in the age of 20-35 years category was 19 respondents (63.3%). A number of 13 respondents (43.3%) had secondary school, 19 respondents (63.3%) were housewife and 18 respondents (60%) had 2-3 children. The result of postpartum revisit showed that 13 respondents (43.3%) made KF1, 12 respondents (40%) made KF 2, and 11 respondents (36.7%) made KF 3. Conclusion: The knowledge level of postpartum revisit in Puskesmas Tepus 1 Gunung was mostly in adequate category. Key word: Postpartum Mother Knowledge, Postpartum Visits

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberadaan dan karakteristik morfologi Peronosclerospora spp di Sulawesi Tenggara. Dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Karantina Tumbuhan BKP Kelas II Kendari dan lima daerah sentra penanaman jagung di Sulawesi Tenggara dari bulan Januari sampai bulan Juni 2017. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu dengan survei yang dilanjutkan dengan induksi sporulasi buatan dilakukan untuk memperoleh morfologi cendawan secara utuh. Tanaman jagung bergejala bulai yang dikumpulkan dari 5 kabupaten di Propinsi Sulawesi Tenggara diidentifikasi patogen penyebabnya secara morfologi. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa  terdapat tiga spesies Peronosclerospora  di Sulawesi Tenggara yang memiliki karakteristik morfologi identik dengan Peronosclerospora maydis, P. sorghi, dan P. philipinensis. Kata kunci: Peronosclerospora spp , karakteristik, morfologi

Abstract

Background: Pregnancy and childbirth are normal processes but can be abnormal and resulting in maternal deaths. The maternal mortality rate can be lowered by applying childbirth planning and complication prevention (P4K) earlier. This program consists of childbirth attendant planning, place of childbirth planning, cost of childbirth preparation, transportation planning, childbirth companion planning and blood donors planning. Preliminary study at Puskesmas Pleret obtained 4 of 6 pregnant women (66.67%) had not implemented P4K due to lack of financial support. The economic level affects the selection of the referral place of childbirth. Objective: To determine the relationship between the economic level and the implementation of P4K in pregnant women at Puskesmas Pleret Bantul. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional observational analytic design with a quantitative approach. The population were 106 pregnant women and samples were purposively chosen, consisted of 50 pregnant women at Puskesmas Pleret Bantu. The instrument of data collection was a questionnaire. Data were analysed with chi-square. Results: Chi Square test revealed X2 (2, n=50) = 19.659, > X2 table (9.21), that i n d i c a t e d there was a relationship between economic level with the implementation of P4K in pregnant women. Conclusion: The majority of pregnant women at Puskesmas Pleret Bantul had low economic level and had not implemented P4K. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu ingin mengetahui bagaimana perilaku konsumsi mahasiswa penerima beasiswa bidikmisi di Ma’had Al-Jami’ah UIN STS Jambi dalam menggunakan pendapatannya yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam yang diisyaratkan dalam Al-Qur’an yaitu hemat, tidak boros, dan tidak bermewah-mewahan, serta tindakan ekonomi hanyalah sekedar untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bukan keinginan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori oleh Monzer Khaf, Muhammad Abdul Mannan, dan Yusuf Qardhawi tentang prinsip-prinsip dalam konsumsi Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa penerima beasiswa bidikmisi di Ma’had Al-Jami’ah UIN STS Jambi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara pendapatan terhadap pola perilaku konsumsi pada mahasiswa penerima beasiswa bidikmisi di Ma’had Al-Jami’ah UIN STS Jambi sebesar 52,1%. Berdasarkan hasil deskripsi data responden diketahui bahwa perilaku konsumsi mahasiswa penerima beasiswa bidikmisi di Ma’had Al-Jami’ah UIN STS Jambi telah sesuai dengan syari’at Islam sekalipun masih belum secara keseluruhan. Dari Hasil analisis data perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa dalam kesehariannya sudah sesuai dengan perilaku konsumsi yang islami, dengan hasil analisis 33% berperilaku tabdziir/israaf, 45% berperilaku wajar/moderation, dan 22% berperilaku bakhil/bukhl.

Abstract

The objectives of the research are to determine: (1) How the implementation of clinical practice basic skills learning, (2) How the cooperation arrangement between STIKES A. Yani with partners, (3) How the achievement of students, (4) constraints encountered in implementation ofclinical practice learning basic skills. This research was conducted in STIKES A. Yani Yogyakarta for one month using qualitativeresearch methods using case study and descriptive design. Subjects in this study are students who take the course Basic Skills Practice Clinic in the second semester, practice coordinator, Clinical Instructure, Diklat.Conclusions: (1) The practice of basic skills practice is already carried out in accordance with a predetermined schedule, and for setting a schedule determined by the practice field, (2) STIKES A. Yani Yogyakarta in cooperation with other institutions are always stated in the MOU, the practice of land Krikteri hospitals or public hospitals are type A / B / C, and health centers to practice basic skills practice, (3) Of the 296 students who carry out the practice of clinical practice basic skills , Students who get an A as many as 72 people (24.32%) and the value of B shares of 224 students (75.68%). Student achievement is also influenced by the level of their own confidence in doing a land perasat in practice, (4) The constraints faced in the  ourse of practice the basic skills of clinical practice is binbingan lecturers less intensive supervision, the practice of land cases so that student achievement is less.
