Jurnal Pengabdian Manajemen merupakan jurnal hasil pengabdian masyarakat dengan menggunakan sistem blind peer-review yang didedikasikan untuk publikasi artikel ilmiah yang berkualitas dalam bidang ilmu manajemen secara khusus dan dalam bidang ekonomi dan bisnis secara umum. Lingkup area pengabdian masyarakat antara lain (1) Manajemen Strategik, (2) Manajemen Pemasaran, (3) Manajemen Keuangan, (4) Manajemen Operasional, (5) Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, (6) Manajemen Rantai Pasok (Supply Chain Mangement) (7) Bisnis dan/ atau (8) Penelitian di bidang organisasi yang memiliki pengaruh dan berkaitan dengan kegiatan manajemen organisasi bisnis. Jurnal Pengabdian Manajemen berlandaskan pada "open access" yang memungkinkan seluruh artikel yang diterbitkan dapat diakses online secara bebas tanpa adanya model berlangganan. Per-tahun 2021 Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat terbit untuk pertama kalinya dan nantinya akan menerbitkan sebanyak 2 kali dalam satu tahun, yakni di bulan Agustus dan Februari

Abstract

At this time, the important role of Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) is felt in supporting the increase in family income, especially during the pandemic, because the economic situation affected is so broad and provides challenges and hopes to keep trying in a situation of limiting restrictions and implementing health protocols during the pandemic. Situations like this also happen to street vendors around Lontar Sewu Gresik Tourism, because after all the high and low sales of street vendors will also depend on the number of visitors to tourist sites, the more visitors there are, the higher the potential for purchases of street vendors who are around tourist sites. The problem that occurs in cooperative street vendors is that the priority activities to be carried out are business management issues, including marketing and service management and business management oriented to the implementation of health protocols. The initial study that we found in the field during our observations was that there was still traditional business management (how to sell, business packaging) services through communication that were still sales-oriented, not customer-oriented, and had not implemented health protocols optimally in their sales activities. The plan for this activity is to strengthen the capacity of service and business management that is oriented towards cleanliness and health during the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract

Today more and more women are having careers outside the home, especially those working in offices, in certain places and this always raises pros and cons. Women work, wives work, this sometimes creates problems in the family. Some cannot accept it, some accept it, some do it with an open heart, some do it with a guilty heart. There are women who work but are constantly plagued with guilt because they think they should be at home. The purpose of the service is to explain in more detail solutions to solving problems regarding the positive and negative sides of women's dual roles and regarding the mechanisms for managing or managing time. The socialization was carried out face-to-face with Almadany Elementary School teachers. Along with presenting the material, the implementing team showed a video that had been made by the implementing team on Youtube regarding women's mental health. The final result is that participants can understand how to maintain mental health in multiple roles.

Abstract

At this time a wife or housewife is required to think more modern and creative to help improve family welfare. Because it is very important it is felt to provide education to housewives about the marketplace and e-commerce, so it is hoped that this activity can provide insight and knowledge to brands. The output target in this service activity is to provide skills to housewives in terms of training on the use of patchwork as masks, e-commerce literacy in the shopee marketplace with the hope that after having expertise and skills in e-commerce, they can improve the economy for family welfare.

Abstract

Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah already has a large number of business charities. As an organization that echoes the spirit of progress, Muhammadiyah continues to improve in organizational management to realize good organizational governance. This service is part of efforts to realize good governance, especially in the field of financial management. This dedication partner is Muhammdiyah's charitable efforts in the fields of Education and Health in Tuban district. The form of activity is workshops and assistance in the field of tax and accounting. The initial workshop and mentoring activities were carried out by controlling business charity status (AUM) for the purpose of issuing Business Identification Numbers (NIB). Assistance is carried out after AUM has a NPWP, Financial Statements and NIB.

Abstract

Most universities are more concerned with accreditation or SPME rather than SPMI, accreditation has always been the goal of improving the quality of study programs or universities. Once the accreditation is out, the institution will no longer carry out internal quality evaluations. In the law, the SPMI process must be carried out by universities at least once a year. If study programs or universities only improve their quality in order to achieve good accreditation scores, there is a tendency that internal quality will not increase. The most important thing to achieve good accreditation is to apply the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) pattern. By improving the internal quality first, it is certain that the accreditation process will also be good. This service seeks to help the Tarbiyah Muhammadiyah Paciran Lamongan College of Science become a quality university and can compete with other universities. If the quality of the university is maintained, it can attract students to continue their studies at the university. It is hoped that this service activity using the workshop and mentoring method will make STITM Paciran have a management system that is organized according to university standard rules. The service team will provide explanations regarding the national standards of higher education, the ways that STITM partnering can do to achieve perfect quality. If universities can carry out management according to SN Dikti, an organizational culture will also be formed because all activities are carried out in accordance with SN Dikti.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to carry out the Leadership learning process, and improve the quality of Team Effectiveness. Materials for the Styles of Leadership, and Effective Team program are given using lecture and discussion methods. The target audience is the administrators and coaches of Karang Taruna. The results of the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) showed that telling leadership could not increase the quantity of activities and the quality of activities as well as the time used. The leadership learning process at the Karang Taruna organization RW 21 Suci Village, Manyar District, Gresik Regency, the behavior of the leader succeeded in influencing his group members to carry out the work. Improving the quality of Team Effectiveness in the organization Karang Taruna RW 21 Suci Village, Manyar District, Gresik Regency, selling, participating, and delegating leadership can improve the performance of its members.

Abstract

Santri are known to have independent, simple characters, do not give up easily and are willing to take risks. It is the character of the santri that becomes the capital of an entrepreneurial spirit. The main problem that arises today is the mentality of the entrepreneurial spirit of students. There are still many Islamic boarding schools that do not yet have an entrepreneurship program. In practice, many Islamic boarding schools develop spontaneous entrepreneurial activities. Pondok Al kayyis is a student hostel where all the students are students of Trunojoyo University, Madura. This boarding school consists of Pondok Putri and Pondok Pesantren with a total number of students of approximately 80 students. Budikdamber is an alternative to catfish cultivation that has just been recognized by the students, and this turned out to be very attractive to the students because the ingredients are simple and easy to obtain. Apart from that, budikdamber does not require external land to do so and provides great potential that promises to be used as a business or business. The low cost and fast harvest are the main attraction for the students to try it. The students who have backgrounds in various majors also begin to understand that entrepreneurship does not only require technical skills but also has good leadership skills in entrepreneurship to be successful. Self-confidence, high motivation, always innovative/creative, communicative, solutive and focused are the leadership qualities that must be possessed by successful entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Permasalahan ekonomi di daerah pesisir menyangkut kebijakan ekonomi makro, kemiskinan, kesenjangan dalam pendapatan, kesenjangan kepemilikan sumber daya alam menjadi faktor utama penyebab kemiskinan. Upaya peningkatan pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan melihat sumber daya lokal yang ada menjadi sasaran pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan di Desa Prambangan sebagai salah satu desa yang berada di Kabupaten Gresik dengan potensi berupa hasil produk UMKM seperti sapit bandeng sebagai produk andalan, agar dapat menjangkau pasar sasaran yang lebih luas maka perlu dilakukan model pemasaran yang lebih kekinian yaitu secara e-commerce melalui platform online shop yaitu Tokopedia, Shopee, dan Bukalapak. Dengan pemberian pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penjualan dari Sapit Bandeng ini. Pendampingan ini memberikan pelatihan bagaimana cara mendaftar di Tokopedia, membuat kemasan yang menarik, dan berbagai promosi yang dapat menarik minat konsumen online. Serta pemberian pelatihan budidaya lele di ember (Budidamber) sebagai salah satu upaya ketahanan pangan bagi keluarga.

Abstract

The community service program proposed by the devotees will be carried out at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. The process of situation analysis and identification of problems with service partners was carried out on March 3, 2021. Based on the situation analysis process, the service found that entrepreneurship subject activities at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang still need to be readjusted related to business details that must be built when setting up a business. Because of this need, we as a servant answer this by providing assistance with entrepreneurship learning methods with the canvas business model method. The purpose of the implementation of this service program is to provide knowledge and improve the skills of teachers in creating new businesses which will later be applied in entrepreneurship subjects at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. In this service, the servant will provide assistance to teachers in using the Business Model Canvas method. Through this service program, it is hoped that entrepreneurship subject teachers can apply it during the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

University Education Education and teaching, research and development, and community service make up the three pillars of Tri Dharma. Typically, each college simply concentrates on education and teaching in order to make the other two elements slightly better. Bojonegoro Regency is home to the Muhammadiyah College of Tarbiyah (STIT) Muhammadiyah Bojonegoro. The tri dharma is still not being implemented to its full potential, particularly in terms of research and community service. It is intended that by providing this service, the number and quality of research and service will both rise. The mentorship and workshop strategy is employed in this service. This exercise starts with recognizing the issues that partners are facing, which is followed by sharing sessions. To ensure that agency activities adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Ministry of Education and Culture, agencies must encourage all lecturers to practice the tri dharma properly. To transform the culture, nevertheless, considerable effort must be put into encouraging all levels of the existing human resources to abide by the regulations established in accordance with SN DIKTI.
