Abstract

Education is the process of creating the nation's next generation which determines life in the future. Education is a very important process and cannot be separated from human life, to form a superior personality. Study This is the development of learning media for students' school-based interactive and digital-based. Study this aims to produce learning media that can touch aspect awareness environment for students school base. Study this was done based on findings of problems with learning about the acquired environment from interviews with the class teacher on one school State foundation in Seriwe. Learning media is used in the learning process about the environment only using learning videos. Inclined use of learning media monotonous not enough give encourage in development attitude students about the environment in State Elementary Schools. There are several design learning media development models interactive at SDN 1 Seriwe including analysis development syllabus, plan learning, and teaching. Based on the results of data interviews many teachers at SDN 1 Seriwe have Not yet made syllabi, plan learning, and teaching materials. This is what causes it to obstruct the media development process. Besides that design/development model learning is also necessary so that students do not feel bored inside class So need to make changes and design the class.

Abstract

Since education is a means of expressing the dynamic nature of human culture and a prerequisite for growth, any modifications or advancements in the field should be aligned with shifts in the culture of life. Study this aims to know the effective application method and ask for answers to increase results study student class VI at MI Nawwarul Uyun NW 2 Tutuk. Method ask answer chosen because can push interaction active between teacher and student as well as develop understanding student through question and focused answers on material learning. The research used is Study Action Class (PTK) with participants totaling 15 students from class VI MI Nawwarul Uyun NW 2 Tutuk.  The study was done in two cycles, where every cycle consists of stage planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Results study show a positive change in the interaction between teacher and student after applying the method to ask for answers more efficiently. The teacher is capable push participation and more students active by giving bait constructive feedback. Besides that mark, before the average applied method asks the answer is 63 under KKM 70, meanwhile after the applied method asks the answer with efficiency, the average value increases to 71 .4 on cycle first And reaches 77.6 in cycle second. Based on the observation of the results, can concluded that the application method asks for answers in a manner effective in learning Mathematics and can increase results study student class VI MI Nawwarul Uyun NW 2 Tutuk. Method this can push thinking critical and involve the student in learning.

Abstract

SWOT analysis is widely used as a tool for analyzing a company's internal and external environment. This analysis is based on the idea that effective strategies minimize weaknesses and threats if used correctly, this simple idea has a significant impact on how the strategy is created. Developing an appropriate conceptual model to determine company strategy and identifying optimal areas using SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Threats, Opportunities) and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) techniques will help further company strategy and build a conceptual model to find the optimal area. Conversely, a SWOT analysis also determines which components will help the company achieve its goals, which groups face challenges, and what will dominate or be minimized to achieve the desired results. With rapid changes, the challenges of the 40th Industrial Era can provide entrepreneurs with both opportunities and threats. Therefore, a company must have an appropriate competitive strategy to achieve the goal of increasing profit or profit by one way, namely increasing marketing. One way to understand the right strategy for a company is to carry out a SWOT analysis.

Abstract

Management are widely recognized in Indonesia, particularly in the fields of education, social work, and government. Management is a crucial discipline that plays a vital role in enhancing the performance of an organization. Kinerja, or work performance, is a combination of skills, effort, and effort that can be measured. It is a vital aspect of a school's functioning and is closely related to organizational needs, management, and employees. Kinerja management is a comprehensive approach to improving a school's educational system. It involves strategic planning, enhancing instructional practices, and improving student performance. This approach is based on three critical pillars: the teacher, school, and the educational system. The teacher's role in managing kinerja involves collaboration and identifying effective teaching strategies. The school's role in managing kinerja involves promoting teacher development, ensuring student performance, and conducting evaluations. Management are essential components of a school's success. They help create a conducive environment for learning and development, ultimately leading to better student performance.

Abstract

Strategi sangat perlu diperhatikan dalam proses pembelajaran, dengan adanya strategi maka proses belajar mengajar akan berlangsung dengan baik sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa pendidikan agama islam menjadikan guru perlu memainkan strategi pembelajaran yang menarik dan terbaru. Kondisi inilah yang dihadapi di SMP IT Daarul Muttaqien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi analisis dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dan ditunjang oleh referensi-referensi yang berkaitan dengan tema yang dibahas di tulisan ini. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa di SMP IT Daarul Muttaqien. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dibantu dengan observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan strategi dalam memotivasi belajar pada siswa dilakukan melalui; perencanaan strategi pengorganisasian, strategi penyampaian, perencanaan strategi penyampaian melahirkan beberapa item meliputi: 1) mempersiapkan kisah-kisah, 2) persiapan media (alat), 3) perencanaan pembelajaran melalui game. Perencanaan strategi pengelolaan kelas dan materi pembelajaran. Perencanaan strategi ini dilakukan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam untuk memperlancar proses pelaksanaan strategi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam memotivasi siswa.

Abstract

Writing skills in elementary school will form basic skills that affect writing skills at the next level. Writing learning is expected to shape elementary school students to be able to communicate well in writing in their lives. The purpose of this study was to find out how to optimize the difficulties in writing skills in Holistic learning for grade III students of SDN 6 Bandar Baru. This study used Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this study were 16 students in grade III consisting of 9 males and 7 females. This study used two cycles in the first cycle consisting of two meetings, while the second cycle was one meeting. Data collection techniques through observation of portfolio sheets and documentation. Data analysis techniques in the form of CAR to determine the effect of holistic learning methods on students. Based on the data analysis, it is known that after using holistic learning, learning outcomes were applied. This can be seen from the increase in learning completeness in students in Cycle I, the average completeness obtained was 63.25%, as many as 8 students exceeded the KKM in Cycle II, the average Post Test completeness was 88%, as many as 15 students exceeded the KKM. In this case, it can be proven that there is an increase in the percentage of cycle I and cycle II, which is 25%. So it can be concluded that the use of the Holistic Learning method can improve the activity and learning outcomes of class III students of SDN 6 Bandar Baru.

Abstract

The Qur’an teacher, which in religious terms is often called ustadz, mudarris, mu’alim, and mu’addib, is a term for someone who teaches Islamic knowledge to the community. Other nicknames that are more familiar to the ears of the Indonesian people are guru, lecturer, tutor, and kiyai. This study aims to determine the role and obstacles of the Qur’an teacher in improving student learning achievement at the Al-Gafari Educational Institution. This study uses the Qualitative Descriptive method to obtain information on the role and obstacles of the Qur’an teacher in improving student learning achievement at the Al-Gafari Educational Institution. This study uses unstructured and structured interviews by researchers with the Head of the Institution, Qur’an teacher, Parents of Students, and Students of the Al-Gafari Educational Institution. The results of this study show that there are several roles of the Koran Recital Teacher, including the Qur’an Recital Teacher as someone who provides the basis for students to become proficient in reading and writing the Koran, the Qur’an Recital Teacher as a director, instiller and guide for students in having good morals towards parents, teachers and peers, the Qur’an Recital Teacher as a motivator for students to continue learning in depth the Qur’an and Hadith, the Qur’an Recital Teacher as a controller in the learning process at the Qur’an recitation place, the Koran Recital Teacher as a mediator and solution provider in religious problems, especially in problems with the procedures for reading the Koran and Hadith properly and correctly, the Qur’an Recital Teacher as a role model for his students and, the Qur’an Recital Teacher as an instiller of discipline in students. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced by Qur’an teachers in improving student learning achievement at Al-Gafari Educational Institution are the lack of interest and enthusiasm of students in reciting the Qur’an, students are too busy playing with their cellphones so they are negligent in reciting the Qur’an, the students' residential environment is far from the place of reciting the Qur’an, the lack of support and motivation from the student's parents so that students are lazy to go to reciting the Qur’an, Qur’an teachers cannot be too firm in responding to students who are lazy and naughty in reciting the Qur’an because of human rights.

Abstract

Character is an essential and fundamental thing in life. Not only that, the character is also like a living gem that distinguishes humans from animals. This study was conducted with the aim of 1) to determine the role of the imtaq program in shaping the character of students at SDI Ihsan Al-Baity 2) to determine the efforts to shape the character of students at SDI Ihsan Al-Baity 3) to determine the impact of imtaq program activities in shaping the character of students at SDI Ihsan Al-Baity. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. The data collection technique uses observation, interview, and documentation methods. Based on the data analysis, it can be explained that the Imtaq program's role in shaping students' character at the Islamic elementary school Ihsan Al-Baity has been carried out well. There are several roles of the imtaq program, including 1) increasing faith and devotion to God Almighty; 2) developing religious values; 3) increasing students' awareness to do good and avoid doing bad; 4) developing an attitude of responsibility, discipline, and independence; 5) increasing students' ability to adapt to the environment; 6) increasing spiritual intelligence; 7) developing students' tolerance. Second, efforts to form students' character at SDI Ihsan Al-baity through the imtaq program which is carried out in the morning by reading sholawat nahdatin, reading surah yasin, reading asmaul husna, memorizing prayers, memorizing hadith, practicing adzan, practicing iqomah, practicing prayer and studies by the imtaq instructor. Third, the impact of the image program in forming students' character at SDI Ihsan Al-baity is: students have religious morals, students have a responsible attitude, students begin to behave politely and courteously towards teachers and each other, students begin to obey school rules, often do good deeds, keep their promises and begin to help each other.

Abstract

This study was conducted to know the role of teachers in shaping the character of students in the subject of aqidah ahklak class V at MI NW Penakak and to know the morals of class V students at MI NW Penakak. This study is a qualitative study conducted. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, with Data collection techniques, observation, interview, and documentation methods. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that: first, the role of teachers in shaping the character of students in the subject of Aqidah ahklak in class 5 MI NW Penakak has been carried out very well by the class teacher. There are several roles played by teachers, including: 1). teacher as a facilitator. 2). teacher as a director. 3). teacher as a motivator. second, how are the morals of class V students at MI NW Penakak? Third, there are several supporting and inhibiting factors in the role of aqidah ahklak teachers in shaping the character of class V students of MI NW Penakak, including: 1). supporting factors, including a good school environment, good learning media, good learning facilities, and teachers who can make the class lively and full of enthusiasm: 2). inhibiting factors, including students sometimes not going to school, lack of pocket money, poor student health, there are students from broken homes, and the level of intelligence of each student.

Abstract

Children are the next generation for the family, nation, and religion, thus children need to receive good parenting from their parents, so that when they grow and develop into adults, they will become humans who have strong personalities and have various kinds of useful abilities and skills. This study aims to determine the parenting pattern in shaping children's character and the implications of parenting patterns on children's character in Class IV MI NW Keruak. This type of research is qualitative research, a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior. This research was conducted by collecting data in a reasonable state, using a systematic, directed, and accountable working method, so that it does not lose its scientific nature or a series of activities or processes of collecting data/information that is reasonable. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation methods, and documentation methods. The research analysis results show that the formation of children's character tends to be influenced by the form of parenting patterns at home. Parenting patterns can be defined as patterns of interaction between children and parents which include providing physical needs (such as eating, drinking, and others) and psychological needs (such as a sense of security, affection, and others), as well as socialization of norms that apply in society so that children can live in harmony with their environment. In other words, parenting patterns also include patterns of interaction between parents and children in the context of children's character education. It can be concluded and understood that the parenting pattern of parents towards the character formation of grade IV MI Keruak children has been done well. This is proven by the fact that children have begun to be able to speak politely and behave well to everyone, are not selfish, respect others, and are disciplined in everyday life.
