The type of data used in this research is quantitative and qualitative data. While the data sources are primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and literature study. using instrument testing (validity test, reliability test and descriptive analysis), classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS application. Where is the multiple linear regression Y = 18.027 + 0.503 X1 + 0.377 X2 + 0.603 X3 and the first hypothesis test shows that the t-count value is greater than t-table (2.202 > 1.98197) with a significantly smaller value than the alpha value (0.034 <0 .05) this shows that H1 is accepted, which means that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and the second hypothesis test shows that the t-count value is greater than t-table (2.543 > 1.98197) with a significantly smaller value than the alpha value (0.048 <0.05) this shows that H2 is accepted, which means that price has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction and the third hypothesis test shows that the t-count value is greater than t-table (4.436 > 1.98197) with a significantly smaller value than the alpha value ( 0.000 <0.05) this shows that H3 is accepted, which means that location has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

Risk is part of the working life of individuals, groups, and institutions. In principle commercial or business activities are inseparable from risk management activities. In general, the term political risk then developed into a sovereign risk component that translates to the ability and will to fulfill government's financial obligations. At the same time, it should also be noted that present land risks are largely associated with broader risks that include operational risks other than financial risks. State risks combine the economic and financial indicators of a system with broad political and social characteristics and try to predict the conditions in which foreign investors will face the problems in relevant domestic environments. Beck describes the risk as physical damage caused by technology and the various forms of social, political, and communication

Abstract

Globalization has become an important phenomenon in economic development and environmental preservation. This article aims to investigate the influence of globalization on these two important aspects, namely economic development and environmental preservation. In the context of economic development, globalization has provided significant opportunities and challenges. In recent years, globalization has opened the door for countries to engage in broader international trade, foreign direct investment, and technology transfer. The empirical studies conducted in this article show that countries that have been able to capitalize on these opportunities have experienced rapid economic growth. However, globalization can also create economic disparities between countries and increase the risk of vulnerability to global economic crises. Therefore, wise management of globalization becomes very important to achieve sustainable economic development. In addition, globalization also has a significant impact on environmental preservation. Globalization facilitates the exchange of goods and services across national borders, but it also accelerates the process of uncontrolled exploitation of natural resources. This article examines the relationship between globalization and environmental degradation, focusing on deforestation, pollution and climate change. Case studies show that increased international trade has had a negative impact on ecosystems and biodiversity in several regions. However, this article also identifies strategies that can be adopted to promote sustainable economic development and environmental preservation in tandem, such as stringent environmental policies, green technology innovation, and international cooperation. Thus, this article concludes that globalization has a complex influence in the field of economic development and environmental preservation. While globalization can provide significant economic opportunities, the challenges of managing its negative impact on the environment must also be addressed effectively. The integration of economic development policies and environmental preservation is the key to achieving sustainable growth and ecological balance in the era of globalization
