Abstract

Penelitian ini Berjudul : “Peran Penyuluh dalam meminimalisir tingkat perceraian di KUA Sukarami Kota Palembang”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyebab dari kasus perceraian di KUA Sukarami, dan apa peran penuluh Agama dalam meminimalisir tingkat Perceraian di KUA Sukarami. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini berupa data kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Ibu Sri Suryati, S.Ag. selaku Penyuluh di KUA Sukarami, dan bapak Abdul Munir,M.Ag. sebagai Narasumber. Hasil penelitian berupa gambaran faktor yang mempengaruhi keinginan untuk bercerai sebelum dilakukan Konseling pernikahan dan Bimbingan Pra Nikah adalah perceraian yang terjadi banyak diakibatkan oleh salah seorang dari pasangan suami istri adalah seorang pemabuk atau pecandu narkoba, salah satu pihak meninggalkan pihak lainnya karna PIL/WIL, KDRT, memiliki konflik rumah tangga yang di sebabkan oleh satu atau banyak hal, Kecacatan fisik karna bawaan atau karna kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh pasangannya. Selanjutnya setelah dilakukannya konseling pernikahan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan pasangan yang ada, objek memberitahukan bahwasannya pada tahun 2023 sudah sangat banyak sekali jumlah pasangan yang akan bercerai karna bantuan berupa konseling pernikahan yang di berikan oleh penyuluh sangatlah berpengaruh.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Professional Zakat Management Strategy as an Effort to Increase Zakat Awareness at BAZNAS Palembang City." Zakat is an amount of property that must be spent by a Muslim who has fulfilled the terms and conditions of the Shari'ah with the aim of giving it to groups who in accordance with the Shari'a are entitled to receive zakat. The purpose of this research is to find out the strategies used by BAZNAS (Badan Amil Zakat) to increase awareness of zakat at BAZNAS, to find out the impact BAZNAS faces in managing professional zakat, and also to find out the solutions used by BAZNAS in dealing with obstacles in management. professional charity. This type of research is field research using a qualitative approach and descriptive research methods. The data collection tools used were observation, interviews and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the strategy used by BAZNAS is to use management functions such as planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, the aim is for people to believe that the zakat they give to BAZNAS in the city of Palembang is really well managed and given to people who need help and also so that people have the awareness to pay zakat. The impact faced by BAZNAS in managing professional zakat is the lack of awareness of muzakki to pay zakat at BAZNAS which is caused by several factors such as lack of public knowledge, people's mindset that is not yet open, and the community environment. The solution used by BAZNAS to face these obstacles is by holding outreach and education to increase public knowledge about professional zakat.

Abstract

This article explains in depth the urgency or importance of studying the rasm of the Qur'an in the modern era or today because the rasm of the Qur'an is Ulumul Qur'an or the discipline of the Qur'an that describes how the systematics of writing letters or lafadz in writing the Qur'an and the various rasm of the Qur'an how it relates to the science of Qira'at Qur'an and also its urgency for us to understand this discipline in this fast-paced and digital era or better known as the modern era. This article uses the Library Research method or library study or research which is carried out in the library by reviewing books, articles, journals and other sources of literature or reading. And it was found that there are three types of Rasm Qur'an, namely Rasm Qiyasi, Rasm Arudi and Rasm Utsmani, and also found a relationship or connection with the science of Qira'at Qur'an.

Abstract

Tafsir of the Qur’an is defined as a scientific discipline that is very important for understanding the teachings of the Islamic religion. In this context, methodological approaches play a crucial role in the process of interpreting sacred texts. This article has the vision to explore various exegetical methods applied in the context of the study of Al-Qur’an exegesis. Through a comprehensive literature review, this article examines the importance of selecting the appropriate interpretation method according to the context of the text and the purpose of interpretation. Various approaches such as linguistic interpretation, historical interpretation, and contextual interpretation are explored to enrich understanding of sacred texts. In addition, this article also discusses the implications of using certain interpretive methods in the contemporary context and offers suggestions for the development of more inclusive and diverse interpretive methodologies. It is hoped that this article can contribute maximally to efforts to understand the importance of methodological approaches in the interpretation of the Al-Qur’an and become a basis for further research in this field.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Quarter life crisis occurs in early adulthood because it is a difficult time, because at this point many new problems are faced. One of them is anxiety about the future, confusion of an individual who begins to question career choices, and self-identity and life goals. The purpose of this research was conducted because the phenomenon of quarter life crisis has the potential to exist at least once in the span of human life. This research was conducted in the hope of helping people in the future who experience quarter life crisis. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive analytical method on Imam Qusyairi's thoughts on tawakal in Risalah Qusyairiyah, then analyzed and drawn conclusions based on concrete data. This research is based on library search, research based on various written sources, both in the form of books, journals, articles, or other documents that have relevant and valid data. Imam Qusyairi in Risalah Qusyairiyah explains when Ibn Atha' was asked about the essence of tawakal, he replied “doubts will not arise in you that cause you great difficulty. Therefore you always obtain the essence of tranquility towards the truth you are traveling”. Trusting is a way to deal with quarter life crisis tawakal makes the heart calm, comfortable and peaceful, all the worries, anxiety, anxiety and fear and doubts felt about the future, will be reduced. Tawakal is mandatory for the perfection of faith, there is no faith without trust and there is no trust without faith

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of Qur'ānic hermeneutics as a relevant method of interpretation in the understanding of sacred texts for Muslims. From the introduction to the conclusion, the article highlights the contribution of hermeneutics in broadening the horizons and understanding of the Qur'ān. Hermeneutics is seen as an approach that enables a deep understanding of the sacred text through a process of interpretation that involves the subject and object in a communicative relationship. Hermeneutic figures, both from the West and the Islamic world, have made important contributions to the development of methods of Qur'ānic interpretation, emphasizing the importance of understanding the text from the author's point of view as well as its historical context. In addition, cross-cultural and age-appropriate understanding is also an integral part of Qur'ānic hermeneutics, where cross-cultural and age-appropriate communication is key to broadening insights and understanding of the sacred text. In the context of Islamic religious education, hermeneutics has become an important course in the curriculum structure of the Tafsir and Hadith Science study programs at State Islamic Religious Universities, showing the relevance and need for a deep understanding of the Qur'anic interpretation method. Thus, through the hermeneutic approach, Muslims can continue to develop a broader and deeper understanding of the teachings of the Qur'an in accordance with the demands of the evolving times.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the existence and importance of Asbāb al-nuzūl Al-Qur'an in the context of interpreting and discovering its legal substance. This research is based on the importance of the benefits and urgency of Asbāb al-nuzūl Al- Qur'an in the digital era so that it is not forgotten by current developments and pros and cons attitudes among ulama in facing the existence of Asbāb al-nuzūl Al-Qur'an. Most scholars believe that knowledge of Asbāb al-nuzūl based on history is very important in understanding the contents of the verse, but the opinion of others is the opposite. This research is a type of library research that involves critical analysis. The data analysis method used is inductive and comparative. The results of this study show that it is important and useful to consider the existence and urgency of the Asbāb al-nuzūl verses of the Qur'an in understanding its laws

Abstract

Pembagian Pembagian hadis dalam ilmu hadis memperhatikan sumber-sumber ajaran Islam dengan cermat. Dalam hal ini, hadis dibagi menjadi dua kategori utama berdasarkan jumlah perawi: hadis mutawatir juga hadis ahad. Penelitian ini mengkaji hadis dalam Islam yang dibagi menjadi dua jenis berdasarkan kuantitas sanad: mutawatir dan ahad. Penelitian dimulai dengan kajian konsep dasar kedua jenis hadis ini melalui literatur hadis islam. Sumber pokok seperti Sohih al-Bukhari, Sohih Muslim, dan Sunan Abu Dawood digunakan untuk menganalisis setiap hadis dan menentukan apakah termasuk mutawatir atau ahad Hadis mutawatir, dengan jumlah perawi yang besar, dianggap sebagai sumber ajaran Islam yang kuat dan meyakinkan, sementara hadis ahad, dengan jumlah perawi terbatas, memiliki tingkat kepercayaan yang lebih rendah. Meskipun begitu, hadis ahad tetap diakui sebagai sumber hukum Islam yang sah. Pada kajian yang digunakan pada artikel ini, kedua jenis hadis ini memiliki peran yang berbeda: hadis mutawatir memberikandasar kokoh bagi hukum-hukum Islam, sementara hadis ahad sering memberikan tambahan perspektif. Penting untuk melakukan penelaahan kritis terhadap sanad dan matan hadis untuk menjaga integritas dan otoritasnya. Dengan demikian, pengembangan hukum-hukum Islam memerlukan keseimbangan bijaksana antara kedua jenis hadis ini.

Abstract

Abstract: The Quran, which is the main teaching of Muslims, contains amazing and unrivalled features throughout the ages. One of these features is the miracle (i'jaz) stored in it. Since its revelation, Al-Karim, the Qur'an, has been a challenge for humans to match the originality and beauty of its language, but until now no one has succeeded in matching it. The focus of this study is to explain the concept of miraculousness of the highest muttafaq source of Islamic law, the elements of miraculousness, the phases of Qur'anic opposition, and the various attempts that have been made by various figures and groups to match the Qur'an. The method used is a critical review (literature), which involves analysing various related literature sources such as books, scientific journals, and other literature. The findings of this study reveal that, despite the various attempts made by poets, writers, and other groups, the Qur'ān comes with its own unique language, syntax, semantic substance, and other aspects. This shows how the Qur'ān holds a magical and powerful charm.

Abstract

The Al-Qur'an, which was originally revealed in Arabic, has the perception that the Al-Qur'an is difficult for non-Arabs to understand. So in the process of learning and understanding the Al-Qur'an, several methods are put forward to support or make it easier to understand the contents of the Al-Qur'an. Tarjamah, tafsir, and takwil make it easier to understand the contents of the Al-Qur'an. These three things have something in common, namely as a means of studying and understanding the Koran. It is important to know that the Qur'an has a very broad meaning if we have the will to study its contents and contents. So, studying the Qur'an with these three methods can help us as a community who are still new to matters related to the Qur'an. Apart from that, the knowledge in tarjamah, takwil, and tafsir has been put forward by scholars who are experts in these fields. Some examples of tafsir books that are well known among the Islamic community are "Tafsir Al-Jalalain" by Sheikh Jalalludin Abu Abdillah Muhammad bin Syihabbudin Ahmad Al-Mahalli and "Tafsir As-Suyuthi" by Imam Jalaluddin As-Suyuthi. Studying the Sciences of the Qur'an is a must for the Islamic community, because the Qur'an is a guide to life that will lead to truth if we can understand and carry out what is prescribed in it. So, studying the Qur'an with these three methods can help us as a community who are still new to matters related to the Qur'an.
