Abstract

The writing of this paper aims to describe the ethics of teachers in Islamic education, which involves the thoughts of Imam Al-Ghazali and KH. Hasyim Ash'ari. As for the background of this writing because at this time it is not uncommon for an educator to not have an ethics of wisdom and policy both for students and for themselves. So many cases that arise in the educational environment that we often hear in electronic news or newspapers about the treatment of educators who do not reflect themselves as an educator. In addition, in the world of Islamic education now an educator is more likely to prioritize world happiness and put aside happiness in the afterlife. Therefore, the leaders of Imam Al-Ghazali and KH. Hasyim Asy'ari explained about some ethics that must be considered in Islamic education and must be reflected in an educator to improve Islamic Education in the future. This type of research is library research with 2 Prima data sources, namely the book Ihya 'Ulumuddin and the Book of Adab al-aliim wa al-Muta'llim. This research uses a historical approach. Data analysis techniques using comparative analysis. From the results of the research conducted concluded that: 1) according to Imam al-Ghazali a teacher must be compassionate to students, imitate the behavior of the Prophet Muhammad, as a guide, be open, practice knowledge. 2) according to Khas Hasyim Asy'ari, a teacher must adhere to Allah, as an advisor or guide, implement Islamic law, take advantage of free time by worshiping and compiling papers, seeking the pleasure of Allah. 3) the similarity of the vguru ethics of the two figures is, they have the same view that a teacher must be muraqabah to God, as a guide ,. The difference, in terms of holding the scientific mandate of God, according to Imam al-Ghazali must be the example of the Messenger of Allah, while according to Kh Hashim it is not permissible to obtain office, rank, wealth and popularity. And much more. From this research, there are some suggestions that can improve the concept of a teacher, that it is hoped that a teacher always becomes a role model for students, therefore a teacher must pay attention to their behaviors. Abstract

Abstract In connection with this vision, a set of principles for implementing education has been established to be the basis for implementing education reform. One of these principles is that education is held as a process of civilizing and empowering students that lasts throughout life (Rusman, 2010: 3). Islamic Religious Education is a religious education which is a condition of moral and commendable behavior. With the establishment of Islamic Religious Education is expected to be able to sustain the development of good character of students so as to produce educational products that are of perfect character. Abstract

Abstract Teaching and learning processes held in several schools as a center for formal education are more intended to direct changes in themselves in a planned manner both in terms of cognitive, affective and psychomotor. The role of the teacher is very important in education. Good or bad education is influenced by how a teacher can manifest and apply his contribution to formal institutions to realize the intelligence of the nation and the ideals of the country, so that between teacher and education is an inseparable component. Therefore, In reality, in the field of Islamic Religious Education subjects today the quality is still vulnerable because it has not reached the desired target adequately, especially in public schools. In addition to this reality, there is an assumption that "In school life we ​​often see teachers who can be said to be unsuccessful in teaching. This failure is not only the teacher's failure to teach his task of mastering the subject matter when delivering it, but the teacher's ignorance in managing the class. One of the priority efforts to achieve this is to improve the quality of education. To improve the quality of education, all components of education also need to be improved. In addition, with the regional autonomy, a new decision in the education sector has emerged related to efforts to improve the quality of school education, namely School Based Management. In implementing SBM effectively and efficiently, teachers must be creative in improving classroom management appropriately so that learning takes place maximally, efficiently and effectively. One effort that can be used as a solution in the problem of PAI learning is the implementation of classroom management in PAI learning, especially in this Junior High School. This Darul Ulum Condong Islamic Junior High School is one of the institutions that strives to improve students' abilities in productive programs, adaptive programs and normative programs . Researchers conducted research at the Darul Ulum Condong Islamic Middle School because the researchers wanted to know about how PAI teachers at the Darul Ulum Condong Islamic Middle School manage their classes so that learning is in line with the expected goals, even though many students lack religious knowledge and lack of time allocation for learning. Abstract

Abstract The level of crime committed by adolescents is very worrying, from brawls between students to motorcycle gangs. The existence of adolescents who should be the hope of the future becomes a kind of public enemy. Bad stigma is often pinned for adolescents who generally like group activities. This is not without reason, because it is often the case of crimes committed by adolescents. Of course this is very sad, teenagers who are the vanguard in the progress of the nation even slowly make the nation run without hope. There are several factors that cause adolescents to commit irregularities and even criminal acts, including the factor of the absence of calm in their souls. The absence of calm is caused by two things. First, for adolescents who already have religious knowledge, feel that their knowledge is not able to answer the anxiety that is in them, religious teachings that they previously believed felt less convincing, so they ask critical questions about things they previously believed, when they get answers those who are able to calm them will be more religious, but if not, they will leave the teachings. second, for adolescents who do not have religious knowledge, they feel ashamed because they have to learn from the beginning so they are reluctant to study religion. For this reason, a different model is needed to teach religion to adolescents so that religious teachings are able to become a part of their lives so that they are more religious and in the end it is expected that with religiosity, deviations by adolescents can be reduced. Abstract

Abstract Education is an effort to learn with the help of others to achieve their goals. The purpose of humanist education or learning / gaining knowledge here is a certain condition that is used as a reference to determine the success of learning / education. In other words the purpose of education / learning in the sense of micro education is the desired condition after individuals carry out learning activities. The goal is what is declared by humans, put it as the center of attention, and for the realization of it he set his behavior. That goal is very important because it serves as the end of all activities, directs all educational activities. To achieve the above, instilling true intentions, seriousness in education, good morals and the potential that exists in humans is one of the efforts of humanist education in shaping human personality. This is certainly done through the process of intentions straightening, strong will will be able to develop all the potential possessed by humans, both physical potential and spiritual potential, (humanization). The main foundation for realizing education that is capable of producing quality human beings, must be based on values the essential, which comes from the Omniscient Essence and human values ​​(fitrah). The application of the concept of humanist education places more emphasis on educators to be able to create an atmosphere of learning that is far removed from oppression, coercion, hegemony of thought, and attitudes that are far from universal human values. The need to prioritize love and affection in interacting with students. Educators make students as partners in learning by trying to understand all the problems faced by students, there is no superiority in the teaching and learning process, so as to create a conducive learning atmosphere. Abstract

Abstract By seeing the existing reality, such as the rise of student brawl, drinking, the spread of drugs and some behaviors that deviate from religious and cultural norms, promiscuity, free sex, sexual abuse makes the role of education increasingly questionable. Education is often used as a scapegoat for failing to be said to have failed in achieving an educational objective, especially Islamic religious education which failed to print insane kamil. Ahmad D. Marimba in his book "Penganta Islam Education" states that the final goal of Islamic education is the realization of Muslim personality. Whereas what is meant by Muslim personality is a personality that has all its aspects, both its external behavior, soul activities, and philosophy of life and its devotion to show dedication to God, surrender to him, From the background of the above problems the writer discusses: How Islamic education in the perspective of the Koran Surat al-Imron verses 138-139. The purpose of this study is to find a picture of Islamic education in the perspective of Q.S Al-Imron verses 138-139. The results of the research conducted by the author is that the Islamic education contained in Surah Al Imron 138-139 is (a) humans can take history from the past from the sunnahs of Allah that applied to humans before. (b) humans can know the straight and true path of hiup where al-quran is the educator and illuminator of the path of human life. (c) in order for humans to be strong and physically and mentally healthy, to be happy and peaceful people to live in this world and the hereafter, and to become people of increasing degrees. Abstract

Abstract Education has a very decisive role for the development and realization of individual self, especially for the development of the Nation and the State. Education is also responsible for guiding and fostering talent and creativity. The weak point of education in Indonesia so far is that the learning process is dominated by a behavioristic approach, namely that students act more as objects and teachers as subjects, so that learning can turn off student learning creativity. right. In this case learning that is considered appropriate is a constructivist approach. Where the learning is done by two parties GurudanSiswayang both act as subjects in learning. The results of this study include, (1) Developing the ability of students to ask questions and find their own questions, so students build knowledge based on their own or individual efforts, the teacher's task is only as a facilitator or mediator. The teacher only gives direction so that students are motivated in learning or gain knowledge, (2) students to develop understanding and understanding of concepts in full (3) students can be responsible (4) teachers give to students and institutions hold training for constructivist approaches of PAI teachers, ( 5) Students' awareness, before entering the class, they must first learn about the material to be learned in class. From the results of this study the researchers gave the following suggestions: (1) before teaching the teacher must understand the learning experience that is more in accordance with the needs of students (2) the teacher's expectation is really directly involved in the course of learning (3) so that further research is carried out using the research design qualitative in order to obtain more in-depth research results. Abstract

ABSTRACT One aspect of religious education that is lacking attention is the education of reading the Qur'an. In general, parents are more focused on general education so that many Muslim children who can not read and write the Qur'an. As a first step is to lay a strong religious foundation on children in preparation for wading their lives and future lives. Abstract

Abstract Education in Indonesia in the last decade has reaped many problems, one of which is by starting the loss of morality or character that engulfs the younger generation and this has become an important discussion that should be noted by all of us. As with many students who show the character that is considered unfavorable such as promiscuity or the other. Seeing this problem, it is necessary to have a number of breakthroughs, one of which is through internalization of Islamic religious values ​​implemented in schools, both through teaching in class and other activities such as religious extracurricular activities. Therefore, the researcher focused on the process and implications of internalizing Islamic religious values ​​at Miftahul Ulum Jatiurip Krejengan High School and hoped that they could be made as a solution in character formation. In this study using descriptive qualitative research. Abstract

ABSTRACT In the current era of globalization, education is one of the obligations that must be taken by personal and social that can not be negotiable. Because basically education is a social process that aims to develop the potential of human life in order to face the demands of the age in the future, along with the development and changing times that are increasingly shifting. Educational management is the study of how to organize resources to achieve goals that have been set productively and how to create a good atmosphere for people who participate in achieving agreed goals. In relation to the development of education, the madrasa head has a very important role and task. This is because the headmaster of a madrasa as a leader is one of the factors driving the progress of the world of education. This means that the headmaster is required to have the ability to carry out educational innovations that are no longer relevant to current conditions for the achievement of national and state development. While the things that must be considered for the head of madrasa in carrying out their duties should the principal really be able and mastered both theoretically and practically, in providing guidance to all his subordinates should be accompanied by concrete examples so that they can further spur motivation, innovation should be at MA Sirojut Tholibin Probolinggo Tiris Racek is planned far in advance. While teachers if there are problems in the teaching and learning process should seek solutions with other teaching staff, they should be able to further enhance their abilities in preparing themselves to face the possibilities that might occur.
