Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out, test and analyze the effect of service quality on the satisfaction and loyalty of clients of tax and management consultant office Dr. Sudarno, S.Pd., M.M., BKP and colleagues Pekanbaru. The study was conducted at the office of tax and management consultant Dr. Sudarno Pekanbaru. The study time starts in August and until November 2021. Respondents in this study were taken from the client office of tax and management consultant Dr. Sudarno Pekanbaru, which is as many as 86 clients consisting of WPOP and WPB. The sampling techniques used in the study used saturated samples in which all members of the population were sampled. The number of samples used in the study was that all members of the study object population were 86 respondents. The data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis the help of SPSS version 21 software. The results showed (1) Assurance has had a significant positive impact on client satisfaction (2) reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and tangibles have not had a significant positive impact on client satisfaction. Tangibles and satisfaction have a significant positive impact on client loyalty. (4) Reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have not had a significant positive impact on client loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence, career development, compensation, and organizational commitment on job satisfaction and teacher performance at public junior high schools in The Bangko district. This research is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study were all public junior high school teachers in the Bangko district with ASN status. The sample selection technique uses the census method. The sample in this study amounted to 79 respondents. Data processing uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the SmartPLS application. The results of this study indicate that competence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, career development has no significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has no significant effect on job satisfaction, competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, career development has a negative and significant effect on teacher performance, compensation has no significant effect on teacher performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to test the magnitude of the influence of motivation, training, commitment, and discipline to the satisfaction and performance of employees at PT. Sumber Mas Baru in Pekanbaru. Questionnaire as a data collector of 70 respondents proportionally all employees who work at PT. Sumber Mas Baru, tested using SPSS 21.0 Data Analysis and Path Analysis PLS (Path Smart PLS). Test results show that discipline has no direct and insignificant effect on satisfaction, commitment has no direct and insignificant effect on satisfaction, discipline has no direct or indirect influence and no significant to performance, commitment has no direct and indirect effect and not significant on the performance, the training does not directly or indirectly influence and not significant to the performance, the training has a direct and significant positive impact on satisfaction, and satisfaction has a direct and significant positive effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Sumber Mas Baru. In this test there are variables that are removed the variable of motivation karna experience multikorelasi both to satisfaction and performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether accounting records for MSMEs in the Balabo Scrap are in accordance with the Micro, Small, and Medium Entity Financial Accounting Standards (SAK EMKM). The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative analysis method which is a description of the result of interview and conducting comparisons of financial statements on MSMEs that are appropriate and not in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (SAK EMKM). The object in this study is the accounting records section on Balabo Scrap. The results of this study indicate that the Accounting Records in The Balabo Scrap are not yet in accordance with the Micro, Small, and Medium Entity Financial Accounting Standards (SAK EMKM) due to a lack of knowledge about accounting records and lack of socialization about SAK EMKM.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of training on employee performance, the effect of motivation on employee performance, the effect of career development on employee performance, the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and the effect of training, motivation, career development, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population of this research is employees of PT. OZF as many as 105 people. The research sample was 105 respondents, using census sampling technique. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25. The results of the study are as follows: Training has a significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, career development has a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, and training, motivation, career development, and job satisfaction simultaneously affect employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of education and training on the competence and performance of the tamtama mobile brigade (Brimob) of the regional police (Polda Riau). The method used in collecting data in this study was a questionnaire. The sample in this study was the entire population of the regional police Mobile Brigade (Polda Riau) totaling 131 members using the census method. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and Equation Model Structure analysis (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study indicate that education has a very significant impact on competence and performance, training has a very significant impact on competence and performance, and competence has a very significant impact on the performance of the Regional Police Mobile Brigade (Polda Riau).

Abstract

The purpose of this study, namely, to determine the effect of environmental accounting on environmental performance with Corporate Social Responsibility as an intervening variable in plantation companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, which is expected to provide insights to the plantation industry to formulate adequate environmental disclosure. This study uses secondary data in the form of annual reports and PROPER assessment results issued by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry on plantation companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with the analytical method in this study through path analysis and to determine the effect of the variables involved in the study, the Sobel test was used. The results show that environmental accounting has a positive effect on environmental performance, the better the application of environmental accounting, the more environmental performance will increase, then corporate social responsibility has a positive effect on environmental performance, the higher the value From the disclosure of corporate social responsibility, the value of environmental performance will also increase, and corporate social responsibility as an intervening variable may mediate the relationship between environmental accounting and environmental performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, leadership, and competence on job satisfaction and employee performance at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Pekanbaru City. This research is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The sample selection method in this study used the census method so the sample in this study was 78 respondents. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS 3 application. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, competence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has an effect not significant to employee performance, leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test the theory of planned behavior for sharia investment intentions. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed online. more than 100 respondents participated in both studies. The collected data was then analyzed using SPSS software. The findings of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence between subjective attitudes and norms with the intention to invest in Sukuk and Sharia Stocks. but unfortunately, the perceived behavioral control variable has a positive but not significant effect. The implication of the findings of this study is that parties with an interest in increasing public participation in sharia investing can design the right program to achieve its goals.

Abstract

PT. Rudy Agung Laksana Jambi is one of the companies engaged in the distribution of fuel oil which is located in the Jambi area where the fuel distribution system still uses Microsoft Excel. The enterprise have some problems due to the fact the inventory of oil ordered to Pertamina is limited, so orders from those clients delays from each the middle and company branches. Problems in data such as duplicate data, data storage that is still separate so that the difficulty in finding data, and making the result report is less effective and efficient to be presented to the owner of the company. Therefore, this paper aims to provide a solution to the problems that occur by offering FUEL distribution information systems using web programming with PHP language and MySQL database where the author develops the system with the new system produces output that can display customer data, supplier data, product data, purchase data, and income data, and can print reports needed to be presented to the owner of the company.
