Abstract

The background of this research is the work productivity of CV Hurip employees, which fluctuates, where there is an increase and there is also a decrease. Employees lack the ability to complete the job. Employees lack the ability to improve work results achieved. Employees do not prioritize quality. The leadership of CV Hurip is responsible, wise, able to manage, direct, influence and understand the wishes of employees. Leaders are able to overcome the problems currently faced by employees. Leaders provide compensation for each employee is still lacking. Thus, the purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of leadership patterns on the work productivity of CV Hurip employees in Ciamis Regency. Knowing and analyzing the influence of corporate culture on the work productivity of CV Hurip employees in Ciamis Regency. Knowing and analyzing the influence of leadership patterns and corporate culture on the work productivity of CV Hurip employees in Ciamis Regency. This type of research is an explanatory survey while the data analysis technique is descriptive statistics. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the pattern of leadership tends to be high, as well as high employee work productivity. This indicates a strong influence of leadership patterns on employee work productivity. This means that if the pattern of leadership increases, it will be followed by an increase in employee work productivity. Company culture tends to be high, as well as high employee work productivity. This indicates a strong influence of corporate culture on employee productivity . This means that if the company's culture increases, it will be followed by an increase in employee work productivity. Leadership patterns and corporate culture tend to be high, as well as high employee work productivity. Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on the work discipline of UPTD employees in brackish water and marine fisheries in the northern region of West Java province. The method used in this research is descriptive design analysis using survey techniques. The results showed that work motivation in the UPTD of brackish water and sea fisheries in the northern region of West Java Province was in the very high category, so that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Job satisfaction in the UPTD of brackish water and sea fisheries in the northern region of West Java Province is in the very high category, so that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Work discipline in the UPTD of brackish water and marine fisheries in the northern region of West Java Province is in the very high category, so that motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline.

Abstract

Human resources play an important role in helping an organization or company achieve its goals, and as a result, business growth is highly dependent on employee performance. Each employee receives a salary directly from the company, which is distributed at a time determined by the company, in accordance with the terms of the employee agreement with the company. UD Wahyu Printing is still doing it. At the UD Wahyu printing press, payroll calculation activities are still carried out manually using a calculator and manual recording which causes errors in calculating an employee's salary, so an electronic system must be created to overcome this problem. As for a goal to be achieved in this research is to perform a salary calculation of employees by implementing an automatic payroll system to make it more effective and efficient. This study uses a type of qualitative research with interviews and direct observation methods. The results of this study through the stages of implementation and trials carried out that the employee payroll information system at the UD Wahyu printing press can link payroll information with employee attendance procedures, and the data is stored in a database so that reports can be printed. And the system can provide facilities to employees regarding payroll calculations.

Abstract

The background of this research is that the performance of field technical officers at the Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Service is still not optimal. The contributing factors are office facilities, work motivation and work discipline of Animal Health Technical Officers which also do not support performance implementation. Thus, the purpose of this study was to find out and describe office facilities, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of Animal Health Technical Officers. The method used is quantitative descriptive with the results of the study showing that office facilities have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Animal Health Technical officers. This means that if the office facilities increase, it will be followed by an increase in the performance of Animal Health Technical officers. work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Animal Health Technical officers. This means that if work motivation increases, it will be followed by an increase in the performance of Health Technical officers. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Animal Health Technical officers. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the corn agribusiness supply chain in Sigi Regency, precisely in Sidondo Village. The paradigm in this study is the constructivism paradigm. A qualitative descriptive approach is used in this study. This research requires 15 informants consisting of Farmers, Fertilizer Providers, Seed Providers, Collectors, Wholesalers, Small Traders, Consumers. The data collection process was carried out by direct field interviews with informants. The data analysis method used is the Nvivo 12 Plus software. The results of this study indicate that the sweet corn agribusiness supply chain in Sidondo Village is included in the Upstream Supply Chain, Internal Supply Chain, and Downstream Supply Chain routes. The results of this study indicate that the upstream supply chain is related to the activity of providing corn seeds and the provision of corn fertilizer to corn farmers, the internal supply chain is related to the corn production process from planting to post-harvest, and the downstream supply chain is related to the distribution of crops up to the end consumers. The effectiveness and efficiency of the sweet corn agribusiness supply chain in Sidondo Village has been running well and smoothly. There is already coordination, information sharing, communication, and flexibility in corn agribusiness in Sigi District, Sidondo Village.

Abstract

Financial management is one of the main courses at the Faculty of Economics and Business. However, this course is often considered a difficult subject for some students. This study is a qualitative study with a theoretical perspective by constructing a financial management visualization scheme. The aim is to provide illustrations that provide a complete view to make it easier to understand financial management. The discussion is given in a comprehensive manner regarding the function of financial management, namely seeking funds in an efficient composition, making investments effectively, and dividing profits (dividends) strategically as shown in a brief financial report. This financial management function is carried out to achieve company goals, namely the value of the firm in the form of stock prices. The results show that it does not only provide benefits for shareholders or owners, but also long-term benefits for stakeholders or related parties in the form of corporate social responsibility.

Abstract

This study is to examine the effect of recruitment, employee selection and competence on employee performance at PT. Indo Raya Tenaga. The methods used are Descriptive and Associative Quantitative Methods. The population is 115 employees. The sampling technique used by researchers is Probability Sampling of 54 employees. Data was collected using Questionnaires and Interviews. To test models and hypotheses, the spss program version 25 is used. The results showed that simultaneously Recruitment, Employee Selection and Competency had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance Partial Recruitment, Employee Selection and Competency had a positive and significant effect on the Performance of PT. Indo Raya Tenaga. Suggestions for research and further companies must pay attention to recruitment, employee selection and competence can lead employees to successful career patterns, such as salary increases, promotions, and various other positive points in PT PT companies. Indo Raya Tenaga until it is growing

Abstract

Quality Service Telephone Operator implementation is quite good, but in some dimensions of service indicators are still not satisfactory in serving guests or customers who visit and stay . The lack of speed in serving guests so that guests wait long to be serve, guests often have to try and repeat phone calls to get a response from officers operators in this case guests do not feel the comfort and satisfaction with the services provided by staff. The qualitative method used to examine the condition of natural objects, where the researcher as the key instrument and using data collection by observation, interviews and document research. In terms of responsiveness is still lacking due to the lack of speed in serving guests who need assistance. So is the form of direct services that there are still obstacles in communication , technical issues weak telecommunications network is the main thing for in hibitor maximum service. From these results it can be concluded that should be directed to improving the quality of service to guests or customers .

Abstract

This artichle is entitled: EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION IN BANJAR DISTRICT OFFICE, BANJAR CITY, which aims to determine the weaknesses and strengths of employee performance at the Banjar District Office, as well as to describe the work process based on employee performance indicators included in this thesis. Employee performance evaluation is carried out periodically, which is an effort to improve employee performance deficiencies and strengths so that employee performance becomes optimal. Evaluation of employee performance is also a motivation for employees to continue to improve skills and develop productivity at work so that they can meet predetermined work standards. Employee performance evaluation is one of the drivers of increasing employee human resources through employee performance evaluation. So in this way employee human resources can continue to increase accompanied by continuously better performance in order to achieve the objectives of the Banjar District Office, Banjar City. This study uses qualitative methods to determine the search, collection and processing and analysis of data. This qualitative research is descriptive in nature, namely explaining events or activities at the time of research or actual. By describing, describing, recording, analyzing, interpreting events and facts into research results. The results of the study show that employee performance evaluation has been carried out routinely through SKP (Employee Performance Targets). Thus so far, the evaluation itself has been running effectively and quickly

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) to evaluate the financial performance of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk from 2017 to 2021 using various financial ratios. The financial ratios to be used include liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios. The design of this study uses a quantitative descriptive approach, which means that the data obtained will be analyzed statistically to provide an overview of the company's financial condition. The survey research method was used to collect financial data from PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk. The results of the study show: that the financial performance of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk for the 2017-2021 period based on ratio analysis (1) the calculation of the liquidity ratio (current ratio and quick ratio) is said to be not good. (2) solvency ratios, such as (debt to asset ratio) are said to be not good, while (debt to equity ratio) can be said to be good. (3) Activity ratios, such as inventory turnover, are good. (4) profitability ratios, such as (return on equity and return on investment) can be said to be not good.
