Abstract

This research purposed to analyzing the internal control system in providing credit at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Sidenreng Rappang. Is the internal control system implemented according to the intern of control elements according to COSO. The research data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The data analysis used is a qualitative method. The results showed that the provision of credit at PT BRI Cabang Sidenreng Rappang was carrying to based on a written application letter signed by the applicant. The credit application is written by in a form provided by the bank. Deskman or Customer Service is in charge of handling customer credit applications. Credit requirement documents in the form of customer financial reports. This document will use as a reference for the customer's business prospects.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of competence and leadership on the performance of Kecamatan Belawa, Kabupaten Wajo. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire. Six villages were the object of this research, with a total of 54 respondents. The data analysis technique used linear regression analysis. Research results show that: 1) competence has a significant positive effect on performance, 2) leadership has a positive and significant impact on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of environmental performance on firm value. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The results showed that the firm value variable had a significance of 0.030. The significance value of 0.030 is smaller than the significance value of α, namely 0.05. that shows that the environmental performance variable influences firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of motivation and work discipline on the service of the Kecamatan Batulappa, Kabupaten Pinrang. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample used was 22 respondents. Verify instruments with validity and reliability tests. The analysis method was statistical using the software tool of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 25. The results study show that the incentive to work on equipment services in Kecamatan Batulappa, Kabupaten Pinrang has a majority positive impact. Besides, job discipline also has, but not substantially, a positive effect on the servicing of officers in Kecamatan Batulappa, Kabupaten Pinrang. The two variables have a majority positive influence at the same time.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what influences a customer's decision to save at Bank Mandiri Syariah Parepare. The data collected by distributing questionnaires to a study sample of 114 respondents. Data processing using statistical tools SPSS 21. The results provided that the product has a positive impact on customer decisions with a regression coefficient of 0.137. The promotion has a positive effect on customer decisions with a regression coefficient of 0.129. Then, service has a positive influence on customer decisions with a regression coefficient of 0.584. the location has a positive effect on customer decisions with a regression coefficient of 0.112.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the level of trust and product quality on customer loyalty. The regression test results for the variable trust in customer loyalty show the number of t count = 2.191 with a significance value of 0.032. Using the value of t table = 1.665, the value of t count> t table (2.191> 1.665) so it can be concluded that it has a positive effect. (hypothesis is accepted). Thus the variable trust has a significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Pegadaian Unit Manisa, Kabupaten Rappang. The result of regression testing for the variable Product Quality to Customer Loyalty shows the number of t count = 4.112 with a significance value of 0.000. Use the value of t table = 1.665. Then the value of t count> t table (4.112> 1.665) so that the hypothesis is accepted. Thus product quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Pegadaian Unit Manisa, Kabupaten Rappang.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of social media use on employee performance at the Puskesmas Lakessi, Kota Parepare. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire instrument. The research population consisted of all 80 employees of the Puskesmas Lakessi. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the use of social media had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine of product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions of instant noodles-Indomie Goreng. The research sample was management students class 2016 Universitas Muhammadiyah Parepare. Data collected using the questionnaire method with a total sampling of 60 students. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using statistical data processing with multiple linear regression models. The results showed that: 1) Product quality does not affect purchasing decisions, 2) Promotion affects purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of salary and trust on the work motivation of cleaners at the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Kota Parepare. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 193 respondents. Data analysis through validity instrument test and multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing, determination test, and t-test. The partial test results show that salary has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. The same results were obtaining for the trust variable on work motivation. Simultaneously, there is a significant influence on salary and trust variables on work motivation

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Psychic Reward and Social Reward on the Job Satisfaction of Cleaners at the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Kota Parepare. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The sample in this study amounted to 193 respondents. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis test, data quality test, and multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing, determination test, and t-test. Data management tools using SPSS version 21.0. Based on the results of research that have been complete. It shows that Psychic Reward has a positive and significant effect on the Job Satisfaction of Cleaners at the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Kota Parepare. The Social Reward has a positive and significant impact on Job Satisfaction of Cleaners at the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Kota Parepare. Psychic Reward and Social Reward have a positive and significant effect on the Job Satisfaction of Cleaners at the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Kota Parepare.
