Abstract

Air transportation has an important role in providing transportation services for the transportation of people and goods between one airport and another, which is located connecting one country to another by using airplanes through flight routes (flight routes). The role of the airport as an air transportation infrastructure that continues to grow, is not only a symbol of transportation but also a symbol of the economy. The author raises the title of the thesis about "Analysis of Passenger Interests at Abdul Rachman Saleh Airport, Malang City ". This airport is quite interesting to research because it has very minimal flight routes, with only two flight routes. This research uses mixed methods or combination methods which combine quantitative methods and qualitative methods. The type of data used is secondary data. The results of this study cover the quality of service to the interests of passengers at Abdul Rachman Saleh Airport, Malang City, by conducting a trial of a questionnaire instrument that collects 15 questions that are disclosed to 30 respondents. Of the 15 questions, there are 13 valid questionnaire questions and 2 invalid ones.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of working capital and capital structure on company value with profitability as an intervening variable in metal subsector companies and similar companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. The sample selection in this study used purposive sampling with a sample of 7 companies with a period of 5 years. The results of this study show that (1) Working capital has a significant effect on profitability, (2) Working capital does not have a significant effect on company value (3) Capital structure has a significant effect on profitability, (4) capital structure has no significant effect on company value and (5) profitability has a significant effect on company value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence between the profitability ratio and the company's profit growth ratio on the capital structure of PT. Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk Period 2014-2021. This research is a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data sources used are secondary data sources from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling method. The results showed that the Profitability Ratio represented by the Return On Equity had a significant negative effect on the Capital Structure represented by the Debt to Equity Ratio at PT. Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk in 2014-2021. Then the Company's Growth Ratio represented by Growth of Sales has a significant negative effect on the Capital Structure represented by the Debt to Equity Ratio at PT. Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk in 2014-2021. And the Profitability Ratio and Growth ratio have a significant negative effect on the Capital Structure at PT. Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk in 2014-2021.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially of the Job Skills variable and the Compensation variable on Work Productivity. The population used in this study were 180 Al-Markaz Collection employees. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample selection uses a random sample. The sample used is using a random sampling sample with the slovin formula, namely 124 employees. Sources of data in this study are secondary data and primary data. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that Work Skills and Compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on Work Productivity. Work Skills partially have a significant effect on Work Productivity. Compensation partially has a significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

Reports on sources and uses of working capital can function as a basis for planning, management and supervision of working capital in the future. This research aims to determine the source and use of PT's working capital. Fast Food Indonesia Tbk and to find out the level of company profitability. This research method is a quantitative descriptive method. The data source used is secondary data. From the research results, it is known that the company's largest source of working capital comes from undetermined retained earnings, while the company's largest use of working capital is other non-current assets. The management of sources and use of the company's working capital in the 2017-2018 period was quite good, as can be seen from the increase in the current ratio and quick ratio. However, in 2019-2021 both experienced a decline. Meanwhile, the company's working capital turnover ratio is said to be effective because from 2017 to 2020 it continued to increase, but in 2021 there was a decline. Meanwhile, the company's profitability for the 2017-2021 period experienced fluctuating values. Gross Profit Margin 62.55%, 62.15%, 62.54%, 59.27%, 60.65%. Net Profit Margin 3.15%, 3.35%, 3.60%, -7.79%, -6.11%. Return On Assets 5.99%, 9.34%, 9.09%, -12.36%, -10.81%. Return On Equity 12.91%, 13.76%, 14.55%, -30.26%, -32.17%.

Abstract

This research aims to see the ability of the Current Ratio, Return on Assets and Debt to Equity Ratio on Profit Growth in the Ceramics, Glass and Porcelain Sub-Sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2017 - 2021. Using financial reports obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research results show that together the variables Current Ratio, Return On Assets and Debt to Equity Ratio have a positive and significant effect on Profit Growth. The coefficient of determination test shows that it is 40%, while the remaining 60% is influenced by other factors outside the research. Partially, the Current Ratio has a positive and significant effect of 0.0309 and the t-statistic is 2.336784. Partially Return On Assets has a positive and significant effect of 0.0051 and a t-statistic of 2.522635. And partially the Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive and significant effect of 0.0117 and a t-statistic of 2.266093.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Organizational Activeness and Learning Motivation on Academic Achievement of Management Students at Ormawa Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya for the 2022-2023 period. The research method used in this research is quantitative research methods with questionnaires, The population in this study was 37 Management Students at the Ormawa Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya for the 2022-2023 period. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis tools using SPSS version 25 software. The results of the study showed that organizational activity and learning motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on academic achievement. Partial Organizational Activeness has a significant effect on Academic Achievement. Learning motivation partially has a significant effect on academic achievement.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) is a way to provide employees with an understanding of how to develop employment opportunities, work groups that have the appropriate capacity to provide appreciation for their efforts and work. This is because HR is tasked with realizing the vision and mission of a company. By taking a sample of 35, namely all UD employees. Syafaat Prambon with correlation and regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis concluded: 1) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on UD employee productivity. Prambon Intercession. 2) Occupational Safety and Health has a negative and significant effect on the productivity of UD Syafaat Prambon employees. 3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on UD employee productivity. Prambon Intercession. 4) Simultaneously, it is known that there is a significant influence between work discipline, work safety and health, and the work environment on the productivity of UD employees. Abstract

The progress of a company cannot be separated from the role of human resources which makes people superior and hopefully able to achieve what they want. When employees in a company do not perform well and competently, it results in the company's operations not being as effective or efficient as possible. One of them is related to Work Ethics, Work Discipline and Employee Performance. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work ethic, work discipline and employee performance at Ud. Madyo Lancar. The sample for this research consisted of 35 employees, with a sampling technique using saturated samples. This research uses a quantitative approach method, then the data obtained is processed using SPSS 25. The research results show that work ethic does not have a significant effect on employee performance variables, with a t test value of 0.543 and a significance value of 0.951 > 0.05. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance variables as shown by the t test value of 30.327 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of price, location, service quality, and product quality on consumer satisfaction in printing maskumambang kediri. The sample in this study amounted to 80 consumers who had made purchases at the Kediri maskumambang printing house. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. This research uses quantitative methods which are then processed using SPSS. The results showed that price affects consumer satisfaction, location does not affect consumer satisfaction, service quality affects consumer satisfaction, product quality affects consumer satisfaction. Price, Location, Service Quality, and Product Quality jointly affect Consumer Satisfaction.
