Abstract

Pada zaman modern saat ini dimana banyak teknologi canggih bermunculan dan semua serba teknologi di berbagai bidang, di zaman pandemi saat ini semua di tuntu serba online dikarenakan terbatasnya interaksi sosial untuk mencegah penyebaran virus corona saat ini, apalagi di bidang pendidikan khusunya dimana pembelajaran saat ini dilakukan secara daring tanpa adanya interaksi langsung antara guru dan murid bukan hanya dalam pembelajaran dalam hal administrasi pun sekarang pendaftaran sekolah maupun urusan administrasi akademik lainnya harus dilaksanakan secara daring. Sekolah-sekolah di tuntut untuk menyediakan fasilitas yang dapat membantu proses pendidikan baik itu dalam pembelajaran, administrasi, dan lainnya. Menyikapi hal tersebut dalam memajukan sekolah dalam bidang informasi maupun administrasi maka dalam penelitian ini kami akan melakukan perancangan dan pembuatan aplikasi sekolah berbasis android sebagai identitas sekolah. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas aplikasi sekolah berbasis android tersebut untuk mencapai kelayakan, Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian Research (Riset) and Development (Pengembangan) yang dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Hidayatul Musthafawiyah. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket validasi yang divalidasi oleh tiga orang validator pakar ahli dibidangnya. Hasil validasi dari ketiga validator pakar ahli secara keseluruhan terhadap aplikasi sekolah berasis android sebesar 88,26% sehingga validitasnya dinilai valid, ditinjau dari kelayakan isi, komponen kebahasaan, komponen penyajian dan komponen grafis. Dapat dinyatakan bahwa aplikasi sekolah berbasis android yang dirancang dan dibangun sangat valid untuk digunakan sebagai identitas sekolah yang berguna membantu proses informasi maupun administrasi.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a client-server based interactive M-Learning system for Basic Computer and Network subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Painan. M-Learning is a modern learning approach that utilizes mobile technology to facilitate the learning process where students can access learning materials anytime and anywhere via their mobile devices. In this media the author integrates client-server technology to create a more interactive M-Learning platform, where teachers can CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) learning content managed on a web server. This system allows teachers to upload lesson materials, assignments and other supporting resources to the server. Students can access these materials through a special application on their mobile devices. With the implementation of M-Learning, it is hoped that learning will become more dynamic and easily accessible. Teachers can be more effective in providing learning material, while students have the flexibility to learn according to their own rhythm. This m-learning media was tested using the Black Box method to ensure whether the system created was according to design or not. And the results, based on the test table, can be concluded that the entire interactive m-learning functionality has been fulfilled and declared successful in accordance with its respective functions and objectives.

Abstract

Finance in school is a very important part because almost all school activities require money. Finance also needs to be regulated as well as possible, for that it needs good financial management. The financial management system available at Khaira Ummah Padang Islamic Middle School has not worked computerized or still uses conventional methods. Therefore, there needs to be other media as a means to help financial management become better. The purpose of this final project is to study, analyze, and design a school financial management information system at Khaira Ummah Padang Islamic Middle School. This information system is designed using the MVC (Model View Controller) architecture method. The tools used are Sublime Text as a text editor, PHP programming language, MySQL as database, Apache web server, and CodeIgniter framework. The final result of this design is a web-based information system that contains matters concerning school financial management at Khaira Ummah Padang Islamic Middle School.

Abstract

Design and Build E-Commerce UMKM Plant Cultivation Website Based in Lubuk Minturun Village, designed to provide convenience in buying plants without directly coming to the store which has been done manually, so an e-commerce system is designed that aims to make it easier for buyers or customers to carry out the search process products, plant orders, and online transactions. In this e-commerce system, the design uses the Waterfall method and applies the MVC (Model, View, Controller) technique which was developed with the PHP programming language, the Codeigniter framework, and the MySQL Database Management System used. This design will create a Website-based UMKM Plant Cultivation E-Commerce system and information related to the names, types, and prices of plants sold in each UMKM Cultivation of ornamental plants, an E-Commerce system that can be done online transactions with payment methods made through account transfer and COD system.

Abstract

Scholarship is one of income for the grantee and objectives of the scholarship is to help grantee to fulfill the cost of education. In SMK at Padang city, the scholarships awarded annually to the qualified students. It is expected to help students who have achievement in academic or non-academic with the burden of economy. It also helps student who struggling with economy to be able to continue their education. To choose the grantee is by doing data selection of candidates based on criteria and the weight of criteria. This thesis intend to develops a decision support system for scholarships selection for SMK at Padang city by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method.

Abstract

The application of Natural Language Processing in letter processing services aims to implement writing error detection or text processing in this system, apart from that it is also designed to be able to classify documents automatically according to their type. This system was built using the Python programming language with the Flask framework which is supported in the form of an NLP library. NLP is a branch of Artificial Intelligence that focuses on natural language processing. In designing and building this system using UML modeling. The development method used in this system is a prototype, several stages in this method, namely the first Listen to Customer (Listening to Customers/Clients), the second Build and Revise Mock-up (Build and Improve Prototype) and the last Customer Test Drives Mockup (Testing). Abstract

English speaking ability has become a mandatory skill that must be possessed by academics in Indonesia. Mastery of English orally and in writing is one of the main requirements in continuing education to higher education or in applying for jobs. Pare is a well-known city in Indonesia as a center for learning foreign languages, especially English. Global English is one of the largest course institutions in Pare with the number of students reaching hundreds of students per period. Often there is an unpreparedness on the part of the course institution to anticipate events or even a decrease in the number of students, causing the quality of services they can provide is less than optimal. This study aims to make accurate predictions of the number of students who come to study languages ​​at Global English. With this accurate prediction, Global English can make more thorough preparations. Artificial Neural Network (ANN) or artificial neural network is a computing system in which architecture and computing are inspired by knowledge of nerve cells in the brain. ANN is a model that mimics the workings of biological neural networks. By doing the learning process, the artificial neural network can organize itself to produce a consistent response to a series of inputs. Artificial neural networks are designed and trained to have human-like abilities. One of the advantages of ANN is that it can be used to predict reliably on certain conditions based on available data. Therefore, Predictions in this study will be carried out using an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) using the Back Popagation method

Abstract

This Best Practice aims to describe the use of interactive multimedia and augmented reality that can increase student interest/motivation in the learning process so that the achievement of learning outcomes is better and to determine the increase in understanding of the subject matter and have a positive impact on the use of information technology tools such as computers. and smartphones owned by students. This best practice uses problem solving methods and strategies. With the use of interactive multimedia and augmented reality in improving student learning outcomes, real and significant results are obtained that there is an increase in student interest/motivation in learning and an increase in student learning outcomes in light vehicle electrical system competencies for students of class XI Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering at SMK Negeri 1 Calang.

Abstract

The development of technology has brought changes in various areas of human life. The development of this technology which provides a diverse impact to a wide range of domains of life including in the realm of education. No exception to the information system of academic in SMP Negeri 1 Enam Lingkung. After conducting research and interviews with teachers about information system that are running at the school. It can be seen at this time in SMP Negeri 1 Enam Lingkung that teachers, staff, students and academic grades data still use manual in processing, so the process will take a long time. To overcome it, an information system of academic application are built for SMP Negeri 1 Enam Lingkung. This information system of academic using the PHP programming language with CodeIgniter Framework in designing, the software development code generator or editor of its use Sublime Text 3, MySQL as database design, as well as Xampp-win 32-1.6.8 for the connections. This final project produced an information system application that provides the facilities of information for the member of school to managing information such as the data of teachers, staff, students and students' academic grades to be a report card.

Abstract

In an effort to improve the quality of learning in Elementary School, it requires various breakthroughs, both in curriculum development, learning innovation, learning media and the fulfillment of educational facilities and infrastructure. To improve students' learning achievement, teachers are required to make learning more innovative that encourages students to learn optimally both in self-study and in classroom learning. In order for more optimal learning then it is necessary also the learning media should be effective and selective in accordance with the subject taught in improving student achievement. Currently, the implementation of learning process in SMK N 1 and SMA N 1 Painan using thematic pattern with process skill approach and the use of learning media is still not optimal. Few teachers are willing to develop process skills in learning. Similarly, there are still teachers who are less creative in using learning media with various reasons, such as the availability of tools and materials practicum, limited funds, time and others. From the evaluation results obtained the results and benefits of community service activities include improving the skills of teachers SMK N 1 and SMA N 1 Painan Pesisir Selatan in the making of multimedia-based learning media. This devotion activity went smoothly, as various supporters especially participant participation were quite enthusiastic and actively participated in this workshop activity. The workshop activities should be conducted on broader objectives and the material can be developed in the making of learning videos. Thus it is expected later can help Classroom teachers in developing multimedia-based learning media so that the quality of learning SMK N 1 and SMA N 1 Painan South Coastal District can be more increased.
