Abstract

Juvenile delinquency, if defined through the opinions of several psychologists, is simply:all acts that violate the rules, whether legal rules or local customs that apply withincertain areas of society (Karlina, 2020). The number of juvenile delinquents in Indonesia is always increasingamounting to 10.7% and these include cases of theft, murder, promiscuity and drugs (Hardin& Nidia, 2022). The implementation stage was carried out using the Talk-Show method to students regarding problemsjuvenile delinquency and the role of sport/physical activity as an effort to prevent juvenile delinquency. Based on the resultsPre-Post Test of 5 sub-topics covering the definition of adolescence, pre-marital sex, drugs, smoking, and physical activityobtained Pre-Test results, 71.14% of respondents answered correctly, and Post-Test 81.53% of respondents who hadanswered correctly. Through the data that has been mentioned, increasing knowledge regarding juvenile delinquency throughthe Talk-Show method experienced an increase of 10.39%. Efforts to increase knowledge of juvenile delinquencyThrough this Talk-Show method, it is hoped that it will be able to provide broad knowledge to teenagerssignificantly affects development and growth in adolescence both physically and psychologically.And with this socialization, it is hoped that it will be able to provide positive direction for shifting focus todelinquency that occurs in teenagers.

Abstract

ABSTRACT East Java has a high prevalence of HIV/AIDS, where there are 6957 women aged 15-49 years suffering from HIV/AIDS. This problem can cause transmission of HIV/AIDS to the baby even baby deaths due to HIV. This research aims to analyze the influencing factors sustainability program PPIA. Study use method qualitative with collectorlan data through interview deep. Study done in East Java, Service Health City East Java from January 2015 until June 2015. Population study is all power health in East Java city health service, and the sample was 12 people including the head of the UPT AIDS TB, head sexy P2PL, head community health center, head KIA, staff KIA And underwriter answer HIV Public health center. Sampling was purposive sampling and data was analyzed by triangulation. PPIA does not succeed Because low his K1 And Also K4, Where There is Public health center Which own K4 only 58%. At the Abepura hospital, 8 babies born with HIV were found, this was because the pregnant women were positive who do not take ARVs regularly until giving birth. The low K1 is also caused by several factors, namely pregnant women are more interested in going to medical practitioners, husbands who do not agree if wife his get test VCT, And low his awareness Mother pregnant will importance K1 until K4 And Also VCT. Abstract

Stunting is a condition of failure in growth caused by failure of gain weight, disruption of linear growth, head circumference, and malnutrition that cause uncomparable height to the children and peers. In 2022, based on data from the Indonesian Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI), the prevalence of stunted toddlers in Malang City will be 18%. The main factors of this condition are mothers' lack of knowledge about nutrition, parenting patterns, health services, access to clean water sources, socio-cultural factors and incorrect breastfeeding practices. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase maternal knowledge as a form of preventing stunting cases. The aim of this activity is to increase mothers' knowledge and attitudes towards stunting and MPASI in children. The method in this project based learning activity is carried out in several stages, there are the planning stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage. In this activity, a pretest and posttest were carried out, as well as delivering the material using power point media. The results of the base learning project for Posyandu mothers on street Raya Candi II RW 2, Sukun, Malang City showed that there was an increase in knowledge

Abstract

Abstract Introduction: Mothers’ behavior has an important role in the growth and development of toddlers and affects the mothers’ visit frequency to integrated community health service. It is also affected by some aspects and various factors, one of which is predisposing factors. The purpose of this research was to identify predisposing factors related to mothers with toddlers’ visit to integrated community health service in Mojoroto sub-district, Kediri city. Method: The research used survey analytic method with a cross sectional design. The sample of this study was the whole population consisted of 40 mothers who had toddlers aged 0-59 months. Data collection was using a questionnaire. Data analysis was using univariate, bivariate with chi-square and Odds Ratio. Results: The results of this research showed that the mothers’ visit to integrated community health service had correlation with employment status factor (p value 0.024; OR 4.5), and the factors which did not have any correlation with the mothers’ visit were the knowledge (p value 0,385), attitude (p value 0,622), education (p value 0,057), motivation (p value 1,000), and the age (p value 0,251). It is recommended that those mothers must always be advised and encouraged to join integrated community health service activities to keep monitoring the growth and development of their toddlers by taking them to available health service centers. Abstract

Self-leadership is the practice of intentionally influencing one's own thoughts, feelings, and actions toward achieving personal and professional goals. This service aims to increase middle school students' understanding of self-leadership. The target of this service activity is grade 8 students at Ma'arif Batu Middle School with a total of 28 students. The method used in this activity is the socialization method, namely providing leadership material regarding self-leadership with the media used being PowerPoint to support the delivery of the material. As a process of assessing aspects of students' knowledge, a pre-test and post-test were carried out to measure the level of understanding of students' self-leadership before and after being given the material. Before being given the material, an average score of 55 was obtained, and it increased after being given the material with an average score of 77.14. The results of the pre-test and post-test stated that the material given to grade 8 students at Ma'arif Batu Middle School was useful in increasing students' knowledge regarding self-leadership. This service activity concludes that through socialization, providing material about self-leadership can increase understanding of personal strategies and professional empowerment for grade 8 students at Ma'arif Middle School in Batu.

Abstract

In order to create a national generation that is superior and competitive and has the spirit of a good leader, the Community Health Science Service team has taken steps to carry out community service in the form of outreach regarding "SWOT Analysis" to students at Ma'arif Batu Middle School so that it is hoped that students will be able to know their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to himself The implementation method for the "Training Leadership and Critical Mind Through SWOT Analysis in 8th Grade Students at Ma’arif Middle School, Batu City " activity consists of three stages, there are pre-activity devotion, implementation of activity devotion, and post-activity devotion The pre-test and post-test questions consist of 5 questions with multiple choice options. The results of completing the pre-test and post-test for class 8D students at Ma'arif Batu Middle School about SWOT analysis. students'' knowledge increased 27.40% regarding SWOT analysis. This activity also provides benefits for them, namely to recognize internal strengths and weaknesses and understand the organization''s or individual''s external opportunities and threats, so that the organization or individual can anticipate changes in the future, according to their abilities and capacities to achieve their goals.

Abstract

According to the World Health Organization, junior high school students have an age of 10-19 years which is a transition period from childhood to adolescence which has a leadership spirit. The target of this service activity is class 8C students as many as 28 people at SMP Ma'Arif, Batu City. Time management and prioritization play an important role in leadership because it helps to increase effectiveness, efficiency and productivity so as to get the goals achieved. This community service activity aims to increase knowledge about time management and priority scale so as to increase learning motivation and self-leadership of students in class 8C of SMP Ma'Arif, Batu City. The method used is the lecture method through Power Point media. The implementation of the activity began through the preparation stage, pre-test, presentation of leadership materials on time management and prioritization, and post-test. The pre-test results showed a high knowledge category of 39% and a post-test of 68% so that there was an increase of 27% in terms of knowledge. The results of the service show that there is an increase in knowledge about time management and priority scale so that it can increase learning motivation and self-leadership. The conclusion of this service activity is that through socialization by providing leadership material regarding time management and priority scale, it can increase learning motivation and self-leadership of students in class 8C of SMP Ma’Arif, Batu City.

Abstract

Child sexual abuse is the involvement of children in all forms of sexual activity that occurs before the child reaches the age limit set by state law and is carried out by adults or older people for sexual pleasure. Based on data from the Online Information System for the Protection of Women and Children in 2023, the highest number of cases of violence based on the place of occurrence occurred in the household sphere, which amounted to 15,450 cases with the most experienced type of violence being sexual violence at 11,191 cases. The purpose of this study is to provide information and education about "Sexual Violence According to the Aspects of Parents" so that people, especially parents, can find out about sexual violence and will not do this to their children. The method used is the literature review method by collecting various articles that have discussed sexual violence according to the views of parents and quantitative methods in calculating research results. The results of the study obtained that our educational video aired for a week received a total audience of 1,171 views with 24 likes, 1 comment, 8 shares and 6 accounts saved the video. 52% of the video viewers were female and 56% were in the age range of 25-34 years. With the results of the audience mentioned above, which is mostly adults, it is hoped that it can increase their insight and empathy to be more concerned about preventing sexual violence against children.

Abstract

4-5 year olds should learn to improve personal social development. One effective way to improve personal social development is to play a role. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in role play in personal social development in preschoolers (ages 4-5 years). The methode this research is Pre-experimental design using One Group Pra Post test design with sample of 30 respondents. The Sampling technique using purposive sampling using statistical test of Wilcoxon. A data Collection is done use Denver II only on the social development sector before intervention and after intervention. The result of the research shows that before the intervention of playing role as much as 25 (80,6%) children experience delay in personal social development. After playing role intervention role play a number of 12 children experience improvement in personal social development, so a number of 10 (32,2%) normal child 18 (58,1%) coution 3 (9,7%) child delayed. The result of statistical test shows that there is a difference of role play to social development in preschool children (4-5 years) with significant value 0,001 (0,001 <0,05). The conclusion in this study is that proper simulation of preschoolers should be done to improve the social development of children.

Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic has made postpartum mothers experience anxiety from mild to fear of crowds and lock themselves at home. So that it affects the expenditure of postpartum mother's milk, because the increase in cortisol makes the hormone oxytocin inhibition in its secretion so that the release of breast milk is inhibited. Knowing the effect of the anxiety of the Covid-19 pandemic on the release of postpartum mother's milk at the Independent Practice Midwife Hj. Faridatul Ampera Performance. This type of research is an analytic survey using a cross sectional design. It is recommended that pregnant women always think positively and seek information about health, especially Covid-19 or do relaxation so that they are not anxious.
