Abstract

Student’s satisfaction has become one of the most important factors in the education world. The goal of this research is to analyze the satisfaction level of the students toward the service quality of a university. Survey has been conducted on 370 students to measure the satisfaction level and to see any correlation between variables, whereas the dependent variable is student’s satisfaction and the independent variables are gender, level and faculty. This research is using Servqual (Service Quality) method, and this research has shown that overall satisfaction level of the students in the studied university is good, but there are still rooms for improvement especially in tangibility and staff responsiveness aspects. Kepuasan para mahasiswa telah menjadi salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam dunia usaha pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap kualitas pelayanan sebuah universitas. Data didapatkan melalui survey terhadap 370 mahasiswa untuk mengukur dan mengetahui korelasi variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen, dimana faktor dependent variabel yang digunakan adalah tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap kualitas pelayanan berdasarkan gender, tingkat dan fakultas, dengan menggunakan metode Servqual (Service Quality). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara keseluruhan para mahasiswa memiliki tingkat kepuasan yang baik, namun tetap ada ruang untuk perbaikan, lebih khusus pada aspek tangibility dan responsiveness.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether corporate governance has an influence on earnings management. Good Corporate Governance in this research is proxied by using the size of the board of commissioners, independent commissioners, and audit committee. Profitability is proxied by using ROA and ROE. This research uses descriptive statistical method on 102 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. It is found that Good Corporate Governance and profitability do not simultaneously affect earnings management. Partially, the board of commissioners, the independent board of commissioners, audit committee, ROA, and ROE, as well as company size as control variables have no significant effect on earnings management. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of employees in the West Bandung Culinary environment, as well as previous work experience. West Bandung Culinary is the place of research for this research. The research method used is descriptive/quantitative analysis, meaning that the research only focuses on disclosing an existing problem and trying to find a solution to that problem. Slovin-based sampling. This study uses observation, interviews, and questionnaires for data collection. Information was collected from 35 respondents to the questionnaire. analyzed with the help of SPSS 21 and Microsoft Excel 2013 for testing normality, partial (T), and the coefficient of determination. The research findings are as follows: The results of the simple regression test show that there is a positive and significant effect of work experience on performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.458 and a coefficient of determination of 0.21. In addition, the regression equation KK=39.00+0.41 PK, and the significance level T with a value of 0.006. West Bandung culinary is influenced by this work experience. Keywords: employee performance, work experience Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Kuliner Bandung Barat serta pengalaman kerja sebelumnya. Kuliner Bandung Barat menjadi tempat penelitian untuk penelitian ini. Bahasan penelitian menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif, dimana fokusnya hanya pada penyelesaian suatu masalah yang sudah ada dan berusaha mencari solusi dari masalah tersebut. Pengambilan sampel berbasis Slovin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner untuk pengumpulan data. Informasi dikumpulkan dari 35 responden untuk kuesioner. dianalisis dengan bantuan SPSS 21 dan Microsoft Excel 2013 untuk pengujian normalitas, parsial (T), dan koefisien determinasi. Temuan penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: Hasil uji regresi sederhana menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,458 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,21. Selain itu, persamaan regresi KK = 39,00 + 0,41 PK, dan tingkat signifikansi T dengan nilai 0,006. Kuliner Bandung Barat dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman kerja tersebut. Abstract

This study aims to find out what factors determine student decisions to use digital wallets. This study uses a qualitative approach to identify variables and a quantitative to classify variables into factors. This study took students studying in Indonesia as a sample, and 11 students underwent interviews and 309 students who became questionnaire respondents. After conducting the interview, 36 variables appear. Only 18 variables meet the value of communalities for further analysis to determine the factors determining the decision using the Exploratory Factor Analysis technique. The results of this study found that six factors determine the decision to use digital wallets by students, namely Primary Needs, Utilities Spending, Convenience, Education, E-Commerce, and Behavioral Shifting. The factor that most influences students' decisions to use digital wallets is the Primary Needs. Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors affecting consumer behaviour on shopping at modern mini markets in Kema village. This research is a quantitative-qualitative study using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). By using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires in two ways: Google Form and printed on paper then distributed directly to 200 respondents who live in Kema and have made at least 2 purchases at mini markets in Kema, with 19 statement items that have gone through the validation process. The results of this study found that there are 3 factors affecting consumer behaviour on shopping at modern mini markets in Kema village, they are Electronic Transaction, Customer Service, and Store Appearance. Based on the Independent t-test, it was found that there was no significant difference based on gender for the three existing factors. And for the ANOVA test, it was found that there was a significant difference based on income to Electronic Transaction, but for the Customer Service and Store Appearance there was no difference based on income. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam berbelanja di minimarket modern di desa Kema. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif-kualitatif yang menggunakan Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). Dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner dengan melalui dua cara yaitu, Google Form dan dicetak dengan kertas lalu dibagikan secara langsung kepada 200 responden yang berdomisili di desa Kema dan pernah melakukan minimal 2x pembelian di minimarket di desa Kema, dengan 19 item pernyataan yang telah melalui proses validasi terlebih dahulu. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapati bahwa terdapat 3 faktor yang terbentuk yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam berbelanja di minimarket modern di desa Kema yaitu Faktor Electronic Transaction, Faktor Customer Service, dan Faktor Store Appearance. Berdasarkan uji Independent t-test ditemukan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan berdasarkan gender terhadap ketiga faktor yang ada. Dan untuk uji ANOVA didapati bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan berdasarkan pendapatan terhadap Faktor Electronic Transaction, tetapi untuk Faktor Customer Service dan Faktor Store Appearance tidak terdapat perbedaan berdasarkan pendapatan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan SMA Advent di Minahasa Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode exploratory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan suportif dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan gaya kepemimpinan direktif, partisipatif dan berorientasi prestasi tidak berpengaruh kepada kinerja karyawan. Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to create a predictive model of the ARIMA method on the daily stock price of PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses daily secondary data from April 22, 2019, to April 20, 2020. The results of research using the ARIMA model shows that data from April 22, 2019, to April 20, 2020, can be used to predict stock closing prices from April 21, 2020, to July 13, 2020. The ARIMA model obtained the results of daily stock price predictions of PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 21 April 2020 to 13 July 2020 tend to experience a decline. This is presumably because investors tend to hold back their capital due to the government's prohibition on going home, which resulted in the cessation of operations in the aviation sector. Abstract

The Purpose of this study is to examine whether there is an effect between the variables of the board of directors, independent commissioners, and audit committees on return on equity in the food and beverage sector listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. Through purposive sampling techniques, there are 12 numbers of food and beverage industry companies that are consistently listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The method used in this study is an associative method using multiple regression. Statistical test results found that the variable number of board of directors, the proportion of independent commissioners, and the audit committee simultaneously influence the return on equity. If seen each variable has a different magnitude of influence of financial performance. The number of directors has a significant negative effect on return on equity, the proportion of independent directors has a significant positive effect on return on equity, but the audit committee variables does not have a significant effect on return on equity Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh antara variabel dewan direksi, komisaris independen, dan komite audit terhadap return on equity pada sektor makanan dan minuman yang tercatat di BEI tahun 2013 – 2017. Melalui teknik purposive sampling, terdapat 12 jumlah perusahaan industri makanan dan minuman yang konsisten terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2013 – 2017. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode asosiatif dengan menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil uji statistik mendapati bahwa variabel jumlah dewan direksi, proporsi komisaris independen, dan komite audit secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap return on equity. Jika dilihat masing-masing masing-masing variabel memiliki besaran pengaruh yang berbeda terhadap kinerja keuangan. Jumlah dewan direksi memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap return on equity, proporsi komisaris independen memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap return on equtiy, tetapi variabel komite audit tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap return on equity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian millenial dalam membeli brand kosmetik. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 104 responden dengan menggunakan metode Accidental Sample. Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung kepada responden yaitu para perempuan millenial yang terbesar di seluruh Indonesia berdasarkan kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan. Kemudian melalui data sekunder yang diperoleh dari bacaan seperti jurnal, buku, hasil penelitian, dan lain sebagainya. Dari hasil wawancara kami mendapatkan 10 variabel yang akan diteliti lebih lanjut yaitu Kualitas, Harga, Kemasan, Kecocokan, Komposisi, Merek Lokal, Review, BPOM, Rating, dan Toko (place). Analisis data dari penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik Faktor Analisis. Dari Hasil penelitian 10 variabel tersebut yang telah terekstraksi terdapat 4 faktor yang terbentuk yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian millenial dalam membeli Brand Kosmetik. Faktor-faktor tersebut adalah Faktor Kepercayaan, Faktor Eksternal, Faktor Acuan, dan Faktor Internal. Berikut merupakan variabel-variabelnya: Faktor Kepercayaan terdiri dari kecocokan, komposisi, review, BPOM dan rating. Kedua Faktor Eksternal terdiri dari komposisi, kemasan, toko. Yang ketiga Faktor Acuan yang terdiri dari review dan toko. Dan yang keempat yaitu Faktor Internal yang terdiri dari harga dan Kualitas. Dari semua 4 faktor tersebut faktor utama yang paling mempengaruhi pertimbangan millenial dalam membeli kosmetik adalah Faktor Kepercayaan. Kata kunci: Brand, Kosmetik, Membeli, Milenial

Abstract

The economic situation in Indonesia has suffered a major hit in various sectors since the end of 2019. This study aims to analyze the Valuation of Technology Company Shares listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the Dividend Discount Model and Free Cash Flow to Equity. This study uses a sample of 8 companies from 35 technology companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research data compares stock valuations in 2019, 2020 and 2021 before, during and after Covid 19. Statistical analysis uses the Kolmogorov-Smirnov one sample, Pair-Sample t-test, and descriptive statistical analysis. The research results show that there is a significant difference between the valuation of free cash flow to equity shares in 2019 before Covid 19 and in 2020 during Covid 19 in technology companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Conversely, for a comparison of 2019 and 2021 stock valuations, no significant difference was found and for the dividend discount model it was found that there was no significant difference between stock valuations in 2019 and in 2020, and 2021. Penelitian ini hendak menganalisis Valuasi Saham perusahaan Teknologi yang terdaftar di Indonesian Stock Exchange dengan menggunakan Dividen Discounted Model dan Free Cash Flow to Equity. Penelitian ini menggunakan sample 8 perusahaan dari 35 perusahaan teknologi di Indonesian Stock Exchange. Data penelitian membandingkan valuasi saham pada tahun 2019, 2020 dan 2021 pada masa sebelum, saat, dan sesudah covid-19. Analisa statistik menggunakan one sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Pair-Sample t-test, dan analisa statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara valuasi saham free cash flow to equity pada tahun 2019 sebelum covid-19 dan pada tahun 2020 saat covid-19 di perusahaan teknologi di Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sebaliknya, untuk perbandingan valuasi saham 2019 dan 2021, ditemukan tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan dan untuk dividend discounted model ditemukan tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara valuasi saham pada tahun 2019 dan pada tahun 2020, dan 2021.
