Abstract

This study aims to to find out how the strategy of independent and professional business management of Village-Owned Enterprises in increasing the optimization of empowerment in Wanadadi village, Wanadadi District, Banjarnegara Regency. The methods used in this devotion are through observation, material exposure and practice.The results of the team's service show that the development of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) benefits can be felt by the residents of Wanadadi Village, Wanadadi District, Banjarnegara Regency, namely with an independent and professional business management strategy that can increase the optimization of BUMDes empowerment optimization of community empowerment and also contribute to development and have a direct impact on the economy and culture of the community.Keywords: BUMDes, Optimization of Empowerment, Management Strategy

Abstract

Translator  BUMDES Kujati Perdana with its business, Café Omah Pring is a business entity established by the Karangjati Village government which aims to increase creativity and productive economic business opportunities for the Village community. BUMDES which is located close to the Pandaan toll road exit makes this place has the potential to become a tourist destination or rest area. The lack of branding makes public less familiar with the existence of Café Omah Pring. The method used is introduce Café Omah Pring on social media by inviting influencers. Rebranding process is very important so that consumers know more about Cafe Omah Pring. The importance of recognition is one of the big reasons for people to know and understand a brand better. The residents of UMKM business actors in Gentansari Village, Pagedongan District, Banjarnegara Regency experience various problems, namely the lack of understanding of these UMKM entrepreneurs regarding the importance of packaging and labeling on a product, which can add a competitive advantage to business actors compared to their competitors and the importance of good financial reporting records for business actors. increase sales turnover, and understand that in the digital era there are many applications to help record financial statements. the importance of product packaging and labeling from 50% to 100%. All snack food UMKM actors understand how to further improve their ability to innovate in packaging and labeling marketed products to make them more attractive, so that the goal of attracting buyers' attention can be achieved. And of course it can have a positive impact on increasing the income of the community. Abstract

Tingkat stunting di Indonesia mencapai 24,4%. Angka tersebut cukup tinggi diatas batas toleransi WHO yakni 20%. Stunting menjadi salah satu permasalahan gizi yang memerlukan perhatian khusus di Indonesia. Stunting merupakan kondisi dimana panjang/tinggi badan anak yang tidak sesuai atau kurang dibandingkan tinggi seusianya. Anak dapat dikategorikan stunting apabila panjang/ tinggi badan kurang dari minus dua standar deviasi (-2 SD). Salah satu upaya pencegahan stunting dapat dimulai dari fase kehamilan. Pada fase ini perlu adanya pemberian pendampingan dan edukasi kepada ibu hamil dalam mencegah stunting. Tujuan dari ArtikelIni adalah Mengetahui Perbedaan Pengetahuan tentang Stunting dan Gizi Sebelum dan sesudah diberikan Penyuluhan. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan menjadi beberapa tahap yaitu Tahap pertama : Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode door to door. Selain itu, program pendampingan ini dilakukan secara rutin setiap seminggu sekali selama 3 minggu. Pelaksanaan program pendampingan ibu hamil terdiri atas pendampingan dengan diawasi kader posyandu, pendampingan mandiri, dan dilakukan edukasi terkait gizi dalam rangka mencegah stunting, Tahap Kedua peserta diberikan buku saku (modul). Ibu-ibu peserta program dilakukan pendataan tinggi badan, berat badan, tekanan darah, dan pengukuran lingkar lengan atas. Dengan adanya program ini, diharapkan ibu hamil dapat memperbaiki asupan gizi dan mengubah pola hidup menjadi lebih sehat sehingga dapat mencegah dan mengurangi stunting di Indonesia.

Translator  The purpose of this community service activity is to provide understanding to Muslim youth who become entrepreneurs so that they can carry out business practices in accordance with sharia. In addition, universities can contribute to entrepreneurship, especially for Muslim youth in accordance with sharia principles. Abstract

Translator  The problem in Pandean Lamper Semarang Village is that as many as 30% of the elderly and elderly people experience knee pain that interferes with daily activities. Most of them (90%) do not know how to maintain knee health. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and training for the elderly and elderly on how to maintain knee health. The method of implementing the activities is by giving lectures, questions and answers and training. The result of the activity is that participants' knowledge about how to maintain knee health increases, the post test results show an increase in knowledge, namely almost 100% of participants understand how to maintain knee health. Participants are also able to perform movements for the prevention of knee pain, although not yet perfect. This community service activity is partnered with SMK Negeri 1 Bawen, Semarang Regency. The partner location is in Bawen District, Semarang Regency. Our target is students majoring in Agribusiness Processing of Agricultural Products (APHP) at SMK Negeri 1 Bawen who are accompanied by their teachers. One of its visions is to educate and train students to be skilled, independent and able to develop themselves in the competence of Agribusiness Processing Agricultural Products. So that counseling is needed about the knowledge of various kinds of agricultural products, while the subject matter given does not cover all agricultural products, one of which is tomatoes. The solution method is to provide counseling about processed tomato jam and the practice of making it for students of SMK Negeri 1 Bawen. Kampung Semanggi has a dream to become a Semanggi Culinary and Educational Tourism Village in the city of Surabaya. The problems experienced by the residents of Kampung Semanggi in general are the lack of ability to utilize local potential, both facilities and synergies with city government programs, lack of marketing for processed clover products, and lack of independent population data processing.In community service carried out by lecturers and students through the Wijaya Putra University Student Community Service Program activities, the team offers solutions by maximizing the local potential of Kampung Semanggi. As a result of the activity, the team has provided Inspiring Clover Cultivation activities, Innovation Training for clover processed products, as well as providing several facilities as a nursery for village tourism potential opportunities by helping facilitate the culinary stands of clover traders which will later be used as the Semanggi Culinary Center and the Kampoeng Semanggi Photo Spot area. Abstract

This community service is carried out with the aim of opening the insight of LKP BELLA SKILL CENTER participants so that they can become successful entrepreneurs, foster creativity and independence as well as solutions on how to manage capital properly and correctly, in accordance with existing management science rules. The methods used are counseling/lectures and training/workshops as well as assistance in starting a business.From the results of community service carried out at LKP BELLA SKILL CENTER... an illustration is obtained that some of these participants still do not have the courage to become entrepreneurs, lack motivation to be creative and still do not understand the management of their capital correctly, which often results in fear of capital problems.The conclusions that can be drawn are the importance of providing training on tips to become successful entrepreneurs, providing motivation and knowledge about managing capital for participants, which is expected to be able to foster interest and courage in starting a business to achieve success in entrepreneurship as expected, and as far as possible avoiding them. from the risk of capital difficulties and the risk of being ensnared by the practices of moneylenders.Keywords: Entrepreneurship tips, creativity and venture capital
