Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, and price, on purchasing decisions. The research method used is a quantitative method. This research uses simple random sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 75 respondents. Data collection instruments using questionnaires. The dependent variable is the purchasing decision variable and the independent variable is the price, product quality, and the price of the purchasing decision of Indolia Banana Sale. From the research, it shows that the product quality significantly influences the purchasing decision of Indolia Banana Sale. This is proven by t arithmetic greater than t table (1.955> 1.665). And the price has a significant effect on the purchase decision of Indolia Banana Sale, This is evidenced by t arithmetic greater than t table (3,066> 1,665). While the results of the simultaneous test of product quality and price variables, have a significant effect of (f arithmetic 4.667> f table 2.333) on purchasing decisions. This shows that, the better the quality of the product and the price given, the better the decision to buy Indolia Banana Sale.

Abstract

Facts about developments in industry, which in the city of Pekalongan itself is famous for its Batik and has become a trend in the fashion world. So the purpose of this study is to determine the attractiveness of the products contained in Qonita Batik Pekalongan. One of the famous shopping centers in Pekalongan city and in other cities is Qonita Batik Pekalongan. This research is a qualitative approach research with descriptive mode data type with data collection techniques in this study using interviews, documentation, and observation. Qonita Batik products have their own charm so that users feel satisfied or feel comfortable using these products including quality, design, and brand. The appeal of Qonita Batik products that are used as modern fashion with their traditional characteristics lies in the undoubted quality of the products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Pengaruh Harga dan Lokasi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel harga, dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian tas di industri Villatas jaya Nusawungu, dengan hasil sebagai berikut: Terdapat pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian di Villatas jaya Nusawungu ditunjukan dari hasi uji parsial dengan diperoleh t hitung (2,553) ˃ t tabel (1,666) dengan hasil signifikan kurang dari 0,05,.Terdapat pengaruh lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian di Villatas jaya Nusawungu ditunjukan dari hasi uji parsial dengan diperoleh t hitung (5,064) ˃ t tabel (1,666) dengan hasil signifikan kurang dari 0,05. Terdapat pengaruh harga dan lokasi secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan pembelian di Villatas jaya Nusawungu, ditunjukan dari hasil uji simultan dengan diperoleh F hitung (39,380) ˃ F tabel (3,12) dengan hasil signifikan kurang dari 0,05,Dari hasil koefisien determinasi nilai Adjusted R Square (R2) sebesar 0,509 yang berarti bahwa lokasi dan harga secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 50,9% sedangkan sisanya (100% - 50,9% = 49,1%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Strategi Pemasaran dengan Pendekatan Marketing Mix. yang meliputi analisis IFE, analisis EFE, analisis IE, analisis SWOT, dan analisis QSPM dengan pendekatan marketing mix, maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: Home industry Subama Batik juga perlu menjaga, mempertahankan dan meningkatkan loyalitas atau kepercayaan dan kepuasan konsumen yang telah bertahan sampai saat ini, dengan kualitas produk dan pelayanan maksimal yang diberikan, sehingga pelanggan tidak kecewa dan beralih ke perusahaan lain. Selain itu, home industry Subama Batik juga perlu memperbaiki sistem manajemen perusahaan agar tercipta suasana perusahaan yang kondusif dan semakin berkembang

Abstract

The facts regarding the development of umkm in the city of pekalongan are widely found in communities that shop online. It isa problem for small middle-class micro businesses to survive and help Indonesia's economy in the current covid-19 pandemic. So the purpose of this study is to know the implementation of digitisation and digital marketing strategies at umkm Mebel Putra Jaya pekalongan. In the study a qualitative approach with a descriptive mode type data using data collection techniques for the study using interviews, documentaries, and observations.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school is one of the Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. The reform and reconstruction of the Islamic educational system and its institutions must be carried out, especially in view of the development of the global world, which requires the constant improvement of all Islamic educational institutions. One way to increase the functionality of Islamic boarding schools concerns the financial independence of Islamic boarding schools, especially for students. Because there are still many public perceptions that students in the entrepreneurial world do not have a positive enough image. Another problem is the fate of the santri after their "study" at the Islamic boarding school. Career prospects for them are very slim, especially if they do not have enough formal education. This research is a library research (library research). This study uses the types and sources of secondary data obtained from research results, articles and reference books that discuss topics related to the research theme. This research approach uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which is an effort to understand the various concepts found in the research process, using content analysis techniques (content analysis). The results of the study show that entrepreneurship development can be done anywhere, including in Islamic boarding schools. This entrepreneurial activity is very helpful, improving the economy of the Islamic boarding school. In addition, the existence of this entrepreneurial activity also helps the ability of the students. Because many think that santri are only capable in the religious field, but for fields outside of religion they are not yet capable

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the mediating role of stock prices in the influence of profitability and firm size on firm value. Stock prices use the closing price in the capital market, profitability uses return on assets (ROA), company size uses the natural logarithm of Total Assets, while company value uses price to book value (PBV). The population in this study are mining sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The sample used as many as 12 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The testing technique uses Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS v.3.3.7. This study shows that profitability has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, firm size has a negative and significant effect on stock prices, profitability has no direct effect on firm value. Firm size directly has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Stock prices have a positive and significant effect on firm value. As for the indirect effect, stock prices are not able to mediate the effect of profitability on firm value and stock prices are able to mediate firm size on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the digital marketing mix on consumer buying interest partially or simultaneously, and to identify the most dominant marketing mix variable on consumer buying interest in purchasing train tickets online through applications in Tulungagung Regency. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, where the sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. The data collection process was carried out by distributing questionnaires at least once to users of the KAI Access application in Tulungagung Regency. The research data were tested with validation tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. With the help of SPSS 21, multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data in this study. Partially, there are five variables that influence, namely price, place, people, process, and physical evidence, and two variables that have no effect, namely product and promotion. The digital marketing mix has a significant effect on consumer buying interest in the amount of 91.6%, and the remaining 8.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this survey. The digital marketing mix variable that is very dominant or often influences consumer buying interest is the process variable. Taken from the value of t arithmetic which has the largest value among other variables.

Abstract

Generation Z at this time when buying an item is not just a halal label that is a concern but is more concerned with who is the brand ambassador. This study aims to find the effect of partially or simultaneously halal labeling and brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions for Korean Spicy instant noodles. This research was conducted on Generation Z in Tulungagung Regency. The sample collection in this study used a snowball sampling technique to consumers of Generation Z instant noodles in Tulunggaung Regency. The sampling used was through a questionnaire (questionnaire) which was distributed through the google form. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 21.0 computer application program. Partially, the data analysis in the study showed that the halal labeling variable had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and partially the brand ambassador variable had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. The translation of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.667, which means that both halal labeling variables and brand ambassadors simultaneously (simultaneously) contribute 66.7% to purchasing decisions, while 33.3% comes from other factors and not from this study.

Abstract

Effective Raw Material Supply Monitoring Analysis to Support Smooth Production Process at Upsolute Coffee Cilacap". Problem 1. Whether the implementation of supervision of raw material supplies to support the production process carried out by Upsolute Coffee has not been efficient; 2. Is there a difference between the cost of procurement of raw materials in fact and the economy. Control of raw material supplies needs to be done properly in order to be available in the right amount and time so that the production process can run smoothly and the cost of raw material supplies can be suppressed. Research Objectives 1. Analyzing the efficiency of the supervision of raw material supplies to support the production process carried out by Upsolute Coffee; 2. Analyze the difference between the actual cost of procurement of raw materials and the economical ones. This research is a quantitative descriptive analysis study. Data Analysis Techniques using the EOQ, TIC, ROP, and Savety Stock methods. EOQ is the number or size of orders owned, the amount of order fees, and the minimum per-year inventory costs (Assauri, 2008). ROP is a point or limit to the amount of inventory available at a time when the booking must be held again. Safety stock is an additional supply held to maintain the possibility of material shortages. The implementation of supervision of raw material supplies to support the production process carried out by Upsolute Coffee has not been efficient. There is a difference between the actual cost of procurement of raw materials and the cost of economical raw materials.
